From Player Career to manager

Several problems with this feature!!! 
I’ve experienced the following: 

• When starting a player career from a live-point, then when going to retire and manage, it doesn’t show teams and when the script that’s shown, it crashes the game
• In player career when starting the save up, in the first options menu and choose to go from dollars to euro, when then retire and go manage it changes back to dollars!!
