Beta Code Issue
I joined long ago, and ofc i was sent a PS5 beta code but i no longer have a PS5 how the heck can i get a beta code for PC since thats why i sold my PS5 was to get the game on PC. i haven't redeemed my code yet but wanted to see if i can get a code for PC or if i redeem via PS app if i can play on PC since both my PS5 and PC accounts are linked on the same username within EADynasty - Season Stats - National Changing from Passing
I am in week 4 of a dynasty with the Golden Gophers on the PS5 version beta of College Football 27. In going to Stats and Records - Season Stats. If I select National and try to switch off passing stats, I get a disconnected from the server error and boots be back to the games opening screen. It also happens if you switch to anything other than passing on an individual team and then try switching it to national. I've tried it multiple different times now and the same thing happens.Ball marker nonexistent?
Feedback: Increase Visibility of the Receiving Ball Marker This was something I noticed in CFB 26 as well, but it still feels difficult to track at times, especially depending on the field color, lighting, or stadium environment. There are situations where: The ball is in the air. You’re trying to user-control the receiver. The marker is difficult to locate quickly. The marker blends into the field and surrounding visuals. I’d love to see the ball marker become: Larger More noticeable A brighter color Easier to identify immediately when tracking deep passes I know some players may view this as more “arcade-like,” but there have been previous Madden iterations with larger and more visible ball markers that made user-catching feel significantly better without hurting gameplay. The goal isn’t to make catches easier—it’s simply to improve visual clarity so users can better judge where the ball is actually going and position their receiver accordingly. Overall, the gameplay improvements in CFB 27 have been excellent, but improved visibility of the receiving icon/ball marker would be a welcome quality-of-life improvement.Beta Review
EA College Football 27 Beta Review (After ~24 Hours) I’ve spent about a full day with the beta, and overall I’m very optimistic. Gameplay Running the ball is significantly better. RB movement is much more fluid. Running backs flow through holes naturally. Gap schemes (Power, Counter, GT Counter, etc.) work much better. Pulling guards get out faster. Backside pursuit feels more realistic. Downfield blocking is improved. This is the biggest gameplay improvement for me. Passing & Coverage Passing feels familiar, but coverage is much smarter. Press man coverage can disrupt routes and timing. WR/DB interactions look great and impact gameplay. Defenders hand-fight, play through hips, and react more naturally. Zone defenders don’t just sit in spots anymore—they actively find receivers and react to route combinations. I’ve already seen safeties and underneath defenders make plays that simply didn’t happen consistently in previous games. Defensive AI This might be the most underrated improvement. Defenders seem to: Process route concepts better. Pass off routes more intelligently. Find nearby threats in zone coverage. React more like real football players than scripted defenders. Pocket Movement Pocket movement matters. Stepping up into the pocket results in quicker movement animations, while drifting backward slows things down. It rewards better quarterback play. Tackling Tackling looks much better. Better animation blending. More realistic pursuit angles. Smoother transitions into contact. Pre-Snap Adjustments There are a TON of adjustments. Offensively and defensively, there are more options than we’ve ever had in a college football game. Some controls have changed, so there will definitely be a learning curve, but football IQ is going to matter much more this year. Dynasty Dynasty is deep. Rebuilds feel like actual rebuilds. Smaller schools have fewer resources. Recruiting hours are limited. Resource management matters. I started a Texas State dynasty and immediately noticed how much harder it is to recruit and build a roster. The days of turning a low-level program into a national champion in 2-3 years appear to be mostly gone. Road to Glory Feels mostly similar so far. I haven’t spent enough time with the new positions to fully judge it, but Dynasty appears to have received the bigger overhaul. Presentation Stadium atmosphere is great. Crowd noise feels improved. Visuals look good. Audio is strong. Overall The game is harder. You can’t rely on running the same handful of plays repeatedly and expect the same success as previous years. The biggest takeaway is that football knowledge and adjustments matter more than ever. It’s still a beta and it’s still EA, but after a full day with the game, I’m genuinely optimistic. Current Beta Score: 9/10College football 27 beta testers ( play testers)
been signed up for the College Football 27 playtest for weeks and was disappointed when I didn't receive a beta code. I've been a loyal EA player for around eight years, supporting and playing EA tiles year after year, including sports games that l've invested countless hours into. I understand that not everyone can be selected, but I wanted to express my interest and dedication to the franchise. Being part of the playtest would mean a lot to me, not only as a longtime fan but also as someone who would genuinely provide feedback to help improve the game before launch. I appreciate the opportunity and hope there may be additional chances for dedicated players like myself to participate.
