[Luna] Save game files missing
Hi everyone, we are aware of an issue where FC 25 players on Amazon Luna may find their saved game files being deleted. We are working to restore data and recommend not creating a new settings profile. Creating a new settings profile will allow you to recover your Ultimate Team progress but will prevent recovering your Career data. As soon as we have further updates to share, we will let you know!
Fc 25 Companion app
Hi, I was recently having a problem in the fc 25 companion app. When I login to my account on the companion app it says "Early Web and Mobile Access has expired. You need to login to Football Ultimate Team 25 on your Console or PC to continue using this account. Your Ultimate Team Club data has been saved and will be availablethe next time you login." And I did login to my Ultimate team. The platform I use is Amazon luna+ Cloud gaming, my luna account and amazon account are both connected to my Ea account. I hope I find a solution for it. Reminder: Offline Players in Ultimate Team Deserve More Support in FC 26
Dear EA SPORTS FC Development Team, I hope this message finds you well. As loyal fans of Ultimate Team, especially those of us who prefer offline gameplay, we would like to kindly remind you of the importance of supporting single-player modes in FC 26. Many players, including myself, choose to enjoy Ultimate Team by playing against AI opponents. However, the recent changes in Squad Battles and the lack of offline tournament options have made the experience very limited. We respectfully request the following: Make Squad Battles unlimited – remove the weekly match cap and reward players based on the number of matches they complete. The more we play, the better the rewards. Add a knockout-style tournament mode offline – similar to offline competitions in other games like PES, this would allow players to engage in offline brackets and enjoy more variety. Support offline Ultimate Team from launch – please activate these features by the game’s official launch date on September 19, 2025. We are among those who pre-ordered the game early, and we strongly believe that our feedback deserves attention. It’s only fair that fans who invest early get the experience they truly enjoy. Please do not disappoint the offline community. The changes we are requesting are technically simple and already exist in other football games. Nachträgliche Sperre für zu viele SBCs?
Hallo, ich habe seit EA den "Softban" für zu viele SBCs abschließen "entfernt" hat sehr viele SBCs in kurzer Zeit abgeschlossen, wofür man eigentlich einen Softbann kriegen sollte wenn er noch da wäre, jetzt ist meine Frage ob ich dafür gebannt werde in diesem EA FC 25 oder im kommenden EA FC 26, weil ich es noch nicht vorbestellt habe. Hi, Ik speel EA SPORTS FC 25 via Amazon Luna, wat betekent dat ik volledig afhankelijk ben van de cloud saves via EA. Ik heb geen lokale opslag of bestanden — alles hoort aan mijn EA-account gekoppeld te zijn. Toch zijn al mijn savegames ineens verdwenen, zonder enige waarschuwing of foutmelding. Het gaat dan om mijn gebruikersinstellingen én mijn manager careers. In de ochtend was alles nog prima, in de middag was alles weg. Bij het opstarten moest ik opnieuw mijn favoriete club instellen, alsof het spel me voor de eerste keer ziet. Er is niets veranderd aan mijn account of de manier waarop ik speel. Ik speel via dezelfde PC. Het kunnen downloaden voor een lokale backup zou in deze een mooie toevoeging aan de EA app zijn, nu kan ik mijn save games bij EA niet inzien of downloaden. Graag hoor ik of dit een bekend probleem is en of er een manier is om mijn saves alsnog terug te halen. Dank voor jullie hulp.
Remove current Division and Playoffs from Clubs.
Is there hope that the Division system in Clubs Mode will be changed, especially with more than a month left before the launch of FC 26? The beta is expected to be released in the coming days, but it is not the final version of the game, which means there is still room for adjustments. Therefore, for me, I’m asking for a revision of the Division system and the removal of Playoffs from Clubs Mode. I want the old Division system back, like in FIFA 23 and 22 etc. Why? Well, first of all, in the old Division system, players were rewarded when they advanced to higher divisions. Once you earned a specific number of points, you received the division title, and there were cutscenes showing the trophy celebration with your team. This made players feel that their efforts were truly rewarded. Reaching Division 1 — the top division in the old system — required a high number of points, which increased competitiveness between clubs. And again, the trophy celebration cutscenes boosted the feeling of achievement. Players could proudly show off the number of trophies they had earned. A club with many Division 1 trophies was considered a great club, full of elite players, and ranked high on the Clubs leaderboard. That system was amazing because it allowed players to win titles and play daily against different clubs at the highest competitive levels. The old Division system was truly great in every sense of the word. As for the current Playoffs system — it’s very poor. The Playoff event happens only once a month. There are no trophy celebration cutscenes. Even when you reach the Elite Division — the highest division — there is nothing to fight for. No trophy, no point target, nothing. You just wait for the Playoffs to return. This discourages players from playing league matches daily and removes the excitement. That’s why most teams now rely on groups and communities on platforms like Telegram and Discord, where there are more than 50,000 players just for Clubs Mode. These groups were originally used to find available players with certain stats and roles. Now, however, these groups have started organizing external tournaments and friendly matches just for fun, because they don’t like the current Division or Playoff system. As a result, the top competitive teams don’t even play in league or Elite Division matches anymore — they just play externally organized friendly matches. This has made Clubs Mode boring and less competitive compared to before, when all those clubs used to fight for the Division 1 title. So, I really hope that the Playoff system gets removed and the old Division system is brought back to revive Clubs Mode again.
