Matchmaking issues
Hello, I am contacting you regarding a persistent matchmaking and routing issue affecting my Battlefield 6 account (PC, Steam). For more than two months, my official matchmaking traffic has been consistently routed from Central Europe to US-East (Ashburn, Virginia) instead of European servers. This results in very high latency, poor hit registration, and makes the game nearly unplayable for me. What I have already tested on my side: Multiple VPN connections within the EU DNS changes Full game reinstall Clearing all local caches, including: Battlefield / EA App cache Steam cache local configuration and temporary files Account relog and clean restart after cache removal Firewall tests, including blocking selected AWS / US IP ranges IPv4 and IPv6 configuration tests, including: forcing IPv4 only enabling IPv6 disabling IPv6 testing dual-stack behavior Verification that the issue does not occur on community servers None of these steps provided a stable or permanent solution. Critical account-based comparison test: On the same PC, same network, same configuration, I logged in with a different Steam account and played Battlefield 6. With the other Steam account, matchmaking correctly routed to EU servers With my Steam account, matchmaking consistently routed to US-East This clearly confirms that the issue is account-specific, not related to my PC, network, ISP, or Steam installation. Network diagnostics performed: PortQry test (UDP 3659 – matchmaking port) easo.ea.com consistently resolves for my account to 159.153.71.17, part of 159.153.71.0/24 (EA Ashburn / US-East). UDP 3659 responds as LISTENING or FILTERED (expected behavior for UDP). Tracerout Traffic from my connection leaves Europe via Zayo backbone, routes to US-East (Ashburn, VA), and terminates at ncaa.gos.ea.com [159.153.71.17]. Comparison with community servers Community servers always remain within Europe with correct latency. Additional confirmation: When outbound traffic to 159.153.71.0/24 is blocked at OS firewall level, matchmaking either fails or correctly prefers EU routing, further confirming incorrect backend region assignment. Conclusion: Based on all performed tests, this issue is not caused by my local network, PC, ISP, IP version (IPv4/IPv6), cache, or Steam installation. All evidence points to my EA / Steam account being associated with an incorrect backend region in EA Online Services. I kindly ask for this case to be escalated to the EA network / infrastructure team, as this appears to be an account-level routing / region assignment issue that cannot be resolved client-side.56Views0likes8CommentsInput Delay - Impossible to play with 1.4.1 update
We are in the middle of the most important promo of the year and you guys decided to break the game on PC again Can you do something good for once and rollback this update that bringed back the input delay that was "kinda" fixed in the 1.4.0 in 1.4.0 wasn't good, but it was playable but with this new stupid 1.4.1 update we are back to old days when it was impossible to play no matter what you do fixed right now dude this is TOTY how yo can allow this to happen [CM edit - descriptive title and CAPS]Solved5.1KViews85likes258CommentsStuttering and unstable fps[PC]
My game has been suffering from REALLY bad stutters and unstable fps. Ever since some update in early December my game has been uncomfortable to play. I used to get 100 fps no problem on max settings at launch but now I can't even hit 60 fps most of the time I play. This was an issue for me around the same time for FC 25. EA needs to shape up and show some actual support for PC players because this same thing happening 2 games in a row is just inexcusable and sad.3Views0likes0CommentsPSA: Mouse Input is broken in this game (looks similar to bad frame timing)
Mouse input is broken, which ruins an otherwise well optimised game. This looks to be getting confused with poor frame timing in a lot of threads, but controller input is unaffected. For reference, I easily average over 100fps even on the bigger maps, but panning the camera with mouse input makes the game feel like it's running at 15fps despite no drops. In-game reporting confirms it's running perfectly, as CPU/GPU are always rendering within 10fps of eachother. Connect a controller though? Buttery smooth camera panning, and easy to track enemies. No hitches or stutters, just butter. I've tried: - All polling rates, from 125hz up to 4000hz - Toggling raw input on/off - Enabling/disabling Nvidia reflex - Changing USB ports, changing to different mice, wired/wireless - USB power saving etc all turned off - I even tried a driver/Nvidia CP restore, but as controller is super smooth, this was a long shot in the first place Unfortunately the game is unplayable using a mouse on PC due to this. It's next to impossible to track targets, and you quickly get a headache from the micro stuttering when panning. The effect is very similar to Helldivers 2 on PC, when you turn off 'Mouse Smoothing', as that game has serious issues with raw mouse input. Happy to hear suggestions on how to fix this. Mice tried: - Keychron M4 - Logitech G305 - Logitech G604 - Razer Naga Hyperspeed - AttackShark M1 I've also tried on an entirely different PC, same results. OLED as always exhacerbates the issue too, due to the awesome pixel response times. I fear many won't see it due to slower LCDs. Specs are: 5700x3d 3060ti 8GB 32GB DDR4 3600 CL16 AW3423DW (Gsync module version) This is on a fresh Windows install, up to date drivers (tried DDU as well to be sure), but honestly since it's running beautifully with a controller, this looks to be purely a mouse input issue. No other games exhibit this issue other than... Helldivers 2, and Battlefield V. BF1 is butter on mouse, as are BF3 and BF4. Helldivers 2 can be fixed by turning on mouse smoothing in game. I almost bought a GPU upgrade before testing the Xbox controller, saved myself £600. Latest CM post: Hi everyone, Thanks for sharing your experiences and feedback so far. We understand this issue is especially frustrating when it impacts your ability to play smoothly with a mouse. While we’ve asked for similar information before (here), to move forward and make meaningful progress, it is absolutely essential that you provide detailed and precise information responding to the specific request below. Giving vague comments without concrete details won’t help us troubleshoot, escalate, or investigate effectively. If you’re able to, please reply directly to this post by clicking the Reply button on this post. This keeps your info neatly organised and makes it much easier for us (and the studio) to track everything. Please avoid replying to the original post or posting at the bottom of the thread, as this makes it harder for everyone to follow the conversation. Here’s what would be super helpful for us to know: Mouse mode (wired or wireless) Mouse polling rate (e.g. 1000Hz) Whether you’re using mouse software (like Razer Synapse) Where your mouse is plugged in (PC, monitor, hub, etc.) Keyboard model and connection type (wired/wireless) Keyboard polling rate Whether you’re using keyboard software Where your keyboard is plugged in Monitor model Full PC specs (CPU, GPU with driver version, RAM) Full Windows OS version (not just "Windows 11") Whether Gsync or VRR is enabled Full screen mode (fullscreen, borderless, windowed) Which platform do you play on (EA app or Steam) Any overlays active during play (Discord, EA app, Nvidia overlay, etc.) CPU and GPU usage percentages while playing Whether the issue improves with a framerate cap (e.g. 125 FPS) The more details you can share, the better we can help. We know it’s a lot to ask, but this is the only way we can ensure the right information reaches the team and move things forward. Thanks so much for your patience and for helping us out with this. We really appreciate it!Solved82KViews227likes1167CommentsBroken and Updated Sims 4 Mods and CC: patch 1.121, Feb. 3, 2026

I am very disappointed with the current state of EA FC 26 on Nintendo Switch. The game consistently freezes or gets stuck during transfer negotiations in Manager Career Mode, making it completely unplayable. This issue was already present in previous versions (like FC 25) and it is extremely frustrating that it still hasn’t been fixed. I expect EA to finally provide a proper solution for this problem. Career Mode is one of the main reasons many of us buy the game, and right now it simply does not work on Switch. Please prioritize a fix for this bug as soon as possible.1.3KViews9likes14CommentsInput Delay
It's crazy that such a big company releases a full-priced game, and after half a year it's still unplayable due to input lag, which I've never experienced anywhere else in my life. Plus, they ignore the millions of complaints about it. The fc 27 will be released soon, man. Then everyone will buy it with high hopes, and then people will be disappointed. I loved playing fifa, it's a huge disappointment.38Views2likes1CommentPro Clubs can't connect to server on PS5
Hello EA Support, I am experiencing an issue that is isolated specifically to Pro Clubs on the PS5 version of EA FC. I play both the PS4 and PS5 versions on the same PSN and EA account, and Pro Clubs works perfectly on the PS4 version. However, on the PS5 version, Pro Clubs consistently shows “Can’t connect to server,” while all other online modes on PS5 (including Ultimate Team and online play) work normally. This confirms that the issue is not related to my network, Wi-Fi, NAT type, or console. I have already tried restarting the console and network, logging out and back into PSN, clearing local saved data, checking cross-play settings, and leaving and rejoining the club via PS4, with no success. Given that the issue is isolated to PS5 Pro Clubs only, this appears to be a server-side PS5 Pro Clubs profile sync or corruption issue. I am requesting a server-side reset or resync of my PS5 Pro Clubs profile and would appreciate this being escalated to the appropriate team. Thank you for your assistance.
