FC 26 CLUBS ONLY - unable to connect to EA servers PS5
Hello EA Forums, My issue is now isolated to EA SPORTS FC 26 Clubs mode on PS5. Other EA connectivity problems appear to be resolved, and I can now connect normally in other cases. However, when I try to enter Clubs mode in FC 26, I get the error: “Unable to connect to EA servers.” Important details: This is now happening only in FC 26 Clubs. My general internet connection is working. Other EA connectivity issues have improved. The issue seems isolated to Clubs on PS5. Because the problem is now limited to one specific mode, I believe this may be related to my Clubs profile/persona data, account sync, or a server-side issue affecting Clubs access on my account. Hello EA Support, I am experiencing an issue in EA SPORTS FC 26. The “Invite Friend” / EA Social menu opens but instantly closes (crashes immediately). I can briefly see my friends list for a second before it disappears. I have already tried: Reinstalling the game Repairing game files Restarting my PC Signing out and back into my EA account Disabling overlays (Steam/EA/Discord) Clearing EA App cache Reinstalling EA App The rest of the game works normally, including online gameplay. The issue is only with the friends/invite menu. Please check my account EA Social / Friends service and perform a social data reset or account resynchronization if possible. Since one of the last updates (1-2 weeks ago) me and my club mates are experiencing new issue. In every game 2-3 out of 5-6 players have around 260 ping, while the rest has normal 30 ping. Every match different players are affected, so it's clearly not on our side. We play crossplay and it affects both PC and console users. Obviously something is broken in the game. Please help because at this point Clubs game mode is literally unplayable. We all tried resetting routers, we use wired connection etc. We don't have any connection issues in other games, and also in other game modes in FC26. After the latest FC 26 update, the game has become even more broken than before. There is a serious bug involving Mohamed Salah and several other players. The game creates duplicate versions of players, meaning there are two copies of the same player in the database. This completely ruins realism and creates major issues in Career Mode and Club Transfers. Even when I try to move or edit certain players, the changes do not work correctly because duplicate versions still remain in the game. This is unacceptable for a full-price football game. What makes this even more frustrating is that the latest update was supposed to improve the game, but instead it introduced or failed to fix major problems. Many players are experiencing transfer-related bugs, duplicated players, and broken squad management. This situation is extremely disappointing. Game has ran fine for months, last night I could not connect to EA servers and the game will always crash when I try. I launch the game, EA anti cheat starts up with that black window, FC 26 launches, I select my profile, try to connect online and it crashes. If I choose not to connect, play offline, I can navigate the menus fine. As soon as I try to connect online, it crashes with no error message and relaunches the EA App. I also checked performance diagnostics during game run (CPU, GPU, memory load) and it seems fine - no spikes, below 75% memory use. I have 5800x3d CPU, 16gb RAM, 7800xt GPU. The game has run flawlessly for months before this. Hello, I am unable to complete the “Complete the Foundations EVO” objective in FC 26 Ultimate Team. I completed the “Play 3 Rush Matches” objective and received the “Intro to Rewards EVO” reward. However, the “Complete the Foundations EVO” objective remains stuck at 0/1 progress. The “Intro to Rewards EVO” is no longer available in my Evolutions menu. I have checked all Evolution tabs and there are no active or available evolutions. Because of this, I cannot complete the objective and I am unable to unlock the Transfer Market. I need to know if others are experiencing this because right now Pro Clubs is basically broken for us. Last time i played smoothly around Jan 8, 2026, we’re getting massive input delay (4–5 seconds) in Pro Clubs, but only under specific conditions. What’s happening: When the match reaches 14+ players, gameplay becomes delayed If any substitution happens, delay instantly kicks in or gets worse Delay affects everything (movement, passing, shooting) Feels like playing several seconds behind real time What’s normal: Matches with under 14 players are completely smooth Drop-ins or smaller lobbies have no issues My setup is wired and stable, no lag in other modes Easy way to test: Play a match with 13 or fewer players → smooth Play with 14+ players → delay starts Do a substitution → delay gets worse immediately Important details: Platform: PC Region: Asia Happens in League and Friendlies Only occurs in Pro Clubs and depends on player count If multiple people confirm the same 14-player threshold, this is likely a server or update issue, not individual setups. Hey guys, I'm having trouble with my Ultimate Team mode constantly disconnecting me. I get the message "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online, and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information". This happens both during SBCs and during gameplay. Sometimes I'll manage to play a full match, only to be disconnected within the 5 or 85 minutes of the next match. What I've already tested: - I deleted the AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26 directory; - I verified the game files; - I disabled all additional programs; - I checked my connection quality, and according to https://help.ea.com/pl/help-tools/ea-connection-report/, my score is 98/100; - The date on the computer is set automatically. The internet at home works fine - speed test shows a stable 300Mbps, connected via cable, router restarted several times, DNS settings set to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (the problem persisted without DNS settings). Hi everyone, I am experiencing severe input delay and heavy gameplay in Pro Clubs on PC. The issue is very specific. When playing in small lobbies like a two versus two or three versus three the game runs perfectly smooth with zero delay. However, when playing in large lobbies with five or more teammates and eleven or more total players synced on the pitch the game becomes completely unplayable with massive input lag. I am playing on European servers and crossplaying with a friend on PlayStation. This is not a hardware performance or PC strength issue because up until a month ago the game ran flawlessly in big matches. I have just completely reinstalled and repaired my Windows system files, because i was fixing my fifa crashing, so my computer environment is completely clean. To rule out local issues I have already turned off vertical sync in game settings and changed my graphics control panel settings to maximum performance. I also have location matchmaking turned on and cleared my app cache. Since small lobbies work perfectly and large lobbies worked fine a month ago this seems to be a server synchronization issue handling multiple crossplay connections on PC.
