Situational and NPC outfits generating with random hats
Playing on Mac, this seems to have started with the July 1st 2025 update. Suddenly sims such as hired caterers as well as with situational outfits like wedding outfits and hospital patients are wearing random hats with the regularly generated outfit. I do not have a screenshot of all of the instances but for example, the caterer at my sims wedding was wearing a beanie and the groom was wearing a graduation cap. What I do have a screenshot of is a patient at the hospital during an active work day in the doctor career, she changed into the gown and also a clown hat (which is funny but I know is not intentional). She is also one of my sims so I know it's not part of any of her outfits so that is not a factor. I do have mods installed (better build buy, ui cheats, and mccc), not sure why any of those would be causing this suddenly since it has never been an issue prior to this update but can of course test without them if need be.Sims won't go upstairs
Every time I try to have my sims go upstairs, or do an activity upstairs (sleep, shower, etc.), they won't do it because they say they can't go there. Even when I click on the floor itself, it won't even bring up go here, job here, or anything. It just shows my mouse and the two feet. I've even tried rebuilding the stairs, moving lights, adding and removing fences and walls. I also removed my mods, thinking that might be the issue. I also tried bulldozing the lot and replacing it. I don't know what to do or try anymore.
[SE] [DU] Sim not wearing newly bought festival/uni outfit
My sim was currently at the Festival of Light and I wanted to buy and wear the Kimono. The machine took the money and I got the popup that said the outfit was now unlocked for CAS but my character didn't automatically put the outfit on and the options to buy it as well as buy and wear along with the prices still remained for the Machine. This didn't happen before the latest update and I'm on the PS4. I'm just glad I completed the Komorebi aspiration already otherwise it would be broken. I had a house placed on the lot and am able to see the levels and edit whatever necessary, but when I turn on live mode it makes the house inaccessible. It's like I'm visiting a lot that isn't mine, but it's my home lot. I can't even switch between levels when in live mode.
[CoL] Animals stuck/disappeared in inventory (Patch 1.108.318)
After putting my cow into my sims inventory to take them to the Finchwick Cow Fair 🐄 i then cannot return them to the animal shed when I get home. Have tried dragging and dropping them, clicking on the shed to assign them back in, deleting that shed and getting a new one. Buying a new cow and then selling them and then trying to assign my old cow. Nothing I do works. This is the third cow that has now gotten stuck in my inventory. Sims making white cake (Foodies NAP not active)
My sims keep trying to bake white cakes. It's not only visitors, but it's also my sims in the household. Even ghosts bake the white cakes, too. I have NPC voting turned off and there is no NAPs active in the neighborhood. When will this bug be fixed? Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title

Grade A student. needs pretty much met. good relationship with family. I have restarted without saving and this happens every time at around the same time. I have finally saved up until the point where this occurs. I don't know why this is happening or what this error message means but it is very annoying and ruining my gameplay.
