ufc 6 career mode / overall
Hi everyone, I'm just a regular UFC fan who's been playing the UFC games for years. I've spent a lot of time in UFC 6 already, but honestly, this game isn't giving me the excitement I was hoping for. I feel like Career Mode has so much untapped potential, yet many things from previous UFC games were simply carried over without much improvement. Hairstyles, tattoos, customization, and other features barely changed. It feels like we're playing the same Career Mode over and over again. What I'd really love to see added to Career Mode is more interaction with the real UFC experience outside of training camps. Things like: Press conferences. Face-offs. Interviews and media interactions. More choices that actually affect your career. The ability to ask Dana White for a chance to become a triple champion or unlock special opportunities. Dynamic storylines based on your achievements. One feature I've wanted for a long time is Bruce Buffer actually announcing "The one, the only..." after you've built an incredible legacy in Career Mode. Imagine going 30-0, 40-0, or breaking major UFC records and earning special introductions or achievements. It would make your career feel much more rewarding. The current walkout intros also feel way too short. They don't create much atmosphere, and the presentation flow isn't for everyone. At the very least, it would be great if players could choose whether to enable or disable it in offline modes. Overall, Career Mode has so much potential to feel more alive, immersive, and connected to the real UFC. There are so many opportunities to make it more realistic and memorable, but right now it feels like we're repeating the same formula every year. I really hope future updates and games take Career Mode in that direction because it could become something truly special.Career Mode completely freezes after a while. Choose fight offer glitch.
So after already grinding over 10 hours of career mode. there comes a point in time where you end up fighting the same old fighters over and over. so, after I tried to decline a few fights to get sum fresh competition. Career mode completely freezes on choose fight offer this needs to be fixed immediately. the game is broken. Also as a suggestion the Legacy with Chris Carter should be our actual career mode or story mode. We should be able to customize Chris Carter as a created fighter and go through he story.2.7KViews28likes62CommentsThe color of the shorts doesn't work in career mode!
Just like in UFC 5, the game has a fight kit and an apex kit. Now there are different colors and types of Venum shorts to wear in fights(fight kit), but no matter which color or type you choose, the default white or black shorts are still displayed in the fight. The same goes for female CAFs, whether they're wearing shorts or sports tops, it´s always default... Great idea! But it needs fixing.2.4KViews19likes63CommentsOn July 15th, this game is pure gold
FINALLY! The option to turn off visual effects of flow state. It's the one thing that ruins this game for me. First off, I play only offline against the CPU. THIS is the way this game was always meant to be played. Everyone who complains are playing online and if they lose they hate the game. I feel bad for those people and they will resort to making up all sort of stuff. Their self-worth truly is tied to their place on the leaderboards and I hope they each seek professional help. But man, playing against the CPU is pure sim heaven. Not perfect, but it's as good as it gets right now. I play UFC 6 for the immersion, and nobody talks enough about how great the A.I. is in this game. And I know after saying this some loser will quickly jump at how either the CPU cheats bad or how easily they could exploit the CPU. The thing is, I am convinced that MMA ignorants and arcade players truly have no idea that they are that. They don't realize that they play this game with a Street Fighter/Tekken mentality and are thinking "combo combo combo." Approach this game this way and yes, it will feel like the CPU is on pure matrix mode or you would be able to exploit it. Win at all costs. That's how most players approach this game. I love a win as much as the next guy, but my number one priority is always to fight as realitically as possible, and when you do, the CPU is a fantastic dance partner. It's especially great when you and the CPU are trading feints and trading shots and you're both missing by an inch when you swing. To me those are the most exciting sequences. Getting into unpredictable exchanges where both you and the CPU are using sound defense. And when you do finally land that big shot during these scenarios, boy is it satisfying, especially if the shot lands at the perfect time and results in a well-earned knockdown or flash knockout. But I absolutely hate the flow state visuals. For the past couple of weeks I've been restarting each match whenever the CPU decides to activate their flow state. I don't use mine, I refuse to use mine because of the ugly visuals. But that's all going to change on July 15th when the patch finally drops and I'll get to enjoy UFC 6 for all it has to offer, flow state and all. End of rant. P.S. be sure to cancel PS Plus!BRING BACK FIGHT WEEK IN UFC5 PLZZZZZZ !!!!!!!
Me and a lot of player need, a last fight week or a set up of a permanent fight week to earn the last trophies, please ea take a decision, because me and some players have explained our disappointment about the trophies who are no longer earnable, cause of the end of fight week on ufc 5….. SO PLEASE EASPORTS TAKE A DECISION FOR THE HAPPINESS OF THE LAST UFC5’s PLAYERSUFC 6 Balance Feedback: The Game Still Rewards Spam Over Skill
I've spent a lot of time playing UFC 6, and while the recent stamina changes are a step in the right direction, the game still rewards spam far more than technical fighting. 1. Blocking takedowns barely costs stamina. There is almost no stamina penalty for repeatedly attempting takedowns that get defended. For example, Islam Makhachev can attempt around 18 takedowns in a single round, have 15 of them defended, and still finish the round with about 85% stamina. Failed takedowns should be much more exhausting. 2. Body shots don't drain enough permanent stamina. There is almost no reason to attack the body. Body punches barely reduce permanent stamina. They don't consistently cause body stuns. Throwing body punches carries significant risk but offers very little reward. Ironically, body kicks are already extremely powerful, while boxing to the body feels almost useless. 3. Some fighters are clearly overtuned. Conor McGregor, Ilia Topuria, Max Holloway, and Sean O'Malley feel significantly stronger than the rest of their divisions. Their speed, pressure, and overall effectiveness make them far too dominant. 4. Head movement (especially leaning back) is still far too strong. The game is starting to resemble UFC 5 again. Players simply throw a rear hand, lean back, and immediately spam uppercuts over and over. This is not something you see in real UFC fights. More importantly, all head movement options are too safe. Successfully slipping a strike is extremely rewarding because the counter damage is so high, especially with uppercuts. On the other hand, missing or mistiming a slip isn't punished enough. The risk-to-reward ratio is completely off. Head movement should remain a high-skill mechanic, but failed or mistimed slips should leave the defender much more vulnerable and lead to significantly higher damage when they make a mistake. 5. Stamina improvements are not enough. The latest update helped, but only slightly. Instead of seeing endless 10-hit combinations, we now see endless 6-hit combinations. That is still unrealistic. Professional fighters don't throw 130+ significant strikes every round, and sometimes they don't even reach that number over an entire three-round fight. The pace of fights should be slower, stamina should matter much more, and players should be rewarded for making smart decisions instead of constantly throwing combinations. The game has great potential, but right now the meta still rewards pressure, spam, and unrealistic pace more than technical MMA.UFC 6 PS5 - heats up PS5 and shutsdown
I load up the game and start playing and within a few minutes my PS5 just turns off completly. I have to unplug it from the outlet and plug back in to get it PS5 back on. This happens all day today and never gets past a few minutes of playing. This is ONLY happening with this specific game. What is the fix for it?3.7KViews10likes59Comments
