EA has unjustly banned my account.
I have not violated any user agreement. I haven't played this game for several years, and I only recently logged in to play a few matches. Because I wasn't used to the game anymore, I didn't manage to get a single kill in those matches. How can this be used to determine that I violated the user agreement by using unauthorized methods to enhance my gameplay performance? If I'm being banned simply because my poor skills dragged down my teammates and caused them to lose ranking points, that would really upset me. Moreover, I've spent a considerable amount of money on this game in the past. Banning my account for no reason like this makes me very angry. Ive noticed that every time I play apex legends on my account, very so often, I keep getting disconnected to the game. it has nothing to do with my internet and its been going on for awhile to the point where it seems to be getting worse. it doesnt happen when I decided to play on my other account so I came to the conclusion that my account is corrupted and I need the tech team to help me fix this issue pleaseFalse Ban on recent ban wave
I got banned permanently in apex on April 1st while playing ranked with a friend on worlds edge I have never cheated in any game ever and despise people who do. I have nothing downloaded on my computer that should trigger a ban the only thing ive done recently to my computer was wipe my drivers and reinstall them trying to fix a bug that would crash my game whenever storm point was in rotation because my AMD gpu is a little older. I appealed the ban and got denied by the automated bot so before i use my 2 other appeal attempts i wanted to see if i could get a real person or dev or something non robotic to help me I can give any proof that is asked for i tried downloading my EA data to see my logs to take screenshots of anything to help but it doesn't seem to be working as its been downloading for about a day now. I really dont want to lose my account and i really want to play apex with my friends as were all getting back into the game. I was banned today on apex for "gameplay enhancements" which is completely false.. I just redownloaded the game after not playing for years just to play with some of my friends. I even have clips of me playing with my friends with zero problems whatsoever.. I played this game when it first came out and spent a lot of money on this game too. When I open the game, I get in and then it says "This client's game account has been banned." My account has no bans either current or previous, and I haven't actually played the game in years. EA Help site is actually no help at all, and I can't seem to figure out how to contact an actual human at EA. Over the course of the last week or so I have attempted to get back an old account I had. This account was made in 2014, when I was eight. However had been linked to Xbox for all the years proceeding that. I've been talking to EA Advisors to recover this account, putting missing information together and failing every time because some pieces of information have been "incorrect". Anyway, Yesterday it finally felt like I was making some progress. The Advisors have been nothing but supportive to me, the system that they use however keeps blocking me from recovering this account. Yesterday, after another failed attempt to recover the account, I tried to log into it through Xbox. As I have always been able to over the last few years. It's the only way I've actually been able to get any semblance of information about this old account. Yet yesterday when logging into xbox, somehow it had been unlinked from my old account. I did not do this!!! My guess is that one of the advisors did it for me or something. As literally the other day it was linked to the old one. Anyway after linking the xbox account to this current EA account I have access to, I had hope that my old data for Apex would port onto this new one. It did not. Because the data is held on that old EA account and not the Xbox account (which seemed to surprise some of the advisors when i told them...) After discovering this I talked again with an advisor telling them I just want that old apex data from this old EA account, no longer linked to my xbox account for whatever reason, on this one. They told me "no problem! We've secured your data successfully!"... they did not do this. And I do not have that old data. So whatever that was? I have no clue. Now, I am not giving up, they even said "There is no limit to the number of times you can request an account recovery". However, as of now, the website blocks my account from talking to any EA advisor. They tell me no matter what Issue I have, advisors do not tackle that type of request. So, EA disconnected my Xbox account from the old EA account, then told me they secured and transferred it when they didn't, and now I can't even talk to advisors about it. This old EA account, I have no access to. I have no access to the email. I don't know the password. And because they disconnected my xbox and put it on this current account, I can't even log into it that way. Anyone able to help me here? Is there ANYTHING I can do? I have been facing a issue with trying to enter the main lobby screen once I click a button to get leave the title screen the news feed pops up with one or more pixelated/distorted picture and then proceeds to crash the game. Even trying to bypass it and hitting esc to close the news tab quick or clicking to go to another tab like friends list or settings if i were to return to the main lobby a single pixelated picture still shows and crashes. I have been dealing with this for months and have done everything from performing a full PC wipe, all drivers updated, continuously clearing app data, repairing game files changing graphics settings and nothing seems to work. Basically for about a week after I redownloaded Apex onto my PC I was able to play fine no problems. Then suddenly I booted my pc up and tried to load on and everytime I did it would say either my connection wasn't working or that my profile wasn't permitted online. The issue is my wifi is completely fine like I am ethernetted into my router, my drivers are all up to date, every other online application on my pc works and it even works on console it is solely Apex legends through steam on my pc. I have tried verifying files or redownloading it, even that doesn't fix my issues, I have restarted my router, pc, everything I could and I can't find an issue, it's not even an issue with overlays as I have disabled re-enabled and played about with everything I possibly can. I genuinely do not know what to do, and when I do fix it, I cannot fix it the same way I had previously so it's like some sort of endless maze. Please tell me someone has a fix to this ;-;
