Frustrations with launch problems.
Hi, I've just bought this game and have been trying to launch it. I've had very little success. I've probably tried to launch it 30 times. One time when I launched through EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe, it actually launched, I was able to play for about 20 minutes, then it crashed again. I have since not been able to launch it again. No error code comes up, it just crashes (and sometimes crashes my whole computer). I'm quite frustrated. I'm trying to play it through steam. This is my rig: Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KF (3.00 GHz) Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor It runs every other game fine (including F1 24). Every other game I can run on ultra graphics. I've tried many fixes for this, including full reinstall, verifying the files, altering the hardware_settings_config file to turn off ray tracing, reinstalling graphics card drivers, disabling overlays (steam and NVidia). I've run out of things to do. Help.
Game is not working
Hi, I got problem with launching the game. I uninstalled last windows update also, because i saw on another forum, that someone fixed this problem by doing that, but it doesn't work for me. Hello, I purchased a 1-month EA Play subscription through the Epic Games platform. Within this subscription, the 5-hour F1 25 trial currently has 1 hour and 39 minutes remaining. Since I liked the game, I also purchased F1 25 Iconic Edition during the Epic Games sale. After installing the full version, I am unable to launch the game. When I try to start it through the EA App, I receive an error telling me to verify the game on the Epic Games platform. On Epic Games, I see two launch options for F1 25. No matter which one I select, the splash screen appears, and then the game asks whether I want to launch the normal version or the VR version. After selecting one of them, nothing happens. The game closes with no progress. Both the EA App and Epic Games briefly show the game as “running,” but after a few seconds, this status disappears. It looks like the remaining trial entitlement and the full game entitlement are conflicting with each other. I need help resolving this issue so I can launch and play the full version properly. Whenever I try launching up the F1 24 game I am hit with the message shown in the screenshot and I have no clue what to do I have asked chatgpt for help I have also changed SSDs and RAM I have went to YouTube to ask for help I have manually reinstalled/repaired/updated the anti cheatERROR: remote storage error / load error (F1 25)
Basically, every time we log into the game, it shows that "LOAD FAILED" just like in the picture. Continue without saving does allow us to log into the game but the progresses like career mode and team career are all gone including the settings turned into default. As long the error hasn't fixed, every time you exit the game your progresses will be gone as well. For example (The errors still haven't fixed): Make a progress on Career/Team career (as joining a team like Red Bull) -> Exit the game -> Log back into the game -> same error as in the picture "LOAD FAILED". When choosing the Continue without saving (the only option we have since the retry button won't work), the progress we made (like joining Red Bull team earlier I mentioned), are all gone, including the settings. So, in conclusion, making a progress in any Career mode is pointless since when you exit the game it'll be gone. But the progress you MADE before getting the "LOAD FAILED" error will recover when you reinstall the game back. Even though it works, the error comes back. This happened to me over three times after reinstalling the game two times. I'm not going to reinstall it again since my Wi-Fi has a limit and it'll be a waste of time to wait the download again over and over. I've been having this issue over 3 months and I have not found any solutions yet. I am really hoping an admin would help me and other players that are facing the same issue as I am.Cant find my game save file
I tried out F1 25 in the EA Play bound to my Xbox and played for five hours, creating a save file. But now I've purchased F1 25 on Steam. I found that when starting the game from Steam, it didn't log in through the EA platform but instead created a separate Steam version account save file. Is there any way I can retrieve the save file from my EA Play trial in the game launched from Steam?LOAD FAILED.
There’s a glitch with apparently 0 known fixes. The ‘Load failed screen’ on f1 25 while you are getting into the game.The retry button is never working.This resets all your settings to default and removes all files every time you go off of the game and back on if you decide to ‘continue without saving’ (which is the only option as retry doesn’t work). I had this problem when my PC wasn’t working, so I completely wiped it, reinstalled the game but am still having the issue.Please help!!!Game files missing no multiplayer no offline "update to latest version"
When downloaded the game the first problem was that it did not show up on the EA app. When I launch the game it says "Update to the latest version" and is not letting me play online. When I try to play offline it kicks me out of the game. I tried everything that live chat advised me to it didn't work. There are also 3 files missing. I CAN NOT REFUND THE GAME TO MY BANK BECAUSE OF STEAM.f1 25 is closing
I bought F1 25 yesterday and played for 10 hours, but the game (I've only tried it in career mode) crashes after 10 laps without an error. I searched YouTube for a solution but couldn't find one. I joined Discord servers and asked for help, but no one was able to help. My computer is powerful enough for the game. It used to crash after 10 laps, but now I can't even complete a single lap. All my drivers are up to date with DirectX. I restarted my computer, but it still doesn't work. The files have been verified.
