Adding Simplified/Traditional Chinese UI support to the Canadian PS5 version
Hello EA Sports FC Team, I recently purchased EA SPORTS FC 25 digitally through the Canadian PlayStation Store for PS5. I noticed that the Canadian version does not provide Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese as an interface language, while FC 25 versions in other regions support Chinese UI languages. I understand that the Canadian version already provides Chinese commentary, so I believe the game is technically capable of supporting Chinese language content. However, having Chinese commentary without a Chinese interface is not enough for Chinese-speaking players. I would like to request that EA add Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese interface support to the Canadian PS5 version of EA SPORTS FC 25, preferably through an optional downloadable language pack. I have already purchased the game and would really appreciate being able to use a Chinese interface without having to purchase the game again from another regional PlayStation Store. Hello EA Support, I need help recovering the EA Account linked to my Steam account and EA SPORTS FC 25. I purchased FC 25 through Steam and have around 32 hours of playtime. The game is linked to an EA Account that I can no longer access. I don't remember the EA Account password. When I try to reset it, the verification code is sent to an old email address that I no longer have access to. I have tried several times to recover that email account, but unfortunately I was unsuccessful. I am the legitimate owner of the Steam account and FC 25 purchase. I can provide Steam purchase information, transaction details, account information, or any other information required to verify my ownership. Hello, I would like to report what I believe is a bug with the Season Pass progression. I have carefully calculated all the remaining Season Points (SP) available from every weekly objective and the remaining content. Even if I complete every single objective, I will still be 1,000 SP short of reaching the maximum Season Pass level. Because of this, it seems impossible for me to reach the final level, even though I have completed almost everything available. I am concerned that my account is missing Season Points or that there is an issue with the amount of SP available this season. Could you please check my account and confirm whether my Season Points are correct? If there is a problem, I would appreciate it if it could be investigated, as I am trying to complete the Season Pass and unlock the related achievement/trophy. Hello I am writing to you regarding the fact that I completed all the seasonal tasks today. But when I reached the last task (Goals 150/150) I didn't get the rest of the points Due to this, I cannot complete the entire pass or collect the rewards because it shows that they have already been claimed. Season Finale SP reward was not fully credited – Still missing 2,500 SP
Hello everyone, I am playing EA SPORTS FC 25 on PC through Steam and I experienced a problem with the Season Finale rewards. Today, I claimed the 5,000 SP reward. When I claimed it, I received the message: "Daily SP Limit Reached" Before claiming the reward, I had 25,500 SP. Initially, the reward was not credited at all. However, after some time, 2,500 SP were added to my account, but I am still missing the remaining 2,500 SP. The reward was already claimed/consumed, so I currently have no way to claim the missing SP again. I have already contacted EA Support, and the support agent documented the issue and sent the information to EA for investigation. Has anyone else experienced this issue with the 5,000 SP Season Finale reward, where only part of the SP was credited because of the Daily SP Limit? I hope EA can investigate this issue and credit the remaining 2,500 SP to affected accounts. Problem with the Polish commentary
My issue with the EA SPORTS FC bundle purchased on Steam for 255.92 PLN. The product was sold as containing full Polish language support, yet the Polish commentary is unavailable and greyed out. I tried to solve the problem in a dozen ways to no avail (reinstallations, file changes, verifying file integrity, renaming audio and commentary file paths, forcing Polish commentary in the setup file settings, checking the "Registry Editor" tool, and contacting tech support).Manager Career mode - where have the regens gone?
Since the latest updates I have started three brand new Manager Career saves on Nintendo Switch 2 using Latest Squads. At the end of Season 1 there are only a handful of 16–21-year-old free agents available. Previously there were hundreds of regen/free-agent players to discover. I have also searched clubs around the world and there are almost no promising 16–17-year-old players generated at clubs either. This has happened in three separate saves, so it does not appear to be save corruption. This isn't just a balancing issue. Discovering regens and building teams around fictional future stars is the reason many of us play Career Mode for multiple seasons. Without that system, long-term saves lose much of their replayability.
