[Series X] Madden 27 freezes at boot & reboots console; Madden 26 fine

The freeze point is not consistent — sometimes it locks immediately, sometimes it gets slightly further. On some occurrences the Xbox guide button still responds and I can dashboard out; on others the console becomes fully unresponsive and then powers down and restarts on its own. Frequency: every launch attempt. I have not reached the main menu. TROUBLESHOOTING ALREADY COMPLETED (all with full shutdown between steps) • Full power cycle (power button 10 sec, unplugged 10 sec) — multiple times • Two complete uninstall/reinstall cycles • Cleared reserved space • Deleted local saved data (4.0 GB, 1 item) • Disabled HDR10, Auto HDR, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Vision for Gaming • Disabled Allow 4K (dropped output to 1080p) — game consistently got further, but still froze • Replaced HDMI cable with a certified 18 Gbps 4K/60 HDR cable, 6 ft, direct connection with no receiver or switch in the path • Set console as home Xbox and tested offline — still froze • Confirmed install is the full retail version, not the EA Play trial KEY DATA POINT Madden NFL 26 runs for hours with zero issues on this exact same console, same display, same cable, same physical location, at the same display settings. No freezes, no crashes, no reboots. That isolates the problem to Madden NFL 27 specifically. It is not thermal, not the power supply, not storage, not the HDMI chain, and not the display configuration — all of those are shared with Madden 26, which is stable. DISPLAY SETUP (for completeness) Projector, reports 4K UHD at 60Hz supported, 120Hz not supported, 4K 10-bit not supported at 24/50/60Hz. created player issues in franchise mode
theirs a bug with created players in franchise , when you create them then save the roster and use that said roster and start the franchise you cant edit the number of the created players or there traits it won't save even when applying the changes , also (bigger issue) when playing franchise and you are done and save and quit and log back into the same franchise whatever player you created on the roster thats being used will disappear , every single time you quit and load back in , so I wasted about an hour and half of my trial just trying to get the mode to work like it should , seems to be pretty buggy as of right now.Commentator Audio Becomes Extremely Distorted
There is also a significant audio issue during Road to Glory games. The commentators' audio becomes extremely staticky and distorted, making it difficult to understand what they are saying. The problem appears to progressively get worse as the game continues. It is particularly noticeable around second quarter and going into the third quarter, and by the conclusion of the game the commentator audio can become extremely distorted. This seems to be something that develops during the game rather than simply being an audio setting or an issue that is present from the opening kickoff. 2. Game Freezing at the Conclusion and Lost Progression Finally, there is an extremely frustrating issue at the conclusion of games. The game can freeze or become stuck while transitioning from the completed game to the post-game progression screen. When this happens, I do not receive the progression that I earned during the game. This can include progression related to my performance and objectives I completed during the game.
Game Freeze and Crash
Hello: I am experiencing A problem in college football dynasty on PC... I can not make it through a game now without it crashing in the 4th quarter... Why is this not like Madden and if the game crashes... you can pick up where you left off when you reload? I can not complete a game without it failing... its broken and unplayable... Please help,,, and yes i've done basic trouble shooting... did repair option and then it still did it... then uninstalled and reinstalled it and still crashing
Saliba requests a transfer despite regular playing time.
Saliba requested a transfer because of playing time even though I was regularly starting him in matches. His playtime status showed a green thumbs-up, indicating that his playing time was satisfactory. This happened in Season 2 of my Arsenal Career Mode and forced me to restart the entire save, meaning I lost my progress and had to replay Season 1. Please investigate the playing-time/transfer-request system, as the transfer request appears inconsistent with his actual playing time and the green playtime status. I claimed the premium SP reward and it unlocked the next few level rewards. But my progress bar is stuck at a level before the reward is claimed. When I gain additional SP, it continues from where the progress bar is so I can’t unlock the next level even when I get enough SP to level up.Online franchise signing players
My online franchise settings are on full manual, yet +30 year old and backup players are being signed to huge contract extensions by the CPU. Doesn't manual mean I make these decisions, this makes franchise unplayable, as I had to waste > 20 hours, quit on season 2, when the phantom signing completely broke my salary cap!!
