Bug Report – F1 25 crashes during track loading
Hello, I would like to report an issue with F1 25. Every time I try to load any track—whether it's in Grand Prix mode, Time Trial, or any other mode - the game crashes during the loading to the track. This happens consistently and prevents me from playing the game at all. I haven’t been able to play even a single second on any track, as the game always shuts down during the loading to the track. My graphics card drivers are fully up to date, it is RTX2080, Windows 10 64bit is also up to date. Im using Thrustmaster T818 with SF1000 wheel, but without connected wheel game also crashing.EA AntiCheat error (84: Interception) when starting F1 25
Hello EA Support, I'm receiving the following error when launching F1 25 for the first time: "This software cannot be used at the same time as the game (84): Interception" I’ve already taken all recommended troubleshooting steps: - Interception driver fully removed (wasn't even present) - All Razer Synapse software uninstalled - Clean boot tested (only Microsoft services active) - EA AntiCheat uninstalled, reinstalled cleanly - Game and launcher run as administrator - Temporary network deactivation tested Despite all these efforts, the error persists. I believe this may be a false positive triggered by EA AntiCheat. Please assist in resolving this issue. Thank you in advance!
Game keeps crashing - corrupted Game files
Hey, I started playing F1 25 on launch-day via Steam. But the game just keeps crashing.First it was a short blackscreen and back to desktop, like 10 times, until the game finally starts.Then I was able to play Braking Point with only one crash in one go. Nevertheless from the moment on I started playing the career mode the crashes came back. First the blackscreen one from the beginning, then in the middle of a race and so on.After trying like every suggestion from exciting tutorials regarding this topic, from reinstalling the newest driver (I have a RTX 4080), to downgrading again, to run the game as administrator, to bypass the game and anticheat through my firewall. Also I tried like 10-20 times the intergrety data thing in steam and after every crash there are 3 corrupted files (the Anticheat and preloader). Tried reinstalling and repairing the anticheat. Changed my graphics settings. And so on. Now, after idk what I have changed at all, the game starts (blackscreen crash every 4th time or so), then I can play around 10-15 minutes after the game just freezes and just closes with no error at all. Happened in the menu, during Quali, in the middle of the race. It just freezes, sound goes on for antoher 5-10 secs and then the game just exits. Interesting is, that it seems that I cant do 2 outings in sprint qualis, every time the game crashes in the middle of the second outing without exception. At this point I spent more time trying to fix the issue than really playing the game. From what I’ve seen this is a known issue from F1 24 but still there is no fix to findEAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe APPCRASH on ARM64 Windows 11 Machine
Everytime I attempt to run F1 24 or F1 25, I get an EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe APPCRASH. (See Video Attached) The crash in the video is silent (no prompt) but at times I get a prompt mentioning issues with EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe. When I launch EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe from windbg, I see that the EXE seems to be a amd64 binary, and my device is an arm based. Is there no EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe compatible with ARM64??Can’t connect to multiplayer sessions.
Unable to connect to anything when it is multiplayer, have checked my connection to make sure it is not me. When I try to join two player career with a friend and multiplayer Grand Prix it just loads for a long time and then says failed to join session. One of my friends is having the same problem so it’s not just me.
Security Violation
I am getting this error: "This software cannot be used at the same time as the game. Please make sure it's not running, or restart your PC. (84): DiscSoftLTD (Daemon Tools)" I bought the Iconic Edition on Steam. I have stopped running Daemon Tools, I disabled it from startup, I even disabled DiscSoftBusServiceLite and it is giving me the same error, every time I startup F1 25. I looked on Google for solutions and AFAIK, I don't think I have any virtual controller plugged in aside from my Xbox controller and my Thrustmaster wheel, shifter, and, handbrake. I have uninstalled and I am reinstalling the game as I post this. What could be the issue?
Game crashing fix for Steam
I found a post on steam community from someone pointing out that we need to download ''steam_api64.dll'' and paste in system32 AND SysWOW64. Tried myself and it worked for hours without a single crash Notice that i could only test it for steam, not sure if this will work for those who play on EA App I downloaded from here, version 5.25.65.21 https://pt.dll-files.com/steam_api64.dll.htmlEA Javelin Anti cheat is garbage.
Both F1 24/25 wont go past splash screen, same error every time. Started a few weeks ago and hasn't been fixed. I am sick of EA scamming people with faulty products. Please just fix this **bleep** nothing works tried all the suggestions from the forums plus some at this point all i got left is to try is resetting my pc. JUST WANT TO PLAY MY GAME I SPENT $100 on. PC is brand new with only some games on it so idk how this is possible. Hello, Since the release of F1 2025, the game crashes instantly at launch whenever my Logitech G923 racing wheel is connected. 🔎 Issue details: Game launches (brief splash screen appears) Then goes to full black screen Followed by an immediate crash to desktop No error message shown No crash dump is generated Nothing appears in Windows Event Viewer If I disconnect the G923, the game launches and works fine 💻 My system specs: Windows 11 64-bit AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 32 GB RAM NVIDIA RTX 3080 (driver version 32.0.15.7652) Logitech G HUB (latest version installed) Steam + EA App (latest versions) Logitech G923 (PlayStation version, detected correctly in G HUB) ✅ What I’ve already tried (no success): Updated Logitech G HUB Clean reinstall of the game Disabled overlays (Steam, NVIDIA, Discord) Tried launch options: -dx11, -windowed, -safe Deleted input config files from My Documents Unplugged all USB peripherals except mouse/keyboard Repaired Easy Anti-Cheat No crash info appears in Windows Event Viewer ❓ Request: Please let me know: If there's any official fix or known workaround for the G923 crash If a patch or update is planned Or if EA/Codemasters recommends any specific solution for Logitech wheels I'm happy to share DxDiag or any crash logs if needed.
