Frustrations with Anticheat Problem
Hi, I've just bought this game and have been trying to launch it. I've had very little success. I've probably tried to launch it 30 times. One time when I launched through EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe, it actually launched, I was able to play for about 20 minutes, then it crashed again. I have since not been able to launch it again. No error code comes up, it just crashes (and sometimes crashes my whole computer). I'm quite frustrated. I'm trying to play it through steam. This is my rig: Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900KF (3.00 GHz) Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor It runs every other game fine (including F1 24). Every other game I can run on ultra graphics. I've tried many fixes for this, including full reinstall, verifying the files, altering the hardware_settings_config file to turn off ray tracing, reinstalling graphics card drivers, disabling overlays (steam and NVidia). I've run out of things to do. Help.1.3KViews10likes34CommentsSomehow I got my account suspended
I bought the EA pass last month to play F1 25, and today I decided to buy the game since it's on sale. I downloaded it and when I started it, I got a message that said ,,Your account is suspended" (I attached a photo). I checked my ban history on their site and it's says that I have no ban history. I haven't played with hacks or anything. When I had the game through the EA pass I barely played online but now I want to play 2 player career with one of my friends. I opened a case on EA help, but if anyone knows a fix I would be really glad to try it.Game can't run because Intel driver is old
The game doesn't start. I have iRIS xe Graphics and I've been playing normally the game since todays last update. When I try to start the game it says: F1 25 fails to start with an error saying that the Intel Graphics driver is too old and requires version 32.0.101.6449 or newer. I have currently 30.0.101.1660. Last week I was playing like always with no problems, and after this update I can't even start the game. I swear I can still play the game or get something in exchange. Sorry if my english isn't the best :( There's a video of me playing the game, and screens of my current driver, the problem and my saved games.3 Games files corrupted and game crashing
Hello, i saw MANY threads on reddit and on this forum but it's like nothing is being updated and the bug is still here. My problem is that when i launch the game, the video is fluid and i got 60 fps. But the sound is stuttering, do kind off "rollback" and cut itself for like 5-10 seconds. after that, the game crashes between 1-2 after opening the game. I believe that i try everything that i could except resetting my PC. I downloaded the new drivers, I deleted the "hardwaresettings" folder in \My Games\F1 25, I upgrade my virtual RAM, I uninstalled and download the game 4 times on different hard drive, i deleted the possible conflicting app like DS4Windows, I disable my anti-virus and my firewall, I uninstalled and download the Javelin AC, i repaired the Javelin AC, i checks multiple times the game files and everytime i had those 3 corrupted files. I did more but i don't really remember. I really would like to play the game but it seems that EA don't really care about this bug... Thanks for reading this :) PS : here is my DxDiag, i can't get my report code because i can't even go in a race.Anti-Cheat Causing Game to Fail to Launch or Crash
I purchased the game on Steam, and since the day I bought it, I have never been able to launch it properly. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: Reinstalling the game multiple times Updating my BIOS Verifying game file integrity in Steam (Steam always reports 3 missing files, and no matter how many times I reinstall or verify, the issue remains ) Closing all background applications that could potentially cause conflicts Despite all of this, the game either fails to launch at all, or it crashes within one to two minutes after launching. According to Windows Event Viewer, the crash appears to be related to EA Anti-Cheat. Below is the error information I found: Log Name: Application Source: Application Event ID: 1 Level: Error Error Details: EAAntiCheatService The game f1_25.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0x1 This issue happens consistently every time I try to launch the game. I would like to know if this is a known issue with EA Anti-Cheat, and if there are any official fixes or additional troubleshooting steps I can try. At the moment, the game is completely unplayable for me.
