[EBN] Can't clean self-cleaning appliance after evil gnome attack

When you add the self-cleaning upgrade to an appliance, in sims 4 pc, and the evil gnomes appear breaking and dirtying everything around them, you can fix everything but if the appliance has the self-cleaning tag you can't clean it. Your sim just cleans the appliance for forever. This applies to maid/npc sims also. To make something clean again your sim has to be apart of one of the occults such as spell caster and fairy witch have a spell/power to make something clean again.
