I Dear EA Sports Support Team, I am writing to express my serious frustration with my experience playing EA Sports FC 26 this year. For several months now, I have been opening a large number of packs, investing significant time and money into the game, yet I have not received a single special player. This has been extremely disappointing and discouraging, especially considering the effort and resources I have put into the game. It feels unfair and raises concerns about my account or the pack system itself. In addition to this, I am frequently experiencing connection issues during matches. On multiple occasions, when I am winning near the end of a match, the connection suddenly drops, and the game counts it as a loss for me. This keeps happening and makes the game feel frustrating and unfair, as if I am being punished despite playing well. I do not understand how the experience has become so frustrating, and it is honestly taking away my enjoyment of the game. I kindly request that you please review my account, investigate the pack luck issue, and look into the repeated connection losses that are being recorded as defeats. If these issues cannot be addressed, I will unfortunately have to reconsider continuing with EA games in the future, which I truly do not want, as I have been a loyal player for many years. DNS Change: Manually changing my DNS servers to the stable public addresses: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Port Check: Confirming that the necessary EA ports are open/forwarded on my router. My Request: Since this issue persists far beyond a typical server downtime, I believe this is related to a specific block on my connection or within my EA account status. We're trying to complete the Squad Battles objectives, but some of us can't even do them because we're forced to play on at least World Class difficulty. Do you really think we have 3,000 squads just to grind objectives that don't even give decent rewards? You should lower it to Professional or higher. But again, you clearly don't care about the players, only about a few of them.

However, I’m utterly frustrated and disappointed that EA remains predictably EA, stubbornly inserting objectives designed to infuriate rather than challenge players. How on earth can you justify: 1 chip shot goal in the Bundesliga 2 goals from crosses in the French league It’s blatantly obvious that your decision-makers aren’t even casual players yourselves! In the latest major EA competitions, chip shots and crosses scored nearly ZERO goals—because they’re the most unreliable, clunky mechanics in the entire game! These objectives don’t test skill; they breed pure annoyance and rage. Is this really your target audience, EA? Driving loyal players to the brink? Let me spell it out: The average player faced with this nonsense has just two grim choices—grind futilely until they rage-quit and skip it, or shell out real money for paid services to bypass your idiocy. i nearly forgot 1 token is from playing fut champs the mode I quit because it extremely annoying and toxic, I wish this mode gets removed from the game Please, EA, fix this immediately. Please tell me the change is temporary and previous dynamics will come back at 6PM UK time. At least give players a choice: add a one-time, non-repeatable SBC where you submit a TOTY card with the old dynamic and receive the equivalent new trophy-style version or any other kind of solution that bring the old images back. A vast majority of the community seems to hate it as well and agrees that change was uncesessary and made TOTY experience worse. EA has promised this year to listen to community feedback and I really hope they do it this time and at least give players a choice. I genuinely hope someone at EA finds this post, the change is really harsh for players who care about its visual side who have spent their time and money on the game.DON'T buy Coins even if these are being endorsed by large content creators
Case reference #236412133 Please bare in mind when reading this I have no friends on this game and don't communicate with any community members (until this message)** I am a bit of a loner when it comes to games in general, as they are my escape and I tend not to meet anyone on FIFA that I chat to or join an discords etc. I just want to put this message in here so people who might be as naive as me don't get in trouble, one of the biggest things we overlook is "I've read and accept the terms and conditions" and just click the button to get into the game. I didn't, and after getting back into FIFA this Christmas after years (my last played FIFA games would have been FIFA 20,21,22 all the way back as far as 15) and investing thousands of euros into these games through legitimate channels by buying fut points, I was unfortunately and rightfully banned from transfering in fut 26 after going back to watching some content creators only to find them drilling coin purchasing sponsors at the start and throughout every video I watched. Silly enough, I thought this was legit and endorsed by EA as all of their largest content creators are somehow allowed endorse this (which I find strange that they don't get sanctioned for!) and went to one of these sites out of pure naivety. I can't blame the content creators though because these are just illegatimate sponsors they get. I'm writing this to make everyone aware that just because a content creator says it's okay doesn't mean it doesn't breach TOS. Please do not risk your accounts by going to any of these sites. I have appealed this hoping that EA might see my past legitimately played and grinded FIFA games. If not, well it's totally understandable. Im writing this message as more of a head up for the rest of the community. Call me naive, silly or anything you want - I made a mistake here, don't make the same mistake I did gamers. My account is now pretty much dead from this after buying tonnes of FUT points over the Christmas and holidays with the excitement of getting back into a FIFA game, I brought the financial waste onto myself, don't bring it onto yourselves. If a community manager happens to see this I'm not looking for any pity, if this could be passed onto the TOS team with some positive endorsement to help my case that would be great but if not, I appreciate the position of EA here. Every single team gets pathetic evolutions for silver Gullet, silver Mardini, and Van de Ven – what a total joke!Meanwhile, other teams are drowning in 5 or 6 TOTY cards like it’s nothing!Passes NEVER go where I intend – it’s infuriating!My ping randomly SPIKES from 50 to 80 or 90, ruining every match!EVERY rebound magically goes straight to my opponent – scripted BS!Grinding endless SBCs and wasting coins & FC points on store packs yields ABSOLUTELY NOTHING – zero rewards! I bought the toty edition and packed a gold yamal and russo, so messaged EA support only to be told that you cant pack the toty veraions from the pack this is a clear scam as this is never stated explicitly. I argued other packs in store state you can pack rare gold players but you still get the special version of the card they never state this is gold only explictly and is misleading consumers. Is there anything I can do700 packs and no TOTY

Despite this significant time and financial investment, the results were extremely disappointing. I did not receive any TOTY items or players of comparable value, which made the overall experience feel unrewarding. I understand that pack openings are based on probability and chance, and I do not expect guaranteed outcomes. However, given the scale of my participation in the event, the results felt unusually poor compared to expectations for a major promotional event like TOTY. As a long-time player who actively engages with EA FC events, this experience was frustrating and discouraging. I wanted to raise this feedback with you, as I believe it is important for player experiences during flagship events to feel fair and enjoyable. No 1 toty is insane 😂
