Dice!!! separate 128 and 64 player mode !!!! (Like this for EA attention)
Please consider separating the 64-player and 128-player Conquest playlists again in Battlefield 2042. Ever since the playlists were merged, many players have lost the ability to consistently play the experience they actually enjoy. Some players prefer the large-scale chaos and epic battles of 128 players, while others prefer the more tactical and focused gameplay of 64 players. Both experiences have their own unique identity, and forcing them into a single playlist reduces player choice and overall enjoyment. Battlefield has always been about offering different ways to play, and giving players the freedom to choose between 64 and 128-player modes would greatly improve the experience. With Battlefield 6 on the horizon, please don't forget the dedicated Battlefield 2042 community that still actively plays and supports the game. Bringing back separate playlists for 64 and 128 players would be a highly appreciated quality-of-life change. Thank you, DICE, for continuing to support Battlefield 2042.EA app randomly starts after properly closing it.
Not wanting to have too many programs running in the background, I close the ones I don't use regularly. The problem is that when I close the EA app, it will without fail start back up some hour(s) later. And it's IMMENSELY annoying me as it just plonks itself on top of whatever it is I'm currently doing! And no, stopping it from starting when I boot the computer doesn't work. Sooner or later it's going to start up anyway. And even if it did work, it'd just solve it until I started the app and then shut it down again after I'm done playing a game. "Hi, I'm having an issue launching EA Sports FC 26 on PC. I purchased the game through Steam. Every time I try to launch it, the EasyAntiCheat briefly runs but then the game immediately closes and sends me back to the EA App with no error message. I have tried the following steps but nothing worked: Verified game files on Steam Repaired EasyAntiCheat service Reinstalled EA App completely Uninstalled and reinstalled FC26 Ran everything as administrator Updated Windows and all drivers Launched from both Steam and EA App directly The game shows as installed in my EA App library but it never launches. This has been the case since I first installed it, it has never worked once. Please help me resolve this issue."2.5KViews4likes36CommentsFc 26 refuses to work online
I bought the game 2 days ago and everything including online modes was working fine. But just this evening when I booted up my game my personal settings file was gone and I was no longer able to play online game modes. As soon as I connect to the EA servers the game crashes without any error code and puts me back into steam/desktop. So far I have tried: completely reinstalling the game, including EA app and EA anticheat. Deleting the appdata, localdata, roaming, program files of anything related to EA or FC 26. Doing this to DISM: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Restarting my pc Running the game on administrator The game works completely fine in offline mode. When I connect to the servers it just crashes within 5 seconds. Since yesterdays weekly season 3 update every time I load the game (PC) it crashes back to the EA app with no error messages or conflicts visible. I have followed the EA help and re-installed the javelin anti cheat with nil fix, I have no software conflict messages so now I haven't a clue what to do. There are others with the same problem and no help to fix. Contacting EA only takes me to AI crap that is no help at all and totally useless. Any other way of contacting EA help?134Views5likes14CommentsTerminal Flashing Green and Red Screen Loop on Startup
Hello, I am reporting a severe visual rendering bug that has made my game completely unplayable. The game worked fine initially, but now it freezes right after the initial splash loading screen. By the way I purchased the game through Steam. It drops into a solid green screen, and pressing 'Enter' or the spacebar causes the entire display to cycle aggressively between solid green and solid red screens. The main menus never render. My Hardware Specs: GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1080 (8GB) CPU: Intel Core i5-11400F RAM: 32GB Dual-Channel OS: Fresh clean installation of Windows 10 Storage: Crucial P2 M.2 NVMe SSD (380GB free out of 465GB) Troubleshooting Already Done: I have completely reinstalled Windows 10, used DDU for fresh graphics drivers, completely reinstalled the EA Anti-Cheat utility as an administrator, wiped local AppData/EA App cache directories, and attempted Steam windowed launch parameters. The issue persists across a completely flawless, clean PC environment. EA Case ID: [Case number:-249530725]. Please look into this compatibility issue with Pascal architecture graphics cards.
