Hello EA Support, I’m experiencing a persistent Ultimate Team bug on EA SPORTS FC 26. Every time I search for an online match (Rivals/Champs), the match loads with the Arsenal badge showing for both me and my opponent, then I get disconnected immediately. The match does not count as a win or a loss. I have tried: Creating a completely new squad in a new slot Changing badge, kits, stadium Turning off cross-play Repairing game files Restarting PC and router The issue still happens, which suggests a squad sync / account-side bug. I believe this is the known Arsenal Crest Disconnect issue, and I’m requesting an Ultimate Team squad sync reset / account fix from the server side. Thank you for your help.
FC26 Clubs Matchmaking Broken/Unfair
Matchmaking in clubs always seems to just be based on skill rating which makes no sense. Should just be based on your current division, else what is the point in having seasons? My current club is screwed because we have a high skill rating ~2000 from the first season so despite us being in division 3, we constantly match division 1 teams. After skipping season 2 our club is behind the div 1 teams by miles on reputation. In 20 games played this season most teams we faced have 86 rated AI from reputation, we only have 82s so are at a massive dissadvantage. (86 also get gold playstyles) In the three division 3 promotion games we just played, where you need to win all three, the opponents were: 1) 86 rated AI - Division 2 Won 2) 86 rated AI - Division 1 Won 3) 86 rated AI - Division 1 Lost So we can't get out of division 3 to get more fans to get us to a point where we have the same AI rating as our opponents, so pretty much every game is played at a big disadvantage.| With the current system, we may as well just disband and remake constantly playing in division 5 as at least then we'd get a fair match.Display is delayed by two minutes + in game time
So when im playing pro clubs with my friends I can move around normally but its just that on my screen im behind by two mins. So on my friends screen im moving around normally when I use my controller but im delayed on my screen so it only shows up ages after ive already moved
Overheat when playing multiplayer offline
I am experiencing a bug/issue when playing offline multiplayer with my friend on my PS5 Slim. After around 5 matches, a notification appears saying that the console is overheating, and the fan starts working much harder. However, when I play alone online or in Pro Clubs, even for long sessions (up to 4 hours), I never receive any overheating notification. I am not sure whether this is a bug or something else, but I would like this issue to be optimized/fixed.Zero Chill H2H Event - Missing Token
I beat tier 1 of the event going 10-1 never received my token I did get my snow but wondering where my token is. I’ve heard to restart the app or check the season 4 events field pass neither of those worked for me unfortunately would love to get the token to get Parham considering multiple people received a second token a few days ago but I haven’t even gotten one, also so many times when exciting the game it just doesn’t count the win I don’t think it should be this hard to figure out [CM - updated thread title for visibility]Wins Not Counting in Seasons Mode – Opponent Quits or After Full Match
Hello EA Team, I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue in FIFA 26 Seasons mode. Despite winning multiple matches — sometimes after the opponent quits, sometimes after playing the full 90 minutes — the victories are not being recorded in my season progress. So far, this has happened to me at least 10 times. Each time, I took a screenshot showing the match result (score, stats, and opponent’s quit message if applicable). However, none of these wins are reflected as victories in my season record. This problem makes progression impossible and ruins the competitive experience, as the game doesn’t acknowledge deserved wins. Could you please investigate this issue? This is the third time I've posted about this and it still isn't fixed. If an opponent powers off their console or disconnects while you're playing/winning a game in Seasons the match is not registered and you do not get the win. In previous years this only happened when cross-play was enabled. But if you turned cross-play off and only played against people using the same console it didn't happen. Now, it happens whether cross-play is enabled or not. THIS MAKES SEASONS COMPLETELY UNPLAYABLE. It happens all the time. It doesn't make sense to play the game. One of the claims made when promoting the new game was that you'd fixed this issue. However, it is now worse than it was before. In fact, I've never known it to be so bad. This issue needs addressing above all others. Also, when you play Clubs you're constantly shown an error message in the lobby stating there are too many players playing in the same position. So you have to exit and re-enter the lobby or ready-up several times while waiting for others to do the same before you can play. You keep making little tweaks to the game, like in-game player dynamics or the recent ability to access songs by holding RB but cannot fix the actual game functionality. I'm using an Xbox Series X with a stable ethernet connection from a mainstream ISP in the UK.
Input lag e slow fps
I'm fed up with this game, it's full of lag problems. I've tried playing on two PCs, I have lag problems on the tower, and I've tried solutions from online resources that worked for them, but it's still the same for me. On my laptop, when I enter Ultimate Team, I get less than 10 FPS, and I've tried that solution too. I've tried everything on both PCs, and it's still the same. Needless to say, I've tried reinstalling the game countless times, and it's the same thing.Does this Forum serve a purpose??
This is like throwing your ideas or concerns in a Black Hole.. Wont lead to any changes at all.. But best believe you gonna know what new promo packs are dropping daily.. FIX SQUAD MODE, ALLOW PPL TO ADJUST THEIR SETTINGS SO THEY CAN BE APPLIED TO SQUAD MODE AND WHEN YOUR PLAYING REGULAR H2H IN CUT.. Such a simple fix that will never get addressed.. I just wanna be able to use Placement & Accuracy in Squad mode and not forced to use Revamp by default..
