One week away from release.
I thought Battlefield died. We held a funeral in 2021 and buried a dear friend. Then Vince Zampella did his trick and brought Battlefield back to life from the dead. Thank you Obi wan Zampella. The 100 million players that came up a few months ago looked like......... jow dare you to call out numbers like that for BF6. But after some research i count indeed the potential for 130 million players. regarding that the best seven years of game history/future are ahead of us. Releases like Arc raiders, the new GTA and survival games which are next level. The numbers like 100 million players still look a far far future but no. I think its there. I am here form 1974 when i started playing Pong and seen enough to know this rocket will take of very soon. There is a debate from wannebee COD players. (you know some of them are caught cheating an banned ;-) ) That Battlefield this and that. we the veterans tell you this. You will pay the same learning money as we did. And you will die and eat lots of bullets. No more jumping around like grashoppers. You are part of a team. But how do you know that if there are no [CLAN] tags? so again all readers in the ivory tower or one of them who wants to deliver this message. We want our [CLAN] Tags back please. That seperates us from the tourists, wannabee grasshoppers and wannbees superstar soloplayers. Thats us the veterans you remember us? From day one? [CLAN] Tags please back like BF a decade ago. Then we are ready to finish what we once started. Community wars. Tournements competition. Yes please.
Optional scope option for the RPG in Battlefield 6
Hello Battlefield Team, First of all, thanks for the amazing work on Battlefield 6 the beta feels incredible. I do have one suggestion regarding the RPG: Right now, the RPG only comes with a scope. Many players (including myself) would love the option to choose between using the scope or going scopeless. This would make the RPG more versatile and enjoyable for different playstyles. Thanks for considering this feedback, and good luck with the launch on October 10th! cant wait to play the game again!
Climbing can sometimes launch you a few meters in the air
Noticed that during the beta, both weekend 1 and 2, that there was a bug involving climbing. Sometimes when climbing a wall/object or vaulting through a window you'd get launched a few meters into the air. Sometimes only 2 meters, but sometimes 10+ meters. For example i found a spot where if you'd jump out a window from the upper floor and aim for the streetlight underneath it. It would 60% of the time launch you a random direction up on hitting the streetlight. Or when jumping to climb over a wall, you'd sometimes end up flying across the street instead. Was quite funny, but should be looked at before launch.
pc acting up
Hi Yesterday I was playing bf6. While gaming i got a BSOD, only was able to boot up my pc using only 1 monitor. Thought that was it until i was not able to boot up my pc today. After taking out my gpu and installing it again, my pc would boot. Gave me a heart attack. A game shouldn't give me a bsod. I shouldn't have to fricking take out parts of my pc, put them back in after playing a game to be able to boot again. Besides yesterday's hicup, I feel like the performance of the second beta weekend has been significantly worse than what it was on the first beta (wich also felt worse than the alpha for some reason. Alpha was snappier. First beta I immediately felt a little delay in mouse speed). beta wknd 2 fps dropped from 200 ish to 140 ish with sudden noticable spikes beneath 60 fps. Literally afraid to play bf6 beta again, thinking it might **bleep** up more **bleep** which is sad since it's been fun playing battlefield again. Are there others who have gotten a blue screen of death or other quite critical problems with their pc after playing battlefield 6 beta?
Snipers
Why do snipers from the other team are better, when me and a friend need to shoot 4 to 5 times another person in the opposite team? Or that some players can manage a tank dissappear into a mountain that is on the field? Or that rocketlaunchers can't destroy a tank? As also hope that the spawn will be relocated so other teams can not make spawn kills, maybe put an timer like you do when you get out of the map on the spawnlocations so they can't cross but only the players who spawn there. AR is the lowest gun in the game, you waited so long to bring out a new battlefield. Maybe try to not make a C.O.D. Battlefield!
