Ongoing Pack Luck and Connection Issues in FC 26

Dear EA Sports Support Team,

I am writing to express my serious frustration with my experience playing EA Sports FC 26 this year.

For several months now, I have been opening a large number of packs, investing significant time and money into the game, yet I have not received a single special player. This has been extremely disappointing and discouraging, especially considering the effort and resources I have put into the game. It feels unfair and raises concerns about my account or the pack system itself.

In addition to this, I am frequently experiencing connection issues during matches. On multiple occasions, when I am winning near the end of a match, the connection suddenly drops, and the game counts it as a loss for me. This keeps happening and makes the game feel frustrating and unfair, as if I am being punished despite playing well.

I do not understand how the experience has become so frustrating, and it is honestly taking away my enjoyment of the game. I kindly request that you please review my account, investigate the pack luck issue, and look into the repeated connection losses that are being recorded as defeats.

If these issues cannot be addressed, I will unfortunately have to reconsider continuing with EA games in the future, which I truly do not want, as I have been a loyal player for many years.

I hope you will take this matter seriously and provide a fair resolution.

    Hey zalimtoka​ in relation to your concerns, pack luck has never been a part of the game. Our team has repeatedly addressed this and there has never been a point in the game when pack luck has been a thing. You have the same chance of packing any one item as any other user.

    If seeing issues with connection then the good news is that these are generally an easy enough fix, all it takes is a little time and troubleshooting on your side. To get started I would recommend taking a look at this help article

    If you continue to see issues then speaking with your ISP can often help, they will be able to review your connection with you and make suggestions to improve connection.
