Game crashes on the loading bar
Basically, when I launch F125 and the 2026 season DLC, the game loads as normal and goes to a prompt stating "Information: keep your game up to date as some liveries might be added post-launch." After that, it goes to loading in the top left corner and usually loads for about a minute or so, and crashes with no error code. These are with all my drivers updated and my pc with the safe boot thing on, so that no app is really in the way and the EA app as admin. Below is a screen recording of what's happening. Thanks
The game crashes at startup
I reinstalled the latest video card driver, restarted my PC, then redownloaded the entire game, verified the file integrity — nothing. I also deleted the hardware settings, well if that was the problem, I didn't get any further at all. Yesterday evening it still worked, today it doesn't even start. I honestly don't know what to do anymore, my friends have also run out of ideas. What could be the problem? Since then today I also tried running it as administrator, that didn't help either. I checked another EA game and that started without a problem. I saw somewhere that USB can also be the issue, I use my controller through that, until now I never had this problem with any game or any F1 game.
F1 25 Corrupted save file and Had to restart over
For some reason and Randomly out of the blue, I had lost or corrupted my save file which caused me to lose my Liveries for the F1 25 Cars, Lost progression in the Career Modes and even my settings went back to default and I do not even know why, I cant go back to a previous version of the save and I have not done a backup of the files beforehand and I believe this is poor design of the save files on EA ends to make sure that corruption like these is prevented and they can be preventable but however they did not even try. A solution to this is cloud saves where your Saves are backed up to the cloud and so when a corruption happens like this, the game can ask you if you want to start over or to recover a recent save backed up to the cloud. This is the most easiest and the best ways to prevent this problem as each save file takes up around a couple of KB of data and so it is not excusable to not go for this option especially for the amount of copies sold of F1 25 as at most it would prob take up 10GB of space. If their is any solutions to help me backup my saves or to even restore my save which as been corrupted like so please send it over. But apart from that Please fix this as this can happen to many people and I believe that many other people has also ran into this issue. But however, my F1 25 multiplayer stats seem to not be affected by this so it means that they have a system in place for this partially for the multiplayer side but however did not do the same for the single-Player side which is unfortunate, I have even seen a similar thread like this posted to the EA forms 6 Months ago with no action taking place and it shows that this is a ongoing problem that may have started since the release of F1 25. After DLC install
So I installed and used everything fine… Tuesday was updated to 26. Through steam. things were ok… Friday night getting ready for my race… F1 little box in the center open… green bar starts to go… gets past the cheat stuff.. screen gos black to switch over to full screen game mode (best way I can describe it) then everything dies. most of the errors seem to be driver related but not 100% sure a lot is going on. Hi, I’m experiencing an issue launching f1 25 on steam. When I start the game, the splash screen appears, the progress bar completes, and then the game crashes immediately. I have tried to reinstall the game 3 times, I have tried repairing the anti cheat software and reinstalling it... I am really getting tired and I am hoping I can get this issue solved before bf6 launch as well as I am not sure if I can even play my preorder anymore... There’s a glitch with apparently 0 known fixes. The ‘Load failed screen’ on f1 25 while you are getting into the game.The retry button is never working.This resets all your settings to default and removes all files every time you go off of the game and back on if you decide to ‘continue without saving’ (which is the only option as retry doesn’t work). I had this problem when my PC wasn’t working, so I completely wiped it, reinstalled the game but am still having the issue.Please help!!!ERROR: remote storage error / load error (F1 25)
Basically, every time we log into the game, it shows that "LOAD FAILED" just like in the picture. Continue without saving does allow us to log into the game but the progresses like career mode and team career are all gone including the settings turned into default. As long the error hasn't fixed, every time you exit the game your progresses will be gone as well. For example (The errors still haven't fixed): Make a progress on Career/Team career (as joining a team like Red Bull) -> Exit the game -> Log back into the game -> same error as in the picture "LOAD FAILED". When choosing the Continue without saving (the only option we have since the retry button won't work), the progress we made (like joining Red Bull team earlier I mentioned), are all gone, including the settings. So, in conclusion, making a progress in any Career mode is pointless since when you exit the game it'll be gone. But the progress you MADE before getting the "LOAD FAILED" error will recover when you reinstall the game back. Even though it works, the error comes back. This happened to me over three times after reinstalling the game two times. I'm not going to reinstall it again since my Wi-Fi has a limit and it'll be a waste of time to wait the download again over and over. I've been having this issue over 3 months and I have not found any solutions yet. I am really hoping an admin would help me and other players that are facing the same issue as I am.
Extended loading time in timetrial and multiplayer session
When starting timetrial mode for the first tiime it takes around 4-5 minutes to load but after that its normal similarly with first room find for multiplayer session the waiting time is even larger with "Communicating with online services" continuously appearing. This is a frustrating issue which is ruining the experience along with major stutters in game UI during startup all the resources like cpu and vram goes up to 100% and the random crashes on startup still occurs. I purchased the game on Steam, and since the day I bought it, I have never been able to launch it properly. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Reinstalling the game multiple times Updating my BIOS Verifying game file integrity in Steam (Steam always reports 3 missing files, and no matter how many times I reinstall or verify, the issue remains ) Closing all background applications that could potentially cause conflicts Despite all of this, the game either fails to launch at all, or it crashes within one to two minutes after launching. According to Windows Event Viewer, the crash appears to be related to EA Anti-Cheat. I would like to know if this is a known issue with EA Anti-Cheat, and if there are any official fixes or additional troubleshooting steps I can try. At the moment, the game is completely unplayable for me.
