I found that my account had been reset to Level 1
I'm a returning player. When I logged into APEX on the Steam platform today, I was prompted to register. After linking my EA Account, I found that my account had been reset to Level 1. I have played this game for nearly 900 hours, so please help me recover my account.

whenever i play the game i plug in a controller but the game still picks up the mouse input as if im playing with the mouse. it is stuck to the center of the screen and interrupts the controller input and player behavior. i try to move it to the top of the screen or the to corner and after a few seconds it resets back to the center and interrupts the input. this is a known issue with no solution from you as far as ive seen online to try and solve it. i tried unplugging the mouse entirely but it somehow still resets to the middle and does the same. i tried deleting the mouse from device manager so it doesnt exist in the playing session and still the problem occurs. i tried opening the game with mouse and keyboard, cahnged the input mode to keyboard only and still the mouse is reset in the middle as if im using it. i tried fullscreen, borderless, windowed and in all of them i moved the mouse away waited until the icon is gone continued with the controller and still. please help me.Can't access my account and I can't reach support
I can't login to my EA account since I don't have the email account linked to it anymore and whenever I try to contact support using customer care and click 'chat with an advisor', it always tells me this issue is not supported by advisors. The website tells me to contact support despite this not being supported? I've selected the options 'Secure EA Account' and 'Update EA Account' and neither of them are supported.bf2042 gold edition not appearing in account
I preordered bf2042 way back in 2021 and spent the extra money to get the gold edition and played all the early access betas and then played a few days early before the games launch. I played for several dozen hours and play all the way up until season 2 where I stopped playing to go play other games, now I've logged back in after a few years and all of my progress has been reset and all of the cosmetics I got in the ultimate edition are gone. I have no idea what happened and even double-checked to make sure I had the right account and even verified in my purchase history that I ordered it. If anyone has any idea what to do please help.
