Claim all season rewards feature
So I just completed the season and went to the season rewards and held “A” to claim all of it, but it auto claimed and choose one of the options (that I wasn’t gonna choose) for me. So now I just got impaired at the game ‘cause of something that did not gave me the options to choose. So I wonder if there’s something that EA could do about this and warn everyone to be ‘careful when using the “claim all rewards” feature, ‘cause of course is bugged.

Hi! I hope you ll change this because is not fair for everyone. They are some objectives who just skilled players can complete and should not be like that! For example how you did with fantasy fc league we will play 36 games in total where we have to win 30 to complete it, so what you did just very skilled players would complete and the rest maybe 90% would not complete it, do you find this normal and fair for everyone ? So skilled players get everything, get better teams and etc, so the game will be better and better for them, but not for the rest of us. You ll not win nothing by doing this, actually a lot of people will get angry, will quit the game, will quick sell the team, they will troll, they will pay another guys to play their games, they will use hacks, etc etc. Do you understand this situation ? So to be fair for everyone for example with that fantasy fc league you can do it like how you did with winnings and make second obj for us who will not get the wins to complete by finish the games, add one more week for us, like to play 48 games, what i mean is to be completed like: 30 wins in (3 weeks) or finish 48 games or 45 games in case if something happen and get disconnected (in 4 weeks), this would be fair for all community. Please add same objectives by playing the game, stop encouraging just people who win the games, they already get a better packs from rivals and weekend league, stop making this gap bigger
Stuck on item pick screen
I’ve had this problem for the past few days. The console I use is switch, and whenever I go to enter ultimate team I get stuck on an item pick screen, to reveal three items. However, I am unable to reveal anything or use any buttons on fc25 besides the home button, leaving me stuck on this screen, and unable to access ultimate team.
Kick out of game
I won a game of division rivals with a 2x multiplier, if I won I reached the div 3 checkpoint, game finished and the game loggged me out of ultimate team and it counted as a dnf and now I’m 3 wins away, then I tried to open my lvl 16 81x7 and it glitched and I couldn’t redeem it, I reset my game and the pack was counted as redeemed and I hadn’t opened it and it was in my store
FC POINTS NOT TRASNFERRING
Firstly, I don’t have the option to buy fc points through the game. So I went and bought some through the PlayStation 5 store. I bought 1050 and it said that it went through and I even got a receipt. I went to the game and the points weren’t in my account. If it’s important to have I have a disc of fc 25. I refreshed the game a couple times and I still don’t have it. Please help
