Mass Effect 3 Online Pass Error
Hi I'm having issues with accessing multiplayer mode. I haven't had issues in the past. I've previously owned Gamepass/EA Play so suspect this has broken something at some point, as I no longer have access to multiplayer. I've tried deleting the licence file, and reinstalling, repairing but this hasn't worked. EA_Shepard hi as requested I've made a topic, thanks :)SolvedMass Effect 3 - Online Pass Error
I am at my wits end with this, been trying to solve this issue with support (as suggested by the people on the internet) but no avail After playing the multiplayer through Game Pass I've decided to buy the game on Steam, but to my surprise when I try to play multiplayer through my Steam copy the game asks me for an Online Pass (per attachment image below) and won't let me play, I've been informed that this issue can be easily fixed by reaching the support but all they did was moving my Steam copy to my EA account , and now I can't even play the game through Steam and can only download/play it through the EA app, this didn't fix my problem, hopefully someone who knows what they're doing can help me, thanksSolved273Views0likes14CommentsCan't launch Mass Effect 3 (Steam version)
Hey, I can't really get any help from EA help, so this is kind of just a question for someone who knows what they're doing. I cannot launch Mass Effect 3 (purchased from Steam) at all. The main reason why I want to continue playing Mass Effect 3 (instead of LE) is for the multiplayer. I owned it already on Origin/EA app, but I went ahead and bought a Steam copy for achievements and collection sake, but when I try to launch from steam, the EA app just flickers and closes, followed by a "Failed to launch game" error, with a description saying that "An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." I have tried many things to try and resolve this, like uninstalling EA app, Steam, and Mass Effect 3 with revo uninstaller and doing clean installs, trying to run everything in administrator, and deleting the 71183.dlf file in the License folder in programdata. One thing that I have discovered is that if I install my old Origin-purchased copy of Mass Effect 3, then I am able to launch that from the EA app just fine. For whatever reason, it seems to be the Steam copy that has this issue. I suppose I could try to refund the Steam copy and just keep using the EA app, but I'd rather have the Steam-related stuff available like the guides and community tab and achievements and such. Could my issue be something to do with EA app getting confused about how I have two Mass Effect 3s? If so, how do I fix it?Unable to download DLC for Mass Effect 3 in the EA app
After purchasing and launching Mass Effect 3 (2012) on EA, it was discovered that there was no DLC download for both single and multiplayer games. When I tried to find them in "add-ons management", they were not displayed. They weren't in the store either. Restarting the game, reinstalling the game, and clearing the cache did not help. There is no way to play with DLC. Please explain how to solve this problem. If there is a problem on the part of the launcher, are they going to solve it or at least provide the opportunity to manually install DLC.243Views0likes12CommentsНе удалось активировать Mass Effect 3
Solved234Views3likes11CommentsUnable to fully launch LE on PC
This just came up today. Every time I try to launch ME3 (which I'm currently on), it will briefly show the cover art like normal, then go to a zoomed in picture of the burned Earth loading screen. The ambient sound in the background will frequently stop and stutter. It will do this indefinitely. Attempting to click anything makes it stop responding, which then (eventually) kicks me back to the launcher after I force it to close. If I try to launch either of the first two games, same story, but different loading screen obviously. I have already tried: uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App, repairing the game, moving all my saved games out of the saves folder, forcing the EA App, Desktop, and Launcher to all run as administrator. Neither Start or Resume will allow me to continue. I was able to successfully run Dragon Age 2, just to compare. I do have mods, but I'm over 60 hours into a playthrough and this has never happened before. I've been at this for 6 hours now.SolvedWe could not activate Mass Effect 3 on this computer
A couple of nights ago, I tried to play Mass Effect 3, and the EA app opened a window that said We could not activate Mass Effect 3 on this computer using the origin account you provided. please locate your product key to activate the game using your origin account. !? I have owned this game for many years. I contacted EA and the person couldn't fix the issue. I got a really stupid idea that if I bought it on Steam, I could play it. Well, no. same message. I contacted EA again and because my original copy disappeared my from my library replaced my a steam copy, I could no longer prove I owned the game and I was refused help and basically called a liar when i said I owned it. Sure, there was no purchase history for the game but my son bought me the trilogy as a gift many years ago. Ok, fine. I bought another copy from EA, thinking this would solve the problem, but no. The copy i had just bought is not in my library and so, still no product key and no solution. I was directed to come here and post as many details as I could to try to resolve this since I will never get to play ME3 ever again if i can't get this mess fixed. someone, please help me with this.Solved469Views0likes9CommentsME3 original disc set won't install due to origin being offline
Hai, I have bought a complete but used ME3 game on disc. Everything was included like booklets and serial number. When trying to install it on my PC Origin is needed to install first, but when needed to login the Origin server can't be reached anymore by being taken offline.. Bassically renders the whole disc install set useless.. Then I installed the EA game App and entered the serial code as redeem code which was recognized, but stating that it has been registerred allready, probably on a older account from the previous owner. How can I get the game installed now? I own the original disc and license key booklet so I am legally entitled to install the game now I would say? But this instal routine makes it impossible now. How can this be resolved?
