I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass
When I logged in yesterday I had many players and evos and other season premium pass rewards waiting for me. Since, I have not been able to access that part of the game for a while I guess it just redeemed it for me on its own. However, the there is one Evolution that I am unable to redeem and because of that I can’t open any other packs. I play in PS5 platform but I tried to redeem it on the companion app as well. In both places it’s causing an error to try to redeem this Evo reward from the season’s pass. Hi, I completed the 1 OF 3 FOF: ANSWER THE CALL PLAYER PICK but the reward for player pick did not appear. Log out of the game and re-login it is still not there. Tried opening packs which will lead to unopened player pick but it is not there as well. Used the companion app, rewards not there. Hi! So, as a PC player from Ukraine, I often receive offensive messages from players, almost always Poles, because almost always players from Ukraine play against players from Poland. And these are usually console players, which platform I can't know, because PC players can only see the general formal icon of the game console without specifying whether it's PS5 or Xbox. So after the match, I often receive frankly offensive messages that absolutely clearly fall under the classification of "hate speech" and "incitement of interethnic hatred", because these messages are always specifically directed at my Ukrainian identity. And of course, I can't answer them with anything except choosing template prepared phrases like "gg", "fun game", etc. Also, most importantly, I can't complain! Hello, EA SPORTS! PC players pay exactly the same amount of money for the game as console players. So why are PC players still discriminated against? Is this what you call "fair play"? Who did you write the Terms of Service for? Why can't I complain about scoundrels who insult my national identity, and therefore my entire family and country because of a lost match? Why can console players write anything to me with impunity, and I can only answer them with a stupid smiley? Is this exactly "fair play" in your understanding? I have just played a game of rivals connection was completely fine.. then I go to play my last game of the european league as I need 1 more win to get the RM evo, instantly get kicked out of ultimate team then manage to sign straight back in for it to say dnf? I’ve now lost that last game and no chance of receiving the evo after grinding 17 games out!! Played coop in the south American league live events, only games played and won have counted in the objectives assists and goals scored have not, even though my coop partner had all of them count, i now don't have enough games left to finish the objectives.
