Fps drop. Vram leak

I'm an Rtx3050 user and I played games like Cyberpunk 2077, RDR2, TheLastOfUs1-2, God of War 2018-Ragnarok, Uncharted 4 at 1080p 60+fps on this pc. I've been playing FIFA since 2019. How can this **bleep** game run like this at 1280x720 low? Don't you test the game before releasing it? Is it normal for a game I paid 70 dollars to run this **bleep**? Even a 10-year-old Android phone should give 30+fps in a game that looks like this. You don't care about PC gamers. Even in Rush mode the FPS is like this. I think you have a VRAM leak and haven't done anything for a few days.
