6th Anniversary event pack bug
Sorry to post the same bug twice (please lmk if I need to delete a duplicate post). Yesterday, I logged into Apex Legends, went to the event challenges in the challenges tab, and then to the event tracker. After backing out of the event tracker, I got a notification saying that I had received the event pack that you would get at 3k points. I shouldn't have gotten this since the previous day I had already opened the free event pack. This event pack is a duplicate and I shouldn't have gotten another one. I haven't opened this event pack since this might be a bug. Hopefully, this bug can be fixed and addressed before the event ends.
Apex Account unable to matchmake.
I recently redownloaded Apex after my account was hacked and received a ban (although these got overturned, and wanted to play the game for a while. After trying to queue into either a game or the firing range, it simply reads the message "1 player in matchmaking..." and stays there. I attempted all of the troubleshooting possibilities, such as changing data center, account settings, cross play being enabled, and even advanced things such as DNS flushing and more. I just want to play the game and would appreciate any help or assistance as to if it's my account, or simply just a game problem.Can't access Friends
I'm texting with my friends I play with all the time about how we cant find/access/or invite eacother. When we search up one another's gamer tags, it shows we are all still added as friends, but we are unable to view one another on the friend's list. This is a game-killing bug that needs to be patched IMMEDIATELY. Unreal the number of major bugs and issues that we have seen since the launch of the new season.Customs Lobbies stuck on "In Progress" After Matches
When doing Custom Lobbies and exiting a game, the progress gets stuck on "in progress" which means that we have to create a new Custom Lobby each time we want to start a game. The lobby won't let us begin a new game even though the game we just played is finished. We have tried several times with different people as host and it continues to do the same issue. This started happening when the new season came out. As well,, the final kill cameras are not working.
