Cannot play a single game
I bought this game over a month ago. I've tried uninstalling, restoring licence, removing several parts of install, tried changing and disconnecting my PS5 and EA account, changed Playstation Online ID and nothing has worked. If I click any game mode, it counts to around 5 seconds and then starts loading then the BF6 logo comes up and I'm straight back to the main menu lobby. Can someone explain or does anyone have an answer as to how I can play this game? It's literally unplayable and I cannot find any solution or details anywhere.

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing the exact same crashing/freezing issue in FC 27 that I had throughout FC 26, and at this point it’s becoming extremely frustrating. I’m playing on an Xbox Series S. During a match, the game will suddenly freeze completely for around 3 seconds, then crash and quit straight back to the Xbox home screen. This usually happens around the second or third match, and when I restart the game, the match is counted as a loss because of the disconnection. What makes this even more frustrating is that I already reported this exact issue during FC 26. I contacted EA Support multiple times and went through the suggested troubleshooting, but the problem was never actually resolved. Now I’ve moved to FC 27 and the same problem is happening again. How is this still happening across two games? I’m not talking about an occasional crash — this has been a recurring issue that can completely ruin a match and give me a loss for something that is clearly caused by the game crashing. EA, I really need an actual explanation and solution this time. Please don’t just send the usual generic troubleshooting steps. I’ve already gone through those with support before. Is anyone else on Xbox Series S experiencing the same freezing → crash → Xbox home screen issue in FC 27? If EA staff are reading this, please acknowledge the issue and explain whether it is being investigated. I know I'm most likely wasting my time but does anyone know if there is a way to contact EA Sports regarding an accessibility issue. I tried using their silly little chatbot but it was beyond useless. I have searched their website from top to bottom looking for contact information and all I have found is the chatbot. I suppose it keeps them from having to deal with complaints or questions but I'm just wondering if there is a way to email or call them.Cannot launch the game. Keep crashing after anticheat software loading screen.
Anyone experiencing the same issue as below? I have my fc27 purchased and downloaded via steam. The game launch keeps failing every time. After the anticheat service validated (smaller sized retangle loading screen), the game crashes without any message. The highly frustrating and absolutely impacted on my experience. I have tried multiple attempys to correct on my end. Redownload, update or repair anticheat through the fc27 anticheat installer Removing other conflicting anticheat sservice Securing boot the pc Reinstalling EA Repairing game files Disabling background softwarte Updating driver Removing EA cache All these methods remained useless. However, occasionally (like 1 out of 10 times), I was able to start the game and play smoothly. This shows that the problem is not related to pc spec but something on EA end. Ive been playing FC27 perfectly fine since release then a couple of days ago. For some reason when I open the game it will not launch correctly through Steam or EA app. I have look up whats going on and HAVE DONE ALL THE FIXES I HAVE READ ONLINE.. The game would launch sometimes but when I close out and try to play again it will not launch at all... I dont know what else to do to fix it... every time i have to do something just so i can play the game normally.... Something is going on with the FC27 Anti Cheat. I can open BF6 fine and it seems to have the same JAVELIN anti cheat. Not sure what is going. Anyone got a permanent fix? the one i found that should be a permanent fix didnt work... i have reinstall the game. repaired the anti cheat through the EA anti cheat thing. I have done all i can find online about it. The game would launch but when im done playing and try to play again i have to try the fixes again and see what works.. its really annoying and ridiculous.
