EA FC 25 - "You're Offline" Error Despite Being Connected to Internet
Hi EA Team, I recently purchased EA FC 25 (on Steam) and installed it on my PC. However, whenever I try to launch the game, I only get a splash screen followed by this error message: "We've noticed your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer using your EA Account, you'll need to connect to the Internet." The problem is — I am connected to the internet. I've tried everything I could find online to fix this issue: Flushed DNS. Reset network settings. Reinstalled the game. Reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat. Cleared EA App cache. Logged in and out of the EA App. Despite all this, the issue persists. It's frustrating to purchase a game and be unable to play it due to a connection error that doesn't reflect my actual network status. My game wont load after it opens up to the first page. it won't even load into the loading screen to the homepage. I have mods, I did 50/50, I reinstalled/uninstalled my drivers, the game, and my mods. I've been trying for a whole week, and now I've finally resorted to creating a discussion. Google, YouTube videos, and even some forums on this site haven't helped me at all. I have a windows 11 currently running on NVIDIA gaming driver. I’m unable to download the Console: 2.14 update for The Sims 4 on PS5. I have the physical disc version of the game, and every time I try to update, it gets stuck and won’t progress. I’ve been trying for several days, and the update never completes. The loading time constantly fluctuates, going as high as 25 hours, and has never gone below 12 hours. It stays stuck at “Preparing to download” or at 0%, and sometimes resets or jumps around. The update has never actually installed. As it stands, I can’t play the game at all because the update is required. What I’ve Tried So Far: Cancelled and deleted the download from the queue Rebooted PS5, unplugged power for several minutes Cleared cache and rebuilt database via Safe Mode Changed DNS settings to: Google: 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1 Switched to a mobile hotspot and wired Ethernet Verified game is installed to internal storage, not external Other games and updates install just fine I’ve seen multiple players report similar issues with this patch (Console: 2.14) across Reddit and social media. Is this a known issue, and is there a fix coming soon? I’d appreciate any updates or support, as it’s frustrating not being able to play a game I physically own. Hello, I am an Apex Legends player from Russia on an Xbox One S. When I try to log in to the game, it says "Unable to connect to EA servers, check your connection, details on the website..." I have already tried everything possible: I checked my EA account for bans (there are no bans), changed the console region, changed the DNS addresses manually 10 times, reconfigured the router in my apartment, removed the Xbox binding from EA and reconnected - the result is that nothing helps. Hi all, I’ve been completely unable to launch Apex Legends through the EA App - I get stuck indefinitely on the spinner screen under the "Prodigy" title card. This issue has been ongoing, and I’ve gone through every single recommended fix I could find, including EA App logs analysis. I generally use Steam to play, but for this issue I have been trying the EA app to cut out potential variables. I have already tried: reinstalled both Apex and the EA app fully cleared EA desktop, origin, and Electronic Arts cache folders Cleared all EA related entries in Windows Credential Manager Disabled firewall and antivirus completely to test Tried running EA app as administrator Tried another EA account I have (same result) Created a new windows user account and tested from there Tried launching mobile hotspot to rule out IP issues Ran EA app in logging mode and had chatgpt review logs o logs showed a silent failure during token/authentication session = no crash, no error, just a login loop GPTs analysis is: "At this point, it’s clearly a backend authentication or session failure that isn’t producing any visible error - most likely a stuck token, corrupted server-side session, or a rejected handshake that’s not triggering any on-screen feedback." I downloaded F1 24 a few days ago via XBOX Game Pass for PC, and every time I try open the game it immediately crashes after the loading popup finishes. No error log, nothing. I have tried countless methods to fix this but none have proved viable. I have verified my game files, ran the game as administrator, searched my computer for corrupted game files, repaired, reinstalled and updated the EA Anticheat multiple times, even going as far as redownloading the game twice. My WiFi is stable and I have a wheel connected to my PC. Along with this I have unplugged every USB device in my PC and yet still no prevail. Hi sorry if i do this wrong its my first time writing. After updating my game im unable to load into my gameplay save. I can load the sims 4 normally to the main menu and into the world menu but after that i get stuck at the blue loading screen. Ive tried removing and adding mods. Ive tried making sure everything is updated. Ive tried creating a whole new save and it seemed to work so i saved the household from the old save to try add to a new save but that didnt work either (still stuck in loading screen). Ive also tried repairing the game and deleting and restarting the game but no luck. Im guessing the specific family is corrupt is there a way to fix this? This is my first forum post and please be kind to me as I've been recently having issues since the recent update, pre-ordering the latest expansion, and updating certain mods that I use such as MCC. I have been getting this error message every time I try to start up my game and it crashes before it even reaches the main menu. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, removing mods, cleaning the files, and the whole other 9 yards of trying to fix this issue. NOTHING WORKED! Still kept getting the stupid error message after constant trial & error. Also how are you even supposed to use Origin if it's been inoperable & defunct since April of last year? I just need help and answers because I enjoy this game very much! Any helpful suggestion will be greatly appreciated!
