My data got deleted on my xbox account
I hopped on my xbox series x today to play for the first time in a couple of weeks and i was prompted by the terms and guidelines so i assume they were updated. After it hit me with my email adress to hit me with an ea account but thought nothing of it because i figured it was due to an update. Now upon login in the game i lost access to all my legends, skins,, my revenant heirloom as well as my stats and level. It completed reset me. i reset the app, i reinstalled the game to see if that worked and i got nothing. I event went to submit a report at ea help but it wont let me resume my case just says stuff about troubleshooting or signing into the right account which makes no sense since im on xbox. i lost probaly bout a couple hundred dollars in contentWhite screen when launching apex legends on PSN
Hey, I have never written one of these before. I’ve been having this problem since yesterday- I believe the EA servers crashed at some point. It wasn’t just me who is experiencing this. The Problem comes in where now I am the only one experiencing it still. I was told to reset apex (which I did) where I would be promoted to re-sign into EA Account, (I have not received that message) I reset my PlayStation, Switched my DSN, Unplugged the PlayStation, reset my modem, updated my apex legends, signed out of my PSN signed back in, uninstalled the game reinstalled, and even logging in on a different PSN. Nothing worked- someone please help! I really miss playing apex and don’t know what else to do to fix this!
Network disconnected automatically within 1-2 minutes after opening APEX
Since the anti-cheat content was updated on June 3, I have never successfully logged into APEX again, because every time I enter the lobby for 1-2 minutes, my computer network will lose connection, no matter restarting, reinstalling the system, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, it cannot solve the problem. After discussing with other players in the community who encountered the same problem, I found a solution: This is because the anti-cheat engine updated on June 3 will identify the wireless network card of your computer's MSI motherboard as a DMA cheat, thereby banning it and leaving you without a network. At present, we believe that this malicious BUG is only for players using MSI motherboards, and the solution is: 1. You can buy a new wireless network card and no longer use the network card that comes with your computer's MSI motherboard 2. Buy a USB-network card cable and use a wired connection. But there is no doubt that both of these methods come from the inaction of the APEX production team, and I am very disappointed.Legend is locked again and no longer available
I am no longer able to use Watson, which I was able to use until yesterday. Just a few minutes ago, I unlocked a new skin and when I tried to use it, it was locked. I also rebooted my computer. Please tell me how I can get her back. Dear Apex Legends Development Team, As a dedicated player from the Middle East, I’d like to raise an important issue that affects our gameplay experience deeply — server routing and matchmaking availability. Currently, our connections are often routed to Frankfurt, despite being geographically distant. This not only introduces unnecessary latency but also undermines the potential of more responsive, lower-latency experiences for players in the Gulf and surrounding regions. A closer routing path, ideally towards servers like Abu Dhabi or Bahrain, could dramatically enhance our performance and reduce input lag, especially in a high-precision game like Apex Legends. Another critical issue is matchmaking availability on the regional servers that do exist. Servers like Bahrain and Abu Dhabi show up occasionally in server lists but remain inactive or underused due to a mismatch in how players are pooled. These servers should not remain isolated — they could be integrated with African regions (such as South Africa or Egypt) or Middle Eastern regions in a way that creates a merged or hybrid matchmaking pool. Doing this would enable players in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, and other surrounding nations to reliably find matches on local servers without needing to connect to Europe. A practical example is this: Bahrain is significantly closer to Saudi Arabia and the UAE than Frankfurt, yet we are rarely matched on it because matchmaking groups appear fragmented. If Respawn enabled a “Mixed-Match Pool” between the Bahrain/Abu Dhabi servers and African servers, while adjusting skill-based matchmaking ranges slightly, players could consistently find matches without sacrificing ping. This would make underused servers viable and greatly improve the community experience. Moreover, Apex Legends is one of the few major FPS games with such strong support worldwide, and it’s because of this that I believe you can lead the way in fixing this infrastructure issue for underserved regions. Many of us play on high ping not by choice but by technical limitation, and a simple routing change or matchmaking update could increase engagement, satisfaction, and even retention for your active base in this part of the world. Thank you for your continued development efforts. I truly hope the network and server engineering team can take a look at this. We as a community are ready to test and give feedback if needed. Apex is a game we love, and with just a bit of extra care toward routing and server logic, you can make the Middle East feel like it’s truly part of the Apex experience — not an afterthought. Can you please help me? plz! My eaid: RTG_Werh4N Got a ban overturned, but now can't queue. Tried a ton of potential fixes to no avail. (I'm on PC if that's relevant info) Checked File integrity Uninstall/reinstall restarted PC queue solo/with friends changed servers tried through steam and EA Play app (neither work) Any help would be greatly appreciated! I got the ban overturned but now whenever i try to queue up to get into a match it keeps saying 1 player in queue for hours till i get disconnected from the game for being idle. I havent been able to get into a game for the past 10 days now. When i switch to another account i used a long time ago it works fine or even my brother's account. Is there a way i can get a fix? I havent played any EA game for few years. And recently when I wanted to play Apex again, I found out that my account is banned. How could it get banned if I didnt even log in for few years? So years old account with purchased games and achievements just gone. And all my opened cases keep getting "fixed" status without any explanation. 1st time in my life I have such experience. They just decided to delete some random account? How can you purchase anything from them after it?
