Premium season pass disappeared?

3 times now I log onto ultimate team and my premium pass has disappeared? 1st time they put it straight back second time they told me I haven’t paid for it when I have and 3rd time they need to investigate? This happened to anyone else ? I got onto my season pass and there’s not even an option for premium anymore it’s crazy ! Thank you in advance
