ME3 Legendary freezes & crashes no matter what I click (ME1 & ME2 work fine)
Hey everyone, I need some help with Mass Effect 3 in the Legendary Edition. I had this issue 3 days ago when I decided to redownload the game to finally finish ME3 after having it uninstalled for several months. But when I click start a new game or do anything, the game freezes and crashes. ME1 and ME2 have no issues at all. I’ve tried uninstalling and redownloading it, as well as disabling Steam Overlay in game, but it still didn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really want to play this game so badly.
CORRUPT SAVE BROKE ME3 ENTIRELY
Is this seriously the only way to get help? Come the EFF on EA! HOW DO I SUBMIT A HELP TICKET? I HAVE A CORRUPTED SAVE FILE AND YOUR JANKY FORCED CLOUD SAVE SYNC KEEPS forcing a re-sync and breaking my freaking game. Save file got corrupted or something on ME3 during the Omega mission. Now ME3 Crashes on startup. DELETED ENTIRE GAME. STILL CRASHES. DELETED ALL SAVE FILES. STARTED GAME WITH WIFI DISABLED, STILL CRASHES. NOTE: I post this here because EA Live Support explicitly told me that posting here for ME3 Community Managers was the only way to fix the issue. This after approx. 1.5 hours speaking with 2 different representatives who were as helpful as they reasonably could be. CASE NO. 25129279 was given to me so I could provide reference to that conversation. I own the 2012 version of ME3 on the EA App. I use it to play the Online/multiplayer game mode. Upon fresh install, I do not have access to the DLC characters or maps. But the EA App version of the game explicitly is supposed to have access to all DLC, and I have used these DLC features on previous installs. I request assistance in re-enabling my account's access to these features. Thank you
Mass Effect 3 unable to authorize DLCs & online pass
Hello, I recently reinstalled ME3 after a couple years for the multiplayer, when opening the game i was greeted by a message saying that it was unable to authorize a bunch of DLCS listed, then multiplayer is also inaccessible and is asking me for an online pass. (see attached screenshots) I already reached out to support 3 separate times for this, the first 2 told me to basically f off and go ask steam, the 3rd had me delete the dlc files and repair the game install, which I read here worked for others but sadly not for me as I still got the same errors. I also tried deleting the license folder which also didn't work. Hope someone here can provide other fixes or tips that I could try, many thanks! :)N7 HQ Webseite kaum erreichbar
Der Server unter https://n7hq.masseffect.com ist aktuell sehr schwer und nur sporadisch zu erreichen. Beim Aufruf der Seite erfolgt zumeist gar keine Antwort von Serverseite und die Anfrage läuft in einen Timeout (s. Bild 1). Hin und wieder dringt man mal durch, allerdings läuft man dann beim Drücken von Schaltflächen trotzdem großteils wieder in Timeouts (s. Bild 2). Sehr selten kommt es mal vor, dass der Server durchgehend wenige Minuten lang stabil erreichbar ist, danach wieder das gleiche Spiel. Bitte ein Ticket Richtung BioWare Kollegen bzgl. Server-Instabilität stellen, vielen Dank!
Mass Effect 3 (steam) not launching
Game fails to launch when trying to launch ME3 (2012) on steam. I've tried deleting my license folder. Uninstalling the game. Uninstalling the EA app. Even tried launching directly from the game's .EXE file. Every time, the EA pop up for preparing my game happens then either: 1. Nothing happens 2. Steam says it's in game, and windows task manager shows the game running in background processes. I'm at a loss at this point. I own the Legendary Edition, and that launches just fine. No clue why I can't play 3 for it's multiplayer all of a sudden.
