Sims 4 keeps crashing on startup
It's been over 2 weeks since I've been having issues with EA like switching to Steam because I couldn't download, then going back to EA after I made a few changes to get it unstuck since Steam was WAY WORSE. But now that it's finally downloaded, I can't get it to work! I restarted, repaired, and took out my mods while doing the 50/50 method without checking what was broken! This is a fresh new game since EA deleted everything including my mods because of the dumb update and they have not been giving me a break! Nothing is stopping my game unless it's tray files I took, I do have all the packs, and I'm using gshade. But that's it. Please someone help me!
Serious lag/loading issues
Hi everyone, I've been having a lot of issues with Sims 4 the last few days. I do not have any cc or mods. On Friday, my game wouldn't load and was stuck on the second loading screen after the main menu. On Saturday evening, I was finally able to get the game to load, but with serious lag (5-10 second delay). I uninstalled both the Sims and the EA app and reinstalled both, but I am still having lots of trouble with it. Everything takes so long to load that the game isn't even fun to play anymore. I've tried following several methods online and cleared cache, restarted my PC, and uninstall/reinstalled several times. Any tips on what I can do, or is this a platform-wide problem? TIA
Gameplay slow and lag online 1 to 1
I don't understand why in 2025 the game is slow and choppy in the 1v1 online game? we have the impression that to move forward we have to break the joystick! the last version that was going well was 2023 in this game mode. since then everything has been going wrong. and it's probably not my internet, I'm connected directly with a 1 gigaoctet package with 11ms why does easport have so much trouble putting programmers in this game? my Xbox is x seriegame sound loop bug etc...
