Lines will not change
I would change my lines when playing and immediately before they would go switch, I change my lines now and some games it won’t change at all. My players are all dead and I end up losing cause of this. This is a serious issue and I’m furious, did not happen before, what is going on EA but fire someone. I did not purchase nhl 25 to lose in hut champs like this.
Still missing my pre-order rewards. Can't load world of chel.(Please share)
Hey everyone! This is about a 4-5 month check in since the release of this game. I never received my pre-order rewards and have still not been able to load into world of chel successfully since early October. I have contacted EA help probably 20 times now, and nobody has any fix or anything useful to give me to resolve the issue. When I asked if they could credit the hut rewards to my account, they told me I had to go through xbox support since that is how I purchased the game. News flash, Microsoft can not give me IN GAME rewards since IT IS NOT THEIR GAME. The content that I should have received on NHL 25 has to be credited through EA, crazy right? The game has been out for almost half a year now and I still can not play world of chel on my account. In addition, still never received my HUT rewards. Oh yeah, I'm also still down $80 from pre-ordering this game that I still can't even play. I have reached out to try and get this problem fixed so many times it's exhausting and I get the same "we are aware there is an issue and we hope it will be fixed soon" every time I talk to them. It has been almost HALF A YEAR. This is beyond ridiculous. I have been more than patient but I am afraid it is running out. The new NHL comes out in around 7 months and I still can't play this one. LOL. Please upvote this and share this information because I spent $80 on a game that I still can't play almost half a year later. I will never spend another dime on an EA product, and I hope that you guys will follow suit because this is ridiculous. They don't care about you, they don't care about if you can play their game that you paid for, all they care about is getting your money in their pocket. That's it. Please share this to others to bring light to this issue. They don't listen to the community, nor do they help their community. This is embarrassing EA. I wouldn't be surprised if I got an Error code when trying to post to this forum, haha.

I cant play tha game anymore while this happening to me the players literally are so heavy and sooooooooo slow and ia cant chace any player and any slow player with 70 pace can get my 94 pace with rapid players and the defenders are sooooo slow i cant deal with this anymore and i always feel thats everything and every match is against me and i didnt talk about the totally no luck in any pack at any event i dont the what the problem and where is the issue when ia have a good stabel ping
Broken/capped stats on Evo'd Live cards when recieveing upgrades?
I applied the "Attacking Apprentice" evolution to the Weghorst FC pro live card when it was its base card. Since then when recieving its following "Live" upgrades stats remained "capped" at the caps set within the apprentice evo... for example within that evo it gave 10 agility with an 88max cap, he had 83 (when relesed) so that evo took it to 88 at the time. Since then he's had +3 overall reciveing +3 agility so my card should have 91? ...currently its still 88. This is just one stat as an example but its the overall rating thats wrong.. it started as 86, evo'd to 88.. then with a +3 from the live upgrades im sat on an 89 rated card. Sure some of the stats are superior to the "regular" non evo'd live card but the upgrades i recieved from using the Attacking Apprentice EVO are deminished massively. Is this how they're meant to work? ...because its 100% not how i believed they did, maybe i am wrong.
