SIMS4 WILL NOT LAUNCH
I haven't played in a while, but I jumped on and everything was working like normal, and then one day while I was playing, my laptop died in the middle of my game (low battery) and ever since then, I can't get my game to launch. At first, it would tell me "Failure to launch" and to try again later. well now it has been almost a week of me trying new things every day. I even downloaded steam and tried to access it through there. Now, I press play from the Steam app, then it opens the EA app (i linked my accounts) and then, nothing. It just says, "Launching game..." and then "preparing game" and then nothing. I am not tech-savvy, and I feel like I have tried everything. I have spent a lot of money and time on my game and this whole thing has been really frustrating. I have attached my DxDiag
Pack problem
I linked my EA and steam account and for some reason it is showing that I own all of the packs, but it won’t let me download them when I go in to try to play with a household that uses the packs I have it says they’re not downloaded I am sure I own all of them as I checked my receipts I do When I go in from steam and try to play. It does the same thing
Infinite loading screen
I think my games files are corrupted, and I already tried every solution I could find I resetted my entire game, and when I did that, it worked. I could create a new game and it worked just fine. But when I try putting back the save's files it goes back to being stuck in the loading screen I didn't put any mods in it after resetting the game, I really don't want to lose my saves since they are several years old.
Major bug/Weird colours, no menu, intro is black -> cant play at all
I already played 100 hours of ea fc 25 and all of a sudden, when I wanted to claim the free mardonna, the game started this weird way. First of all, everything seems normal. When the "ea sports - its in the game" intro comes, I just hear it but I have a blackscreen. After that, I can only see the green background and the triangle from the menu. But the menu itself is not visible and I cant enter any gamemodes, also not by blindy pressing some buttons. Things I have already tried: reinstalling game multiple times reinstalling AMD drivers via DDU repairing EA FC 25 via EA app launching FC 25 as admin launching FC 25 with dx 11 repairing and reinstalling the ea anti-cheat-programs deactivating all in-game-overlays I may have forgotten some things I tried, but these where the most. Graphics card: AMD Radeon 6900xtPre ordered businesses and Hobbies and now game keeps crashing
So everytime sims 4 updates, it disables my mods and cc so I know for a fact that my mods and cc are disabled, and the game will act like it's not even there. (Before anyone says it's a problem with my cc and my mods) I pre-ordered Businesses and Hobbies expansion a few days ago, today I got home from school and sat down to play, I let it update, once it was done updating, I clicked on it to play, it loaded, and then it crashed! I didn't even get to the menu!!! What the Hell EA?! I just wanna play my game! Is that so much to ask???? 🤬 Please send help! I have a problem that has been going on for more than two days. When I opened the FUT qualifiers prize package, I found a loan package inside it. When I opened the package, the game gave me an error and logged me out of the game. Note that I opened the package in the evening on the PlayStation platform and tried again from the special application and the problem repeated itself. We hope that you will solve the issue as soon as possible.
