Does anyone know how to fix this???
So my game is like broken and won't open. I've tried to open it thru Steam and the EA app, but the same things happen. It starts to load, shows the Sims 4 title screen and starts loading the screen with tips/tricks. After that it just completely stops and closes itself. I've tried repairing the app, restarting my PC, deleting mods that i could remember we broken. Nothing is working and i haven't found any solutions online, can anyone please help 🥲Error Code 110:dc9d1b8c:def8b958
I haven't played my save in a handful of months and I have cleared/ ran through updating a good chunk of my Mods. I've been using tools made by the community to possibly even catch the errors as they occur and nothing conclusive has been found. I did the handy 50/50 method and that was an auto fail also. I can pretty much do everything except go into Live mode on a lot with my Sims. I can build and CAS for hours on end with zero issue. But as soon as Live mode hits that error code pops. I'll have to report back on how it runs without CC but so far removing all my cc is causing the longest load screen I've had during this entire processFC 25 doesn’t launch – EA AntiCheat starts, then the game closes instantly
Hello EA Support, I have a serious issue with EA SPORTS FC 25 on PC. The game used to work fine, but now it doesn’t launch at all. Here’s what happens: EA AntiCheat launches Then the FC25 icon shows briefly After 2–3 quick loading attempts, nothing happens — the game silently closes This started happening out of nowhere, and I tried everything to fix it: ✅ Reinstalled FC25 completely ✅ Repaired EA App and AntiCheat ✅ Uninstalled and reinstalled EA App ✅ Cleaned temporary files and folders ✅ Disabled all overlays (Steam, Discord etc.) ✅ Added FC25 and EA App to Firewall and Defender exclusions ✅ Updated Windows 11 fully ✅ Installed latest AMD Adrenalin GPU drivers (Radeon graphics) from official site ✅ Even created a brand new local Windows user account ✅ Game shows briefly in Task Manager using some CPU but closes after launch Despite all of this, the issue persists. I believe the problem may be related to EA AntiCheat or a recent update. Please help me solve this issue or escalate it to the right team. I can provide videos or screenshots if needed. Whenever I try to boot up my sims game the message "The requested operation requires elevation" pops up, I followed a solution I found on here that included changing my games files to run as non administrator but none of my files are running as such. I have tried a dozen fixes including deleting the whole game and re downloading it. I need help, if anyone else was able to fix it please let me know what you did. I'm willing to reset everything if it means I can playGame crash at start
I might have found a "fix" for the game crash at splash screen. The Hardware_Settings_Config.xml File isn't populating the correct information for your system. I basically did this on a gut feeling, but it worked,. After doing a comparison to see what was causing it to literally blue screen my system. I could see that F1 25 had literally the most extreme values that would never work, and missing info from my system, compared to the F1 24 hardware config files. I copied and pasted my Hardware_Settings_Config.xml file from F1 24 to F1 25,. I can now actually get into the game and at least go to the settings menu to make any changes needed. The game still crashes anytime I try to run the benchmark to insure the settings are to my liking. So this isn't foolproof, but maybe this will help others experiencing the same issues. The file path is in your Doucments/MyGames/F1 25/hardwaresettings/hardware_settings_config.xml I suspect the issue is primarily affecting users with multiple monitors running at 1440P resolution, as that is the setup I am currently using. Hope this helps someone at least gain some progress in getting the game to work for them.Game Crashing/Closing
After a failed update and repair then an successful update, the game would open followed by a moment of the screen freezing then the screen would go dark and open to my desktop. When I would open it again, the game would open without issue but the screen would show HDMI input at the top right corner. It would just repeat of freezing after two seconds then close. I repaired four times and same outcome. Updated drivers to see if that helped, cleared out the thumbnail cache and remove CC/Mods. I can't record due to the game crashing so quickly as my Xbox record software requires the game to be open and operational.SolvedOpening game issue/ Save Files missing
I just updated my MacBook Air to version 15.5, and I last played sims about two weeks ago ( it was working fine) then when I went to play today (the game was also recently updated) I loaded in and none of my households were there. Then I exited and checked my files and all my saves are gone and all my files in the Electronic arts folder say ‘error’ . If anyone knows anything please help me out. Thx.
