Kick off multi-player error
When I try to play kick off with a friend, we have the following error massage: unable to retrieve kick off information please try again later, do you know how to fix this? So I reinstalled the game last week and needed to switch my apex account to my other xbox account because I don't play on the same one anymore, and it said I was unable to unlink my account for 6 months. I contacted ea about this and they were incredibly unhelpful and said they couldn't do it because I had an "existing ban or suspension" or something and then told me to appeal the ban but when I click on the link they gave me it literally doesn't show me I have any active bans or suspensions. then they just closed my case and now I still can't unlink my ea account. All I need is to transfer my apex account to another xbox profile. can ANYONE help me. I've already contacted ea and put in ANOTHER case but I simply can't wait much longer.Cannot connect to ultimate team
EA I'm so tired of reading this same message again and again and again and again for the past 1.5 month. Did half of your servers get burned down?? I'm unable to do sbc's without getting disconnected, every 2nd match of rush and squad battles gets disconnected and gives me a disconnection warning and I even got a 15 minutes match ban when it wasn't even my fault. I literally have fear to play Rivals because I know my progress will not be saved and I'll either crash to menu or the game won't register. Also, don't give me this stupid excuse that my connection is bad or I'm on jio wifi. Every single other multiplayer game is working like Marvel Rivals, Apex legends (EA game), Battlefield 6 (EA game), Valorant, overwatch 2 and PUBG. I don't have a single disconnection in these games. I have the issue where it finds a match, then I get a black screen and then it says Battlefield, and send me back to the Menu, seems like I am able to find a match, but not connect to it, I have tried all different settings allowing the game on the Firewall option, repair/re-installed game files, same issue. I was able to play some matches with the beta, but then I had this same issue, now in launch day, still happening. Anyone has any solutions? I can log into my EA account normally on ea.com and I can access FUT on the FC 26 Companion App and in-game without any issues. However, when I try to log into the EA SPORTS FC 26 Web App on a browser, it briefly loads and then returns me to the login screen with no error message. I have tried numerous times to contact EA support and all I get is some lousy words in an email format that clearly doesn't enable the other person to respond. How can you explain the situation without proper lines of communication . How can they take things into consideration fairly without communication and investigations? All it is ,is EA claiming a violation of policy. Well what if my account was compromised? What if im innocent of these accusations? Wouldn't that merit a proper form of communication with customer service? I have never been treated so badly by a company as I have been now. EA has made it extremely difficult and has made me feel like I am a criminal of sorts. I am certainly am not and I feel like I'm not being taken seriously enough. So with that being said , I have absolutely no other option but to take this to court .
