Hello, i write to inform the EA FC team to do their work. The servers have never been this bad in the time i have played fifas and EA FC's. Why are these guys not doing their work, like fixing or improving the servers? I have been DC'd 3rd week in a row and because of that i can't get better rewards and etc, but that's not my main point. My point is that i have been getting dc'd before the game has even started or mid game (before 1st half). Over the past 3 months I have been playing much more FC25, and have also been spending money which makes this situation all the more disappointing. During competitions like Fut Champs and Rivals, I have suffered from multiple different bugs, issues and problems with EA servers. I think that I need some compensation rewards or something as this has been happening for a while and I need something in return. Out of the bugs I have had these things happen to me: My goalkeeper will not catch the ball and will then proceed to kick the ball into the goal causing me to conceed and lose matches. My AI defenders have been bugging out and having a mind of their own and in some instances they will foul the opponents AI and then cause red cards and penalties which you can imagine is terrible. I will be running using a defender and the opponent will be attacking, and I will run into the player to get the ball, but it will cause a foul when I am just running to the player and not pressing any buttons, then in most cases it will cause a red card an easy free kick. There are more bugs but let's get into the issues. Issues: I have been coming across lot's of hackers which is just not acceptable. These hackers will give themselves free kicks, penalties, freeze my players, give themselves goals and even in some instances kick me out of the match. I think that EA needs to get a grip and fix this. Another thing that I have come across MULTIPLE times is EA not keeping their servers in order. Whilst playing matches in FUT Champs etc. the servers will kick me out of the game because of too many people playing the game. Don't you think that EA would've fixed this if they want more people playing their game? This issue dumfounded me! One last issue is that the game will freeze in the middle of matches and then will speed up to catch back up with match progress. This is a very strange bug and I have done multiple things to stop it. I have cleaned my XBox and taken it apart and made it spotless, I have also replaced the thermal paste to make sure that it isn't an overheating issue. I also went an bought an ethernet cable to make my connection secure but none of this has helped! This has been a major sabotage to my gameplay. An unrelated issue is my pack luck. Now, I know that EA tells you that it is completely random but either I have the worst luck in the world or something is against me in my SBC's. I have opened over 2000 packs including over 500 85+x10's and over 600 89 Exchanges and have only packed 2 99 rated players. I am losing it here as everyone I know has opened less packs and some even have 99 rated squads and I only have 2 99 rated *packed* players. What am I doing wrong? Should I keep on opening packs and hope my luck turns? Now, I think that after spending money, being a loyal patron and spending over 20 days of playing time on the game, I should get some compensation. I have chatted with EA help and support and THEY told me to take it to EA forums to make sure that EA sees my complaint and takes action and I am hoping very much that they do. I think that I deserve rewards from all of the champions weekends that I have been sabotaged on. Now, I am not asking for every single week to be recovered. But I am asking for some good rewards on my account in return for this. It has even affected my mental state when playing the game it has been going on too long! I’ve been experiencing this bug since the launch of the game. It’s making my experience unplayable because I can’t properly control my players in online modes, whether it’s Clubs or FIFA Ultimate Team. Sometimes my players just stop moving, and I lose all control. Other times, they run straight toward the fans and kick the ball out of bounds for no reason. Occasionally, even my goalkeeper randomly dribbles into his own goal without me doing anything. This completely breaks the game for me and drastically reduces my overall experience. In Clubs mode, I often lose control of my player, who just runs to the corner flag and stands there for 10–15 seconds without responding to any input.
