Missing Skins and Progress
Today i reinstalled apex after have it uninstalled for about 5 months. when i got in made me log into my account which i was confused because its never made me do that before. I have found out that my account was hacked I have got that fixed but when i log into my account my stuff is still missing. I dont have any purchase receipts from EA as they never sent me any but I many in my email of steam invoice purchases on the game
Missing Deluxe Content (Chick’n & Judge Z) - Switch Complete Edition
Hello. I purchased PvZ: Battle for Neighborville Complete Edition on the Nintendo eShop, but the Deluxe Content (Skins for Peas of Chick'n and Judge Z) is missing from my account.I’ve already contacted Nintendo Support (Case #260222-005199 and they confirmed my license is active. I also spoke with EA Chat (Case #238457006 , but they couldn't grant the items manually and sent me here.Could a Community Manager please verify my linked EA Account and sync the Entitlements for the Deluxe Content? I have my eShop receipt ready to provide as proof. Thank you!

No matter what you do troubleshoot, reinstall the game, different network, different console. NOTHING WORKS I saw a thread that a EA employee was helping players that were dealing with this issue and If someone can review this please do, Don't tell me to contact EA support it doesn't help I have done it a million times. Just wanna get back into apex and play but cannot with me being the only player in que. PLEASE if there is anyone to help me with this issue please do.Market Mastery Obj. Bug
Every time I try to complete the “Buy 3 Items” objective challenge for Market Mastery, it does not properly log the action. It states to “Buy ANY 3 items from the Transfer Market” and no matter how many times I buy a player, consumable for chemistry, healing, badge, jersey, cannons/fireworks, it still only shows that I have completed buying 1 item and it WILL NOT count anything that I have bought. I have tried using the “Buy Now” option and placing/winning a bid for any of the items mentioned above, and the objective does not count any of it. I have also tried clicking “Advance” on the objective list for the “Buy 3 Items” and it again WILL NOT COUNT the progress being made towards completion. I have completed every other objective in the Foundations section except for this one on Market Mastery. PLEASE FIX OR REFUND ME THE COINS I HAVE SPENT ON PURCHASES
Ash Still Locked (Please Help)
I have been trying to get the attention of literally anyone at EA regarding a bug I have had for over a year. The game registers Ash as locked and it doesn't allow me to unlock her. I got her when she came out and I own multiple legendary skins for her, I actually just got the gold one from the latest event, now can’t use:(. The game just doesn't allow me to play her. When I click on unlock there is nowhere to even spend legend tokens to get her back,I even tried to get my husband to gift it to me but no such luck. I can literally prove I owned her as I have skins, trackers showing her kills etc. Every attempt I have made to contact EA support, or anyone has just led me in a circle promising something would be done. Even so much so that they asked me to make a report and try to get upvotes. It is now the new season, and it still not fixed. Can anyone help?Can't join game with squad
3 season into battlefield 6 and we still have the same issues. Since the beginning, battlefield 6 has always had the same issue and nothing changed. I'm always up for new map, new guns, and new modes but It's hard to have a good time when a friend is always left behind. When trying to join a game, one team mate or more on the squad is left behind in the lobby. Forcing us to return to the lobby and try to join another game, hoping we don't leave a team mate behind in the lobby. Let's focus on getting a full squad to join into a game together everytime, instead of new weapons skins and costumes. Thank you!!
