What happened when this issue occurred, was there any difference or change?

I played the last time the day before yesterday, closed the game as usual, launched it yesterday morning, the internet was stable, no windows with errors, nothing, the game just launched, when choosing a profile my profile was not there, I am attaching a photo of what it looks like to this day
