EA FC26 crashing on starting, black screen
I have contacted the ea help system, and after 5 hours they didn't get any answer that solved my problem, so they asked me to write in here to see if anyome else had this problem and got it solved. Basically when I opened the fc26 via ea app on pc it crashed, just appeared a black screen, then it closed and opened ea app again, I will leave a video of it attached below.2.6KViews3likes58CommentsPre order bonus abilities glitched
Is anyone else having trouble with the pre ordered abilities being completely locked and unable to buy. I equipped the college coach and I pre order mvp+ bundle in order to get the franchise advantage that I didn’t have in Madden 26. I wanted a jump start at the coach abilities and more specifically the abilities with speed & COD boosts. Unfortunately they are all glitched out for me. The playsheets are available but can’t pay to upgrade them. But as far as the abilities go I can’t unlock any. If I could open my franchise to show a picture I would but unfortunately my franchise is also dealing with another problem ea should hurry and fix. it also didn’t translate to NCAA that I’ve created a madden coach, so that ability is locked as well on NCAA.1View0likes0CommentsFranchise Advance Bug
Per usual, ea can’t get right. I try to have faith every year I even pre ordered this year(really regretting it). I only buy Madden to play franchise, I do not participate in any other modes. I created my own franchise this year and filled it pretty fast. Just for all that hard work to be ruined by an ea bug. My franchise got error coded when simming from week 1 to week 2, as I try to go back on the game, the screen loads, then crashes. Over and over and over again. No one in the league can access the league. I know you all don’t prioritize franchise hardly ever because it doesn’t grab any extra money for you all, but this fix is one that needs immediate attention. Please help. I’m starting to get pressure to just reset the league but I don’t want to. I also don’t want to lose the members I’ve built. No companion app doesn’t help right now either. Please fix this swiftly.3Views0likes0CommentsBattlefield 6 – Black Screen on Launch and Silent Exit
Battlefield 6 – Black Screen on Launch and Silent Exit Hello, I am experiencing a persistent launch issue with Battlefield 6 on PC and have already carried out extensive troubleshooting. ISSUE When I launch Battlefield 6 through the EA app, EA Javelin Anti-Cheat launches normally and EAAntiCheatService starts successfully. The Battlefield 6 splash screen appears. BF6 then opens as a small/windowed black screen in the top-left area of my primary monitor. The BF6 icon is visible on the Windows taskbar. The black window remains for approximately 1–2 minutes without progressing. It then closes completely, the BF6 taskbar icon disappears, and the EA app returns to the foreground. No error message or error code is displayed. This happens consistently on every launch attempt. PC SPECIFICATIONS OS: Windows 11 Pro 25H2 OS Build: 26200.8655 CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 RAM: 32 GB Motherboard: MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi (MS-7E26) BIOS: American Megatrends 1.80, dated 15/12/2023 BIOS Mode: UEFI Secure Boot: ON Virtualization-Based Security: Running Hypervisor-Enforced Code Integrity / Memory Integrity: Running I am not enrolled in the Windows Insider Program. EA ANTI-CHEAT STATUS I checked EAAntiCheatService from Command Prompt while the Battlefield 6 black window was still open. The service reported: SERVICE_NAME: EAAntiCheatService TYPE: 10 WIN32_OWN_PROCESS STATE: 4 RUNNING WIN32_EXIT_CODE: 0 (0x0) SERVICE_EXIT_CODE: 0 (0x0) CHECKPOINT: 0x0 WAIT_HINT: 0x0 Therefore, EA Anti-Cheat appears to successfully reach the RUNNING state before Battlefield 6 eventually exits. TROUBLESHOOTING ALREADY COMPLETED I have confirmed the BIOS is running in UEFI mode and Secure Boot is enabled. I have confirmed VBS/HVCI is running. I have rebooted the PC multiple times. I have run the EA app as Administrator. I have confirmed EA Background Service is running. I have confirmed EA Javelin/EA Anti-Cheat launches successfully. I have confirmed EAAntiCheatService reaches STATE 4 RUNNING with exit code 0 while BF6 is running. I have closed/disabled third-party applications and utilities. I have ensured AutoHotkey/macro-related applications are not running. I performed a Windows clean boot with all non-Microsoft services disabled. I manually enabled EABackgroundService so the EA app could launch and then tested BF6 in this clean-boot environment. The exact same issue occurred. I checked Windows Event Viewer. No corresponding BF6 application crash/error was recorded. I checked Windows Reliability Monitor. No Battlefield 6 failure was recorded when BF6 silently exited. I checked the Windows CrashDumps directory. No bf6.exe crash dump was generated. I also discovered that Windows Exploit Protection had a specific bf6.exe entry containing 23 system overrides. I removed the BF6-specific Exploit Protection profile, rebooted and tested again. This made no difference. IMPORTANT DIAGNOSTIC BEHAVIOUR This does not appear to behave like a conventional application crash. Battlefield 6 successfully creates its window and remains running on a black screen for approximately 1–2 minutes. During this period, EAAntiCheatService is fully RUNNING and reports no service error. BF6 then appears to terminate silently. There is no BF6 error message. There is no EA/Javelin error code. There is no BSOD. There is no BF6 Event Viewer application crash. There is no BF6 Reliability Monitor crash. There is no bf6.exe crash dump. The EA app simply returns after BF6 disappears. REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE Could this please be investigated as a potential Battlefield 6/Javelin compatibility or initialization issue? I am particularly interested in whether there are known issues involving Windows 11 25H2 build 26200.x. Could you also advise where I can obtain EA Javelin Anti-Cheat logs, Battlefield 6 launch logs or other diagnostic logs that may show why bf6.exe is being terminated? If necessary, I would appreciate this case being escalated beyond the standard Secure Boot and clean-boot troubleshooting, as those steps have already been completed and the EA Anti-Cheat service has been verified as successfully reaching the RUNNING state during the failed launch. Thank you.BF6 - battlefield 6 warning your save files are corrupt
I'm going to be very honest here because at this point I'm completely out of patience. EA support on this issue has been extremely frustrating, and I want to clearly explain why this is not a single-PC error or user error problem. I have 3 gaming desktops and 1 gaming laptop in my household. I travel frequently for work and I use my laptop to play games during my downtime. The first issue I encountered was when I first purchased Battlefield 6. Upon installing the game onto my gaming laptop I immediately ran into a driver compatibility issue between the integrated and dedicated GPU's on the laptop. I tried for a while to find a working fix and nothing worked, It was annoying but fine. I moved on and accepted that one. I then installed Battlefield 6 on my primary desktop and immediately hit a secure boot issue, I found a resolution, and the game worked perfectly for months. Installed the game on every desktop in my house no issues for months. Then the real problem started, One desktop randomly started showing the Battlefield 6 Error message "Warning: Your save files are corrupt" I tried every solution available online that I could find. Nothing worked. Eventually, I got annoyed and completely removed the game and gave up on that machine. I then switched to my older desktop ( Gaming PC now a guest PC) Again, the game worked fine for about a month or two. Then, out of nowhere the game crashed the entire computer mid-match. After rebooting, the same issue appeared "Warning: Your save files are corrupt" And once again I tried every available fix I could find online. And nothing worked. I did a full uninstall of the game, full removal and reinstall of the EA App, Full removal and reinstall of EA anti cheat, Disabled all overlays, I even tried adjusting the Window Windows exploit protection settings, Tried verifying files and repairing files in Steam, Cleaned shader caches and did clean installs. NOTHING WORKED. Absolutely nothing has fixed this issue at this point, my laptop can't run the game due to GPU driver conflicts that EA doesn't have support for. I also now have two desktops that can't run the game either because of the same error. While I genuinely want to enjoy this game. I have been patient. I accepted some of the issues on my end. I accepted reinstalling and troubleshooting. But when a game becomes completely unplayable across three separate machines with no fix insight, That's beyond frustrating. Is it too much to ask for. 1 A clear explanation of what the cause of this error is 2. Confirmation whether this is tied to cloud save or an anti cheat error or account data error and 3. An actual resolution path not generic reinstall steps. Because right now, Battlefield 6 is ineffectively unplayable in my household and I have run out of patience and things to try.1.9KViews4likes10CommentsRose Bowl replay/highlights glitch
I’ve been playing road to glory, and I was in the playoffs. My team won the rose bowl game, so I decided to look at the highlights again. When I tried to load one in, everything is still the same, music is still there, but I can’t move anything, can’t click anything, I can’t do anything but close the game. But, I notice in the bottom right of the screen: “RECALCULATING LIGHTING.” Now, i’ve gone in the highlights before and watched replays, but this has never happened before. I closed my game, played that same Rose Bowl game again, went into the highlights, and same thing. Game stuck “RECALCULATING LIGHTING” when I try to watch a replay after the game is over. I didn’t know if this was only road to glory or only in the playoffs so I just recently played UCLA vs CAL, scored a few td’s, then super sim to the end of the game. I try to look at the highlight, and same thing happens. I’m pretty sure this is only on the Rose Bowl stadium for it hasn’t happened to me before, and I don’t know if it’s happened to anyone else because I play on a PS5.Reporting two persistent BUGS
I want to report two annoying and persistent bugs. The first one is related to objectives. When i select the "season" objectives, i can navigate it but i cannot go back to menu, i have to ALT + F4. It happens always, as you may noticed this is annoying... The second one is related to squad battles, At half time i only see a black screen but the game is going on, i hear the crowd, sometimes the game then starts normally at 47 min, other times the game came back to normal at 57min, in this periof of "The image innactivity" i conced goals, because i don´t see what is happening in the game. By the time the game has, this kind of bugs feel so unprofessional...8Views0likes0Comments
