Battlefield 6 Account Restricted - Platform Entitlement Bug?

Chelsea women Clearly scored at least 1 goal every single match they played in the UWCL competition and Maika should be getting all her upgrades as well as she achieved all the milestones required for all the upgrades similar to Hansen and why ONLY Hansen got all of the upgrades? Are you guys only upgrading ONLY those meta expensive cards and not all of them? Im dissatisfied and disappointed as she is one of the main reasons i love playing the game. I have the issue where it finds a match, then I get a black screen and then it says Battlefield, and send me back to the Menu, seems like I am able to find a match, but not connect to it, I have tried all different settings allowing the game on the Firewall option, repair/re-installed game files, same issue. I was able to play some matches with the beta, but then I had this same issue, now in launch day, still happening. Anyone has any solutions? Dear EA, I was wrongfully banned while playing Battlefield 6. But when I tried to appeal, I couldn’t create a case or submit an appeal on EA Help because I use a @163.com email address (your website may have blocked this email provider, and accounts using this type of email cannot reach live customer support either—moreover, EA Help’s live agents cannot submit appeals or create cases on my behalf). The case list is completely empty! I’ve contacted your live support multiple times using my secondary account, but they were unable to resolve this issue. I need to state clearly: this is a special situation that requires your team to proactively intervene with manual review and contact me directly via my email. I cannot make your team aware of this issue or get it processed through EA Help at all. I have also recorded a video as proof that I did not cheat or deceive you in any way. In the second video, you can also check the case number I mentioned—I’m certain you won’t be able to find that case number. Please review it. I recently got a PS5 and a fc26 game on it, this is easier for me to access the game using remote play when I'm travelling. But when I launch the game and entered UT, it shows up a brand new profile (no players, no season pass, level 0) -- I haved Iinked my PS5 account in the EA web settings and I can see my friends I added in EA app and I can send them message, but just the whole UT squads are totally different. Can anyone explain to me why this happens? Or you just can't do it? Anything in PS5 is totally separate and different in PC? I load into the game my level shows zero, profile menu on the dashboard is blank. Friends can’t see me online I can’t change my online status the ea connect menu not showing my name and activity status on top right of page. People who get my friend requests can see the friend request but it shows as a blank bar they can’t accept it. I’ve Deleted the game and redownloading it, and quitting the game and reloading.
