Impossible to login to Webapp/Companion - Amazon Luna
Hi, I've been playing FC 26 for over two weeks now on Amazon Luna. And it seems like it's impossible for us to login to the webapp or companion with the error message: "Login unavailable. We're currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your Console or PC to get the full football ultimate team experience" keeps showing up everytime I login." I saw complain related to this on the forum but it seems like it didn't receive much attention. We also paid 99 bucks for the game just like any other players and we should be able to login to the Webapp/Companion app. Thanks. [Luna] Save game files missing
Hi everyone, we are aware of an issue where FC 25 players on Amazon Luna may find their saved game files being deleted. We are working to restore data and recommend not creating a new settings profile. Creating a new settings profile will allow you to recover your Ultimate Team progress but will prevent recovering your Career data. As soon as we have further updates to share, we will let you know! Update: This issue should now be mitigated and we are expecting to release a new patch soon to prevent any additional impact. FC 26 draft cheaters
Wasted coins in draft game mode in ultimate team due to cheaters instantly disconnecting me in my first game, I spend like 5 minutes attempting to build a solid squad and then every 2-3 draft games I play I'm going up against a cheater, how can a multi billion dollar company still not manage to sort out their anti cheat and that's not even the worse thing, I can't even let support know about this because their help websites sucks **bleep** and trying to get in contact with someone is impossible, so I'm making this post in hopes that this reaches a staff member who can potentially pull their finger out and bring this issue up. Playing on EU servers on pc, I've turned cross play on to try and limit the amount of cheaters I come across. please leave a comment below if you have had this issue too hopefully this will boost this thread to the top.ADD EGYPTIAN LEAGUE AND EGYPT NATIONAL TEAM
I believe that the egyptian league and egypt national team should be in eafc 26. I understand the license issues but you guys should contact them into renewing the license so they can be in these games. Clubs like Al Ahly are one of the best clubs in african football. They were in the club world cup this year and previous years and were in the CAF Champions league. I think that our egyptian and african fans who would love to see these teams and play with them so we are more satisfied . Thank You
FC 26 PC – RTX 3050 4GB – Game Becomes Unplayable After Halftime
FC 26 PC has a serious VRAM or memory leak issue that makes the game unplayable on GPUs with 4GB VRAM. I am using an RTX 3050 Laptop GPU with 4GB VRAM, 16GB RAM, Windows 11, DirectX 12, and the game is installed on SSD. The match starts normally at around 60 FPS, but after halftime or in the second half the FPS suddenly drops to 5 to 10 FPS. VRAM usage keeps increasing and is never released, which strongly indicates a memory or shader cache leak. Restarting the game temporarily fixes the issue, but it returns in the very next match. I have already tried clean reinstalling NVIDIA drivers, testing both old and latest versions, clearing shader cache, increasing paging file, lowering graphics settings, disabling overlays, verifying game files, and reinstalling the game, but none of these are permanent solutions. Sometimes reinstalling GPU drivers fixes the issue only for the first launch, and once the game is closed and reopened the problem comes back, which confirms this is a game-side memory handling issue and not a hardware problem. This issue has been affecting PC players with 4GB VRAM GPUs for more than three months, yet there is still no official acknowledgement or fix from EA. I request EA to acknowledge this as a known PC issue, investigate FC 26 VRAM and memory management, release a proper patch instead of temporary workarounds, and communicate clearly with PC players who paid full price for the game.
[PC] Game is broken [delay,FPS,rewards &more]
I'll start by saying that I've been playing regularly since FIFA 20, I reached the TOP 200 in FIFA 23 in Elite but I've never tried to play competitively. I bought FC 24 on PC and played a little but I wasn't that into the game and stopped after a relatively short time and FC 25 wasn't good either and I didn't play it after I bought a Sony 5 This year I decided to buy the game on PC and bought the Pre Order Edition even though I didn't like the previous games but like every year you can't give up FIFA for the love of football After all this introduction I'll get to the point and these are the main problems with the game: 1. High Input Delay - because you made too many updates you screwed up the servers and you can't play and enjoy, the players respond after a few seconds, feel heavy and let's not talk about the fact that you try to pass for example and it is passed to another place because it doesn't recognize the controller or suddenly stops running - Thats the main issue for now 2. In addition to the delay problem, there have been many disconnections since FIFA came out and there was a whole week after the 1.1.2 update if I'm not mistaken that it was not possible to complete a full game 3. During the game I hear a sound from the main menu in the background as if I Selects up or down arrows 4. I have a pretty good computer with a 5800X processor, 32GB RAM, RTX3080 I run Call of duty, Apex Legends and many other games that are supposed to require more effort than a football game and there are FPS Drops even though I'm on the lowest settings available 5. You claim to listen to the community but what actually happens is that you seem to listen to people who don't understand the game (it's true that the game is hard but there's nothing you can do, you have to get used to it) and then you make updates, crash the servers, roll back because once again you received complaints and the servers are crashed again 6. Hackers - It's nice on paper that you have something called Anticheat that in practice doesn't prevent people from disconnecting me in the middle of a game, taking over my entire team and winning any game they want or restarting the game if they lose If you don't address this issue, completely remove Anticheat, which may be the reason for all the problems I mentioned above Delay, FPS Drops Etc Thats really sad! 7. Awards - I reached Elite this year and I'm doing around 13 wins in Fut Champs. How can I not get anything! I suggest you return the game to how it came out in the first week, without changes because in the end all you had to do was fix the goals in Kick off, Corners maybe and a few small things And how is it logical that you don't release any update on all the problems you've had?? Last update on 11.11 when in fact I can't play the game for over a week! So finally, first of all, thank you very much to the FIFA players and the people here on the forum who are flooding the game with problems because we deserve a game that works properly and we can enjoy it! And thank you very much to EA for neglecting the FIFA players and especially the PC players who simply don't care about how the game works but only how much money you get by buying the game and in the store Publish important updates because the game doesn't work? ever since this game has been transferred to EA in 2024 the game on Nintendo has been terrible and whenever I make a report on bugs and glitches no one ever responds and I get no help, THE 2 MAIN GLITCHES I HAVE THAT OTHERS HAVE AS WELL AND NOBODY FIXES OR RESPONDS ARE: the transfer market: this has happened on FC 24, 25 and 26, whenever say I search for rare gold players on the market it will show the cards ending the quickest which is fine I skip to a few pages o the market it goes from a card ending in 30 seconds to ending in 6 hours and it completely break THEIR'S NO WAY 6 PAGES DEEP INTO THE GOLD RARE PAGE IT GOES FROM 30 SECONDS THE QUICKEST ENDING CARD THEN GOES TO 6 HOURS THE MARKET IS BROKEN. 2ND: WHEN U OPEN PACKS U NEVER GET THE DOUBLE WALKOUT ANIMATION OR THE PROPER ANIMATION WORKING, IN FC 25, 26 i've never had the double walkout animation work once for me and on FC 26 when I open a pack I never get the proper way the pack comes out it just shows me the card straight away even tho on PS5 and Xbox, PC the flag and position gets revealed and the player walks out for me on Nintendo, it just shows the player straight away walkout or not. I'M SICK N TIRED OF ASKING U GUYS TO HELP ME NOBODY ANSWERS AND THE LIVE CHAT SUPPORT DON'T HELP ETHIER THIS GAME ON NINTENDO IS NEGLECTED I WANT HELP.Why Hamano (UWCL Primetime) doesn’t get her +1 upgrade?
Chelsea women Clearly scored at least 1 goal every single match they played in the UWCL competition and Maika should be getting all her upgrades as well as she achieved all the milestones required for all the upgrades similar to Hansen and why ONLY Hansen got all of the upgrades? Are you guys only upgrading ONLY those meta expensive cards and not all of them? Im dissatisfied and disappointed as she is one of the main reasons i love playing the game. Please fix this ea
