Mercato Web App bloccato e Tempo di gioco non sincronizzato su Amazon Luna
Gentili Community Manager, scrivo per segnalare un'anomalia tecnica grave sul mio account (Case ID 236405459). Gioco a FC 26 tramite Amazon Luna da quasi 60 giorni effettivi. Ho completato tutte le SBC Fondamenta e diverse Evoluzioni, ma l'accesso al mercato sulla Web App rimane bloccato. La prova del malfunzionamento risiede nel menu 'Tempo di gioco': il contatore mostra un numero di partite bassissimo, ignorando le centinaia di partite realmente disputate. È evidente che i server EA non stiano tracciando correttamente la mia attività a causa di un bug di sincronizzazione con la piattaforma Cloud. L'assistenza clienti mi ha già risposto in modo generico citando FC 25 invece di FC 26. Chiedo gentilmente che il mio caso venga scalato al team tecnico per una sincronizzazione manuale dei dati e lo sblocco dell'accesso, dato che i requisiti ufficiali di attività sono stati ampiamente soddisfatti da mesi.Triche fut champion

Me siento estafado por falta de sentido comun
Primero :el tiempo que pierdo por escribir esto ya que no lo recupero más. Segundo: me multaron con 12 minutos sin jugar por desconexión ,no fue culpa mía y si lo fuera yo pagué por el juego el problema es de ustedes si la mecánica del juego hace que no quieras jugar no te pueden multar nos están obligando jugar sin ganas osea el problema que la gente se desconecte es que el premio , la motivación , la diversión no son agradables para seguir jugando. Tercero: ustedes no nos pagan a nosotros para que nos penalicen por desconexión encima no saben si es problema técnico es suyo o nuestro y es obvio porque ponen un qr para reclamar. Gram na stabilnym pingu 9/10, internet po kablu pobieranie ok 600mb/s i mimo wszystko gra się zacina, a na ekranie na czerwono świeci się „utrata pakietów”. Wątpię aby wina leżała po mojej stronie.
