Madden NFL 27 – Ranked H2H Crashes Being Recorded as Losses Issue: Madden NFL 27 is crashing during Ranked Head-to-Head matches and the game is recording the crash as a loss on my Ranked record. I have experienced multiple crashes during Ranked H2H games. These are not normal losses where I quit or intentionally disconnected. The game crashes unexpectedly while I am actively playing, and when I return to Madden, the match has been counted as a loss against my Ranked record. I have already attempted the standard troubleshooting steps, including restarting the console/game, checking my connection, and other recommended troubleshooting procedures. The issue continues to happen. The biggest concern is the Ranked record. Every time this happens, I am being penalized with a Ranked loss for a technical problem that I did not cause. This negatively affects my Ranked record/RP and makes the competitive mode essentially unplayable when the game is randomly crashing. I am asking EA to: Investigate the cause of the Ranked H2H crashes. Determine why a game crash is automatically being recorded as a loss. Review my account’s recent Ranked H2H matches and identify the matches that ended because of these crashes. Restore/reverse any Ranked losses and RP that were incorrectly awarded against me because of a Madden 27 crash. Investigate whether other players are experiencing the same issue. Provide a permanent fix so players are not penalized in Ranked H2H for crashes caused by the game. I can provide screenshots, videos, timestamps, match information, console information, and any other information needed to investigate the issue. This is particularly frustrating because Ranked H2H is a competitive mode where the record and RP directly matter. Players should not have their competitive record damaged because Madden crashes during a match. Please escalate this as a Madden NFL 27 Ranked H2H technical issue, rather than treating it as a normal loss or connection-related issue.Crashing

I’m having a recurring issue in MUT where the game randomly disconnects or crashes during online games and gives me an automatic loss. This has happened multiple times recently, including several games where I was winning and had possession in the second half. Sometimes the Xbox completely shuts off, and other times Madden simply crashes back to the Xbox dashboard while the console remains on. I’ve had roughly 4–6 of these incidents recently, and they are significantly affecting my MUT record. I’ve played long sessions without problems in the past, so this seems to be a issue. My Xbox Series X is properly ventilated, the fan is working normally, and there is no major dust buildup. I’m trying to determine whether this is a Madden/MUT issue, an Xbox issue, or something else. Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is EA aware of any MUT crashes/disconnects on Xbox Series X, and is there anything I can do to help troubleshoot or report the issue? These disconnects are extremely frustrating because they’re counting as losses in competitive games that I’m actively winning.Crashing Issue Still Persists
I think I’m just going to start posting this everyday until it’s fix. I cannot get through a game without the game crashing. I’ve seen EA reps saying this is something with our hardware/internet but it happens on no other game. They can ban me from posting forums if they want but this is insane. XBOX won’t give me my money back but yet the game does not work. This is the biggest scam ever and I will never ever buy another EA game. They fix anything that hurts them like boosted odds packs or coin glitches but can’t fix the game for paying customers. I’m forced to keep a game that just does not work. It’s not right and then to blame our connection consoles is insane. It happens on PC, PS5 and Xbox. Fix this issue EA. I got the $100 version and now everything I bought is useless. You come out with challenges where I need to win 10 times in a row when I can’t even get past 2 games. No help number to complain to or anything. The lack of support is wild. Hello EA Madden Team, I want to report a gameplay exploit I have repeatedly encountered in Madden NFL 27 online games. After throwing a pass, some players manually take control of their wide receiver and deliberately steer the receiver into the defensive back. The collision bumps or slows the defender away from his path to the football. The offensive player then redirects the receiver toward the catch point and completes the pass. I am not referring to normal hand-fighting, incidental contact, positioning, or a legitimate contested catch. I am specifically referring to a user intentionally moving the receiver into the defender to displace him and create separation. Under normal football rules, deliberately restricting a defender’s path to the football through significant offensive contact can result in offensive pass interference. Madden currently appears to allow this interaction without consistently triggering OPI, which gives players an incentive to repeat the technique. I have screenshots showing multiple stages of the interaction, including: The defensive back maintaining position before contact • The user-controlled receiver moving into the defender • The defender being slowed or displaced from his path • The receiver gaining an advantage toward the catch point afterwardPS5 UT Multiplayer not working
HELP!!!!!! My friend and I are on PS5 and cannot load into co-op challenges or co-op online multiplayer on ultimate team. Other modes work but only those (the modes we want to play) give an error message every time “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” Please help idk what’s wrong we tried changing our settings to the same thing etc but nothing is working.Crossplay advantage
I play a league with friends. We play online via online friendlies. Some have Xbox, some have PS5, and some have PC. Some say PC players have an advantage because of their powerful hardware. Is there any official statement from EA about the difference/advantage a powerful PC can have against Consoles? Thanks

Hello. Since the start of the new Madden, I haven't been receiving my EA Play pack rewards. I didn't get a single pack in August, and I still haven't received any in September. I have an active EA Play subscription on Steam through the end of the year, yet I haven't received a single pack for Madden 27—just as was the case with Madden 26. My ID is darkdamaskus. When I play online against a random my roster is saved and I can use everyone. Now that all changes when I play one of my friends. It has a roster update and resets my depth chart and removes players that are on the IR as well. Also, I cannot use the ORIGINAL Kick Meter either.
