level 40 picks or not

Now I just need to say that I reached level 40 and 100% had vvd and ginola there as picks but then it gave me the packs as rewards so am rather concerned.  I was wondering if that was the case for others (if anyone has got there of course) as yes feel it's now game over as celery I wanted those 2 players.
