Custom controls not working properly
I play on custom controls and they have been working fine for every edition but this year there seems to be an issue. Whenever I try to shoot, my players either make a flick or it just doesn't properly register. In the training arena shooting doesn't even load. Likewise passing seems to be off sometimes, but it's mainly the shooting. I checked with a second controller (same issue) and also switched to classic settings and then the problem was gone. I can't play on anything other than those custom settings, that's what my muscle memory is set to. So I basically can't play the game, which is beyond frustrating, since that's the whole point of having early access: to play it early.FC Points Transfer Bug – Only 50 of 18,500 FC Points Transferred
Hello EA team, I am reporting a bug with the FC Points transfer from FC 26 to FC 27. I had 18,500 FC Points in FC 26, which I purchased myself. I used the official FC Points transfer option when entering FC 27. Unfortunately, the transfer did not work correctly. Only 50 FC Points were transferred to FC 27, while the remaining 18,450 FC Points are still visible in my FC 26 account. I contacted EA Support and the advisor confirmed that the transfer tool is now locked because the transfer is a one-time option. The advisor also escalated my case to the in-game team and told me that the team may investigate a grant/exception for my case. I am attaching screenshots showing: My 18,500 FC Points balance in FC 26. The 50 FC Points received in FC 27. My conversation with EA Support confirming the failed partial transfer. Please investigate this issue and, if possible, grant the missing 18,450 FC Points to my FC 27 account.Music Player Glitch
Platform: Playstation 5 Whilst playing a match in squad battles, commentary randomly cut out around the 40th minute and a pop up showed at the top of my screen saying a song was playing. As a result of this, I paused the game and checked my settings to rule out changes. Commentary Volume: 10 Disable All Music For Streaming Purposes: On After seeing that commentary volume was set to 10 and all music was disabled, I went back and decided to hold down R1 to bring up the music player. It showed that the "Music always on" feature that is toggled by pressing R3 down was set to On. Once I changed it back to Off, commentary returned as normal. A potential fix for this could be when playing with "Disable all music for streaming purposes" set to on, the music player that comes up by holding down R1/RB, has the "Music always on" option set to be permanently off so that it doesn't mute the entire game during gameplay just like how it is disabled from being toggled in the audio settings.Did not receive Twitch or Youtube rewards
Yesterday, I watched all the stream, from the beginning to the end, but i didn't receive any rewards today when i joined the web app. I have my account linked but somehow it didn't work. The most absurd bug that I ever saw stills happening. After I saw video from the Brazilian YouTuber Carlos Salvador, the bug that makes impossible to transfer players associated with Classic XI teams and New National Teams stills the same. Players like Szobozslai, Alisson, Neuer, Mbappe etc are impossible to move without duplicate these players, corrupting the save. I won't buy that game at least until April bc of that disrespect, and a lot of others players feels the same about that game
