Multiple songs now loop correctly in Workshop and Remodel modes in the original MySims game—but that’s not all! A single song also loops continuously when you're at a location, such as a building (in both games) or an area (in MySims Kingdom). However, if the player leaves when the music stops and then returns to the same location, a different song will play, which also loops continuously. Even in Create-A-Sim mode, a single track loops over and over. This constant looping of a single track can get repetitive and frustrating. Ideally, after one song finishes, a different one should play—without looping endlessly. I hope this can be addressed in a future patch to improve the audio experience. The voice and audio quality for characters, as well as the sound effects in both games, have a strange effect that makes them sound like they’re using a vocoder. I hope this effect gets removed in a future update. In the original MySims game, if you clone a block after painting it with an essence texture, the cloned block reverts its paint texture back to wood. A video link showcasing this glitch is included in the attachments. In MySims Kingdom, when the player is at Reward Island, two of the stereo soundtracks can't be heard in that area. I hope they'll fix this soon so the music plays there as intended! There are various audio bugs and glitches in both games, especially with ambient sound effects. In the original MySims game, if the player leaves the Town Square and goes to a different location—like the Forest or the Desert—the ambiance from the Town Square continues to play instead of switching to the correct ambiance for the new location. Also, in MySims Kingdom, after the player completes an island's story, the game transitions from day to night. However, once the transition is complete, the player continues to hear the daytime ambiance instead of it switching to the correct nighttime ambiance. The same issue happens in reverse—when night transitions to day, the nighttime ambiance continues to play instead of switching to the appropriate daytime sound. On super rare occasions, if a Sim gets kicked out, they will remain in town, even though they have no house. Even if the player builds a new house over the original spot, that Sim is still present in the game permanently. If a Sim is invited back after being kicked out, the house layout and furniture can come back in its default state. This results in a major item exploit as this glitch is repeatable. In the original MySims game, if you kick a Sim out, the number of occupied places on the map, counting the Sim that has already been kicked out, will not decrease. When a Sim uses a turntable in both games, the music doesn't loop after a single "DJ Booth" soundtrack ends. The same issue occurs with the stereo in the original MySims game during the "Dance Off!" activity, as well as when a Sim plays a portable video game or a game on an arcade machine. In the original MySims game, after one playthrough of the music from a portable video game or an arcade machine, the music doesn't loop, and only the sound effects can be heard. Also, after a single loop of the electricity sound effect used for the "Dr. F's Tubular Insanity" and "Dr. F's Tubular Madness" items, the sound does not loop again. In the original MySims game, if a Sim performs the same animation with another Sim who has the same voice type, his/her voice will either fluctuate in pitch to match the other Sim’s or settle back to the voice type's normal pitch. In MySims Kingdom, Liberty has black skin since she has tan skin in the original MySims game. In MySims Kingdom, Chef Gino’s fence texture has the wrong texture. The player can't be best friends with every NPC in MySims Kingdom despite completing all of their tasks. There were still quiet voices during the cutscenes in MySims Kingdom, as well as missing character icons. In MySims Kingdom, during the final cutscene on Rocket Reef, the Simlish countdown sound isn’t heard when the rocket launches. In MySims Kingdom, there’s a bug where characters get stuck in place after being teleported—they end up standing in the same spot and can’t move! In the original MySims game, three of the loading screen soundtracks aren’t played during loading. In the original MySims game, there's a creepy glitch where a Sim's head is missing! Also, two of the soundtracks used for the Fun Sims' homes don't play at all when the player's inside the Amazing Daryl's House. There's even a glitch in the original MySims game with the NPC's best friend dialogue, where the text eventually disappears and the game freezes. For example, Master Aran is the affected Sim with this glitch. (https://www.reddit.com/r/MySims/s/B0t9D3yfCQ) That's all for now. What do you guys think? I hope all of these bugs and glitches get fixed in the next patch for MySims: Cozy Bundle.400Views1like1CommentSaving problem for "MySims : Cozy Bundle"
I don't know if I'm the only one with this issue, while playing MySims Kingdom, I tried saving my progress and this window pop up in my game. And when I went back to the main menu, there was no save files when I tried loading my game. I tried with MySims too except that I can't even click on the save button.Solved399Views0likes15CommentsMySims Kingdom Unplayable on Steam Deck

I have been enjoying the MySims Cozy bundle on PC over the last few days and I have a few suggestions, feedback, and bugs to report for MySims. -= Suggestions & Feedback =- When editing a building's room, the side to side scroll is rather slow, (and the scrolling does stop moving if your cursor goes to any of the corners). For me personally, this makes it difficult to customize a room, as I have to slowly readjust the camera until I can view what I need to. It would also be nice to be able to press keys to move the camera as well, (such as w, a, s, & d), when not moving/placing an item. The walls also go black when hovering over the outer most walls, (which I personally find to be quite distracting and harder to place items, as it can disrupt the flow). Also, some walls, (such as one in the flower shop), cannot have its wallpaper changed since its "outside" the building, (this just isn't visually appealing). It would be nice to have a "view in room" when building new items. I had built a custom cabinet that was a corner piece, (shown above), and it took several trips back and forth between my house and the workshop to get it built just right. A change to the copy/trash system for crafted items. Right now, any existing crafted item in your inventory can be copied, but if you planned on making no visual changes to the copied item, it feels like wasted time loading up the build screen for each copy. A system to "edit", "copy", and "copy and edit", (with a quantity slider), would be nice. As for trashing any copied items, it would be nice to do so in bulk. A grid system would be nice, (much like in The Sims 4), where you can easily tell where items are being placed into a room, (as well as have the ability to freely place items). I see that chairs aren't placed in the center of tables, and that does get slightly annoying, (especially for those who like things to be centered, like myself). When creating / editing a Sim, it would be nice if they didn't move a lot. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted my Sim to look like because they kept moving after every click, (I also had this issue in Kingdoms). Note: Some suggestions/feedback, (other than #5), can also apply to Kingdoms, but I haven't gotten too far into that game to form an opinion quite yet. -= Bugs =- On the save slot screen, my Sim's wearing different clothing than what's actually applied to the Sim. When placing decorations, the item shows where its going to be placed, but once you click to place, it snaps a bit off to the side. Some items placed in valid spots cannot be replaced once moved/removed. The only way to replace the item would be to move the other item(s) that's "blocking" it first, and then retrying. After completing the Chef's tasks, (the fridge, sink, and stove), and before the Museum Sim wants to move in, the Mayor had mentioned wanting to expand to the forest a bit too early. (This made no sense when I had 7 open spots still).299Views0likes3CommentsSims’ Interior Not Resetting & Stolen Furniture Disappearing
Hello, I’d like to report two bugs I’ve encountered in “MySims” Cozy Bundle on Nintendo Switch. First, when a Sim moves out of the town, their interior doesn’t always reset as expected. Any changes I made to their house, such as adding or removing furniture or decorations, remain unchanged. This can result in a messy interior, as everything I altered stays in place and doesn’t disappear when they leave. Secondly, when I “steal” furniture from other Sims' houses and place it in my own, the furniture sometimes disappears after I save and reload the game. For example, I took Penelope's bed, placed it in my house, had her move out, and after playing for a while, I saved and exited the game. Upon returning, the bed was gone. This has happened multiple times, and each time, Penelope’s interior wasn’t fully reset, leaving her house in disarray with the changes I initially made still in place. I’m currently playing with the latest game update. Thank you for your time and attention to these issues.Solved164Views0likes1CommentMySims™: Cozy Bundle Patch Notes

Hello, I installed MySims Cozy Bundle on PC (Steam) today, I've encountered a couple of issues, and a few things that I believe should be changed. Firstly, I've had issues using my Nintendo Switch Pro controller. I've connected it and used Steam input translation. In MySims 1, my inputs do nothing at all. In MySims Kingdom, they work as normal. I've seen one other user have the same issue, so there must be an issue with controller mapping for MySims 1, but not Kingdom. Also, when I try to use my controller inputs, the control menu shows Joycons, but there are Wii remote buttons shown in the menu, which is very confusing. I've included an image which shows this. There are some other issues in MySims 1 with prospecting and fishing. Prospecting uses a different sound than the original Wii version, as well as Kingdom, and the sound plays very inconsistently. I believe this can be improved. Fishing in MySims 1 has problems with character animations and sound effects. They seem to play randomly and do not align with the actual fishing. The fishing is perfectly fine in Kingdom, so I believe this can be improved as well. This issue is also in the Switch version. There are a few other things, while they are not necessarily issues, that I believe can be improved upon. The ability to shake trees by grabbing them and moving your mouse is gone. This was a charming feature that I think should return (to both MySims 1 and Kingdom). Chopping trees and mining essences in MySims Kingdom is now done automatically. I believe an input can be used to do it manually, just like how it originally was in the Wii version. I also believe the use of motion controls for certain actions (fishing, prospecting, etc.), can return for controllers as an alternative option to pressing a button. Lastly, while this was described in another post, I think the games should be available separately from each other on PC. I have been a MySims fan since the original games released when I was a young child, I really care about this series and would love to see more content in the future, but I think it is important to address the issues to create a higher quality game. Thank you for reading. CM Edit: Title updated for clarity.138Views1like2CommentsMy Sims Cozy Bundle Not loading
Hello, I've recently bought the MySims Cozy Bundle and downloaded it. The installation went fine every time I uninstalled and reinstalled. I have Windows 11 and bought this from EA Games from the App. Every time I go to launch it, it just says it's not responding. I got a black screen then the white and the message that it is not responding. It does this with both MySims and MySims Kingdom. I have cleared my catches, even uninstalled other games to have more space and believe me I have plenty of space on my computer. Can someone help?Solved134Views3likes1Comment
