[COL] NPC roles assigned to multiple Sims (Sometimes duplictes)
When playing in Henford on Bagley, I noticed that every NPC that comes with the pack (The Grocer, the Mayor, The Garden Stall Owner, The Pub Keeper, and the Creature Keeper) were doubled. Two sims with the job title above their names were appearing around the world. Both sims offered the errands, meaning my sim could complete two rounds of every errand from every NPC. Some of the duplicates were copies of the original NPCs, for example, the mayor, Lavina Chropa, had two versions of Lavina, both listed as Mayor, and both offering the same errands and rewards. Other NPCs had randomized townie versions and the original townies in Cottage Living, for example, the grocer sims were the original Kim Goldbloom, and a randomized townie just with the job title and offering errands. No complication arose from this, it honestly just allowed my sim to do more of the errands, but it does break the immersion a little when every NPC has a twin or is a completely different sim half the time. I went into the Caliente Household to fix the romance with a cheat between Don and the girls. I then tagged the household as "Other Households" with Manage Households. However, now I have the Caliente household appearing in my World Select screen. I'd expect for Households I move to the "Other Households"/"Unplayed" category to not display on my world select screen. I don't want to see them there as I don't intend to play with them.8Views0likes1CommentExcessive Townie Generation
Since patch 1.16 I've had a situation like I've never seen before. Usually my game makes one or two new townies every time I play, even if I don't enter a situation where I need them (like going to a resteraunt or something like that). Since the patch I'm getting dozens of new townies just about every time I load the game where my Sims leave their home or not. I have a large NPC population already (mostly my placed Sims and a lot of NPCs that I like scattered throughout the regions) and it's totally starting to impact the game. It's become like a game of whack-a-mole.692Views27likes22Commentscant add sim to household in cas

When you add the self-cleaning upgrade to an appliance, in sims 4 pc, and the evil gnomes appear breaking and dirtying everything around them, you can fix everything but if the appliance has the self-cleaning tag you can't clean it. Your sim just cleans the appliance for forever. This applies to maid/npc sims also. To make something clean again your sim has to be apart of one of the occults such as spell caster and fairy witch have a spell/power to make something clean again. My adult sims, never the teen or children, will suddenly go nude. They will walk around the house nude in front of the kids. They like to sunbathe nude, again in front of the kids. They also like to sleep nude and if the infant cries, will get up and tend the infant nude. I'm not a prude but this is too much. I'm not a nudist and would prefer to be able to choose if I wanted that as part of my gameplay. It's only appeared after the latest update. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted thread tags48Views1like6CommentsInteractions for toddlers aged and below aren't working?
This is going to be a long report, but I'm reporting the fact that some of my toddler and infant interactions with adult/caretaker are buggy or just straight up don't work. I play with script mods but they shouldn't affect if my toddler gets fed without glitching or not. However, I have tried some interactions without any mods or cc, and I'm still finding an issue. For a more detailed description: Feeding: Adult sim will pick up the toddler or infant and put it in the highchair, but when the toddler tries to eat, it glitches and puts the toddler/infant right back on the ground again without filling the toddler/infant's hunger. Changing diaper: This issue happened with and without mods. The toddler or infant would get upset and have a stink bubble around them when their diaper isn't changed. I click on the toddler/infant to change their diaper, and instead, the sim would just stand in front of the toddler/infant. Infant aging up: My sim had twins, and the first one aged up with no issues, while the second one, the task on my adult sim's little actions bar (idk what it's called) would just disappear. I had to wait for the infant to age up when it was their birthday the next day. This only happened in two or three of the households where I have had babies. I'm not sure if it's just a corrupted save file or if I have to update a mod. This has been happening since the July 1st update, and I guess that I keep getting corrupted save files, because none of my script mods or cc would affect a toddler or infant being able to have their basic needs filled. Until I've found the root of this issue, I will have to keep cheating their emotions until I find out how to fix this possible cc/mod bug, or it's just a game bug. If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear them. Anything helps! Thanks.24Views0likes2Comments[CD] Adopted pet will not join household
After completing an adoption event and choosing a pet to adopt, the pet does not join my household. I get the "are you sure?" pop up and the name change pop up, then... nothing. I have tried to add pets to my household using testing cheats, and nothing happens. Strangely, I have been able to create a new sim with a pet, move them in to a household that cannot adopt a pet, then kick out the sim I created. I have no mods or CC.
