Game Logic Error
This is my third time getting this error. Advisors do nothing but give me the exact same steps over and over. I played last night and now its back for the third time. Is there not a permanent fix to such a reoccurring issue?? You would think they would've found the actual problem instead of a temporary fix.there was a problem processing game logic apex
So This is the 3 time I get this problem... why.. I cant play with my account.. but if I change account it works fine... so this is happens after I have played for 2-3 hours.. and I have to contakt ea support.. and they probably fixes it.. after like 3-4 days.. but then problem gets back.. #1555 and #133 Its not my pc.. becouse I tryed on diffrent pc and still dont work. as soon as I change account it works on my pc.. but if I change back.. the problem persists... I've encountered three different error codes in the past half month: Early September: Errors 331 and 10169 September 12th: Error 10169 again Today: Error 10271 with "The index '10271' does not exist" (sh_grx.gnut #1545) Two of these three errors occurred immediately after making purchases. Due to these technical issues, I missed the previous season's battle pass and didn't receive the full rewards. Will there be any compensation? Every update seems to trigger these issues for my account. This is really stupid and ridiculous. I finally got into the game two hours ago, played two matches, updated the game and paid for the new battle pass, then I can't enter the game again. When I opened the game for the first time today, this message appeared: "There was a problem processing game logic. Please try again. sh_challenge_tiles.gnut #331[UI] GetCurrentPlaylistVarBool: Not connected to a server". I have tried to verify the file in Steam - Steam support: Verifying the integrity of the game file. Unfortunately, it still didn't work. Moreover, I tried re-downloading but it didn't help either. Additionally, my Windows and graphics driver programs have been updated to the latest version, but I also tried switching to other servers, or changing the game language to English before logging in, but still no response. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution regarding my account issue, which has now persisted for nearly a year. In November last year, my account was suddenly banned without explanation. I immediately raised this issue, and while the ban was promptly removed, no reason was ever given. Since then, I have been completely unable to play the game properly. Specifically: 1.I am permanently stuck in the “matching” screen. 2.The system always shows only one player. 3.I cannot even access the practice range. I have already tried every possible troubleshooting step, including reinstalling the game and even reinstalling my entire operating system. The issue is clearly not on my side. I have reported this problem multiple times, yet I have received no meaningful response or solution from your team. This level of support is unacceptable. Anyone who has used the customer service center knows that they will only ask you to post here. And this problem affects a huge number of people — I am absolutely not an isolated case. Whether it gets resolved or not is basically just a matter of luck. I can only "follow" their advice and "once again come here to post" in hopes of getting help. But I’m mentally exhausted. Because of their company’s problem, my rights and property have already been affected for almost a year, and I’ve had to keep repeating this process. In the forum, there are countless posts about the same issue, but most of them never even get a reply. I honestly don’t see any intention on their part to solve this problem.collapse
