Weekly missions from battle pass
I would like to report a bug where I am only receiving 5 weekly missions to complete the pass, making it almost impossible to finish the battle pass. I thought this was happening to everyone, but after talking to my friends, it seems that this issue is only affecting my account.
Easy Anti Cheat Mute my game
Hello, Since early june, my sound crash on Apex Legends with soundcard: "Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Professional Series" No solution at today for resolve this issue. but still so many cheaters in the game...very effective EAC for kill my sound drivers. Only solution for recovery my sound is reboot my PC. I'm fed up with not being able to play the game I've played since day one. P.S: The only solution is to uninstall the sound card and have the sound from my motherboard which is really not good. So it is not possible for me
6th Anniversary event pack bug
Sorry to post the same bug twice (please lmk if I need to delete a duplicate post). Yesterday, I logged into Apex Legends, went to the event challenges in the challenges tab, and then to the event tracker. After backing out of the event tracker, I got a notification saying that I had received the event pack that you would get at 3k points. I shouldn't have gotten this since the previous day I had already opened the free event pack. This event pack is a duplicate and I shouldn't have gotten another one. I haven't opened this event pack since this might be a bug. Hopefully, this bug can be fixed and addressed before the event ends.Lobby Bug
At first, I was thinking this "bug" was just my Wi-Fi, but now I am starting to think it's the game. Every time I ready up in the lobby with my friends, it will put one or two of us in the game, and the other one would still be back in the lobby. I have uninstalled the game, and reset my WI-F and so have my friends, and yet nothing has worked. I have no clue if this is just a matter of Xbox servers being funny or if it's on Apex's side of things. This only started happening 2 weeks ago. I tried waiting it out to see if it would fix itself or if someone would notice, but it has not been fixed, so here I am. ( My friends play on an Xbox Series X, and I play on an Xbox Series S) (When it kicks one of us out, it shows a black screen with the Apex logo at the bottom)
Error on game start-up Anticheat not running or has failed authentication
For three days now I am getting same issue and unable to solve it, steps done: Error "message the client is not running the anti cheat or has failed the anti cheat authentication" restart PC, Game, EA app, internet, and using VPN uninstall and reinstall Easyanticheat edit the reg edior, run CMD code to un install the anti cheat and remove the folders repair the game reinstall the game close all background apps and disable antivirus still issue ongoing and game unplayableStore notification for hot drop wont go away
When in the store for apex, there are "hot drops" of hidden skins that are revealed when clicked. The idea of this feature is to tell users to 'reveal' their hot drops by clicking them. This notification never goes away. clicking hotdrops then leaving the store, requires you to re-click the hotdrops. if this is intended, then the store should remove its notification. I have gone through the store and clicked everything that can be clicked. there should be nothing causing the notification, so im left to believe its because of the "hot drops" always being hidden. the attached screenshots are in the order i took them. there is a timestamp in the name to help with ordering. the third image shows the "hot drops" clicked and reveleaded. the final picture shows what happens when i leave the store and go back in (after already clicking the "hot drops")
