ERROR CODE: 90529E1FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9B3B600B3D037892 Several of my friends in my club also receive the same error when attempting to play online. Offline modes are unaffected. Error displays when attempting to join drop-in or club games for 6v6, 3v3, etc. I have un-installed and reinstalled my game to no effect.
UNEXPECTED ERROR loading Final round in Ones Eliminator
Every time when the Final round of the Ones Eliminator Tournament is starting I get an UNEXPECTED ERROR showing in the top of the screen. (Black text in a white border). This is in the screen where you would see your 2 opponents with their skill level and amount of goals and hits in their previous 2 games. I notice that the player names are not shown, just a - sign. After this error I return to the matchmaking screen again, this time without music in the background. Also new attempts from this matchmaking result in the same result. After forfeiting the Tournament I come back in the World of Chel Hub where I see an error code. Refer to the two attached files. I use the disc version of the game NHL 25. I have already tried deleting and reinstalling the game. Please help! I can't obtain the trophy related to winning a Ones Eliminator Tournament. Additionally: I tried to use an other jersey (one that I was able to play the finals with before), I switch my user emblem to the standard EA emblem, the same for my banner. I copied my loadout from slot 4 to slot 1. Another attempt resulted on almost the same result, but this time the Unexpected error text was not shown, I could see 1 other opponent and see the player names, but 1 opponent was not shwoing at all. The screen similar to the one displayed in the attached picture was shown for 30 minutes when I decided to close the game.
My NHL 25 Crashes daily
My nhl crashes without fail on a daily basis. I have taken my xbox apart, cleaned it entirely and have tried every single fix possible that I could find online and still nothing. EA released an update saying they fixed the issue but this has been happening on and off since NHL22 for me. Extremely frustrating as all I play is EASHL and HUT and both of my records in this modes are destroyed because of this happening constantly. I have an xbox series x.
HUT Bug in X Factor for Niedermayer power up icon
Hello, i just got 12 modern power up icons and I used those for Scott Niedermayer power up icon. I put him to my roster and i cant activate his elite edges x factor. I deactivated all x factors and still cant do it. Also tried everyone else for the x factor and those could be activated. What should i do in this case? I already removed him from the roster and put it back and it didnt help. Also I booted the game and it didnt help?
NHL 25 crashes all the time
Whether I am playing be a pro, woc or any other mode after about a minute my game takes me back to the dashboard with no error code. Game also did this in nhl 24 but this game crashes more than double. I’ve reset my Xbox, cleared reserve space and everything and it still crashes, the only game I have that does this. Please help.
World of Chel - Jersey Bug
Since the last patch we constantly have the problem in the 6vs6 games that the away and alternative jerseys are not available at the start of the game. The home jersey is usually displayed correctly, but the away and alternative jerseys are always displayed as black jerseys with white sleeves. In the game, our players then also wear this wrong jersey.
Can’t join friend’s lobby in WOC Drop-in
For the last 2 weeks my friend and I haven’t been able to join each other dressing rooms in WOC. It gives us both the same error failing to retrieve data. We’ve restarted the game and our console and it still doesn’t work. It’s getting a little ridiculous since this has been an issue since before the last patch and hasn’t gotten fixed. We just straight up can’t play…
