I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass
When I logged in yesterday I had many players and evos and other season premium pass rewards waiting for me. Since, I have not been able to access that part of the game for a while I guess it just redeemed it for me on its own. However, the there is one Evolution that I am unable to redeem and because of that I can’t open any other packs. I play in PS5 platform but I tried to redeem it on the companion app as well. In both places it’s causing an error to try to redeem this Evo reward from the season’s pass. Hello everyone, I would like to report a serious bug that occurred during a FUT Champions match and resulted in an unfair loss, including the loss of my rank and the rewards associated with it. During the match, my opponent received a throw-in, but the player never played it. The animation froze, the ball was never put back into play, and I had no way to restart the action. Despite this, the in-game clock kept running normally. The added time shown was +2 minutes, but the match continued until more than 120 minutes without restarting. The game then ended automatically and gave me a loss, even though I was winning. I played a match that ended in a draw, everything seemed normal, but when it came time to claim the rewards, a message appeared saying that the Ultimate Team connection was lost and it kicked me out of Ultimate Team. Then I logged back in as if nothing had happened, and it said the match was marked as not finished, or NF. I encountered a critical gameplay bug in EA SPORTS FC 26 while playing Ultimate Team on PS5. In my first match, a message appeared on the screen saying: "You are not actively playing. If you do not resume playing before the countdown ends, you will be considered to have forfeited the match." Despite this message, I was actually able to control my players and continued playing. I even took the lead in the match. However, the message stayed permanently on the screen and blocked a large part of my view, which directly affected my gameplay and caused me to lose the match unfairly. I assumed this was a one-time issue, but when I entered my next FUT match, the exact same bug happened again. The same message appeared from the start of the match and did not disappear, once again blocking my view and causing me to lose another match. FC Nostalgia 90s from premium pass have some visual bug. 1. Glove I have it on when i'm inside edit appearance. But, when i'm back to the lobby it's disappear. Both Black and White had the same issue. 2. Arm Sleeve L/R Similar problem with the glove but it didn't disappear. Instead, it changes into another arm sleeve. I stopped playing for a month due to frustration, came back, and immediately ran into the exact same exploit multiple times in a single session. Here’s what just happened: Winning 5–0 at halftime → opponent freezes the game → I disconnect → match erased Winning 7–0 in the 70th minute → same glitch → match erased Winning 3–0 at halftime → same thing again This is not random. This is a repeatable exploit that players are actively abusing to avoid losses. Let’s be clear: There is zero competitive integrity if players can quit without taking a loss There is no incentive to play Champs or Rivals if wins can be wiped out This has been happening all year, with no visible enforcement or fix At this point, it feels like this issue is either being ignored or not taken seriously.
