Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken
What do we expect from EA. This might be your last CTR w NFL. And u can't get any patch updates working correctly?? After patch update nearly now going on 4 days, Superstar gm modes is disabled. However MUT works lol of course cus that's your golden goose, surprisingly franchise mode working. This on a brand spanking bought Series x. And yes internet is fine and I have a 240hrz 4k sony tv w 7.1 soundbar. And yes I build computers so im pretty technically savy. SO this is not a customer issue its an EA SERVER ISSUE And yes Confired w EA online virtual chat w no resolution. Y charge 100.00 -120.00 for a video game when its worth 30.00 no more, due to no features working or available or bugged & no response from EA. EA DO BETTER!! And get this fixed ASAP. FYI that's what pops up everytime Superstar tries to get launched on Series x. However Franchise & other gm modes work fine.
Cannot Log In to EA App
On Windows 11, if that helps at all. I ran a network test and according to everything my network is fine, so I'm not sure what is causing this issue. I've had an EA account for several years and until the last few weeks, I was able to log in without any problems. A few weeks ago I encountered error code: EC:10001, stating that there was a problem with my account. When I initially reached out to support about it I was told that the issue was probably my network and that it should resolve in a few days, and until then I could use my mobile hot spot to log into my account until the issue resolved itself. It has been weeks since then and I'm still having this issue, even though by all accounts my network is fine. Tonight while trying to log in using my mobile hot spot I encountered error code: EC:10004. Tonight I basically cannot get into my account because my previous issue is unresolved and for some reason now the app is having problems with me using my mobile hot spot. Please help. As it stands right now I can't get into my account on the app and I have no idea what is causing this issue or how to fix it.
Duos not working

Pro clubs failing
I have been trying to get onto pro clubs all night. keeps coming up with the same message: unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again. It allows me to go onto other game modes but not this one. can anyone help, I’ve tried everything I can think of.Game won't load into my household
When I attempt to load into my household it shows that it’s loading and then proceeds to open right back into the world map. A couple of times it showed a flashing blue box down in the corner of the screen, as if the game itself is glitching, which is shown in the image attached to my post. I repaired the game through Steam and checked my mods but it’s still doing the same thing. I also just downloaded new content into my game from the sale, so I don’t know if that’s part of the issue, but my game has never done this before.SDX Error
I haven’t been able to play online because I keep getting a Sims Delivery Error. Does anyone know how to fix this? This is what I’ve tried so far: I have onedrive turned off. I use Norton for an antivirus and have the game added to exceptions. I moved my mods folder out and deleted the localthumbcache.package, but it didn’t change anything. I repaired the game and cleared the cache too. I also ran the EA app as an administrator. I’m not sure what to try next. I’d appreciate any advice!
Cheat Bar won't close for Console players (PS4) (PS5)
I’m a PS5 console player and I’m experiencing a serious issue with the cheat bar/keyboard that is making the game nearly unplayable. I tried creating a new game and using cheats. At first, the cheat bar worked normally, but eventually it stopped closing. Once the cheat bar gets stuck, I can’t click on anything in live mode unless I pause the game and go to the main menu, Manage Worlds, Settings, etc. If I go to Manage Worlds and select a household, the cheat bar becomes stuck again. Reloading a save or creating an entirely new save does not fix the issue, the cheat bar still gets stuck every time. I’ve never had this problem before and have tried multiple workarounds with no success. This issue is extremely frustrating and completely disrupts gameplay for console players who use cheats. Please look into this and fix the issue so the game is playable again. Thank you, Sims Team.
