Gamertag stolen - support no help
Hello, Have had XBOX since 2008 and gamed since solely on xbox console. When i logged into BF2042 last night i got a banned error (what the heck, I've got two kids and no time to game so was a bit perplexed). I logged into F123 and also banned. I logged into FC24 also banned. I logged into my xbox account on web browser and then my ea account. When i try and link my xbox gamertag to my email address im getting an error that the gamertag is now registered to a different email. Not mine. I obviously own the gamertag, i pay the subscription fees, all other games work just not my EA games. Ive spent 6 hours on various chats with support who ask the same questions for ID verification. Which fails. I suspect the hacker has altered multiple other areas of my account but there is no guidance from support. They then force close my ticket. Please please please can someone here help me, a mod help me, just something that is genuine. The chat just goes through the motion asking the same questions, they do not seem interested in getting my account back. I am ultimately paying for a service through Game Pass Ultimate that i am not receiving. My xbox account is fine, it is not an xbox issue. It is fully an EA issue.
Season Pass Unavailable
It’s been 4days since TOTS dropped and I still can’t access the season pass. I lost all the SP I think. It says I won’t be able to earn any progression towards the pass.. And for some reason I can’t login at times.. the game lags and show all the red boxes. Is there a problem with my account cause some of my friends are doing fine and they are not facing this kind of problems.. Please helpMissing 99 mvp Travis hunter bundle
I’ve talked to 3 people now I’m glad that your worker Robin helped and understands how I feel and sent me here to get my problem out. So I’ve pre ordered the mvp bundle specifically for the Travis hunter 99 and I bought it on April 18 and I got the 2 legends packs in madden and in college football I even got Travis hunter on cfb but not on madden im missing my madden token pack I’ve talked to 3 EA supporters none of them could fully help me and they send me to my retailer which is PlayStation bought it online I went to PlayStation support they told me they can’t due anything and that they don’t know why they would send me there being a problem with in game transition I have proof I bought it on April 28 and now I’m missing out on why I pre ordered the game I’ve very dissatisfied and disappointed in EA and want to speak with superiors due I want what I paid for and I don’t want to miss out due to the 29th being the last day I also have proof of when I bought it and my case number I want EA to please reach out and fix this problem please and thank you. Hey. My internet provider has some connetion issue on all platforms (PC, PS5, XBOX) We get ~50-100 customers facing some troubles. We ask AKAMAI for this (their servers on way to yours didnt response) and they tell us to write EA. Support chat EA says to ask community manager here for any contacts and torubleshooting. I have some tcpdumps, traceroutes and IP, i need some contacts from you to work with us, help pls
Commentary Not Working and Game Won't Sign into EA Servers on PS5
The commentary flat out won't say a word except for goals and big plays and the game is not signing into EA Servers. This does not happen on any other EA Sports/EA game i have. I've restarted my PS5, reinstalled the game, and this hasn't worked. Again, through troubleshooting I can confirm this is not my PS5, it is signed into the Playstation network and all other games including EA Sports games work properly. The commentary and sign in do not work only on this game (NHL 25). Please assist.Online Franchise Teambuilder Freezing Madden 25
Whenever i try to join a online franchise with teambuilder my game freezes at 0%, it was fine yesterday. I tried clearing cache on PS5 and rebuilding database, would love to know the solution or work around for this. Any other franchises that dont have teambuilder on work fine, everyone else is able to load in fine besides me in the teambuilder one as well. Any ideas?Connection issues
I have done everything, restarted my router, my Xbox, tried every connection, my Nat type is open which means I shouldn’t have problems matchmaking, I played fifa earlier today online and it was fine, I can play other games right now with no problem online but when I load onto fifa it says “you have lost your online connection” it’s so frustrating
