Undefined Error
I bought the game for son so we can play together and worked just fine the first day, next day he gets an undefined error code 1:86001S:89001S:9C:-13561655840 I scan the QR code for assistance and it’s a generic troubleshooting guide with zero help. Googled it and all the results are for PC or PS5. I did the 1.1.1.1 dns and 1.0.0.1 and still the same problem. I even uninstalled the game reset the Xbox reinstalled the game and same error. After season 1 update, I am unable to play the campaign, I always get connection lost, with only retry and exit to desktop. I tried to verify the installation files, restart PC and router, wired and wireless connections but nothing works.
