The EA app doesn't detect my EA Play membership
I purchased EA Play from Epic Games, but EA App doesn't detect my subscription. It appears to me as if the payment had failed, although in Epic Games it does appear as completed. And for some reason now it appears to me as if I were paying the subscription again, but I have not tried to pay it again.instalacion
tengo un paquete de los sims 3 pero no me permite canjear los juegos. segun necesito el juego original que es el de los sims 3 el cual ya esta instalado. no entiendo cual puede ser el error. ya lo intente de igual manera en la pagina oficial de los sims 3. No se quien o como me puedan ayudar.
