Become immortal II evolution
Just so you now when you claim the become immortal II evolution you have to pick between academyslot176 and academyslot177 and you don’t know which one s the cam version and which is the cdm version. I picked the ofcourse picked the wrong one and got the cam instead of the cdm. Is there anyway to get to cdm version since it was glitched and i could not pick the evolution i wanted? (academyslot176=cam, academyslot177=cdm)Purchased ultimate + battle pass and got nothing
I purchased the ultimate+ content and received nothing, but it shows I've completed those parts of the battle pass. I've included a video showing exactly what I mean by this, it shows everything up until the level I have completed in the battle pass has a check mark showing I've unlocked it but as you can see when I go to the legends tab and check I don't have the items. I've also included another attachment showing the order receipt if this is not proof enough than I'm not sure what else I need to show. Solutions I've attempt to fix this include but are not limited to: restarting my console and game, uninstalling and re-installing apex legends, leveling up the battle pass, and attempting a refund which was not possible because I used microsoft balance for the purchase.[EDIT!] wanted to add that my case days waiting for player but hasn't received a response so I'm not sure what I should do does anyone have an idea??Progress lost
I just used EA help to recover my account after it had been hacked into and disabled. Upon logging into apex legends, I found that all my progress has been reset. My EA name is aboot222, my ingame name is ABOOT222, and I am on playstation. Edit: I had to change the email address of the ea account. Originally it was connected to my Playstation account. The person I was talking to at ea help said there was no record of progress on my account and told me to create a post here.Mateta Fantasy upgrade - strike force EVO
I have a fantasy SBC Mateta which was put through Strike Force evo with FP. He has since been upgraded on (07/04/25) with playstyles for scoring. Fantasy website states: (Attackers and Midfielders only excl. CDMs) Player achieves 1 Goal or Assist in next 4 league matches (Excl. Heroes) = Player will receive a second PlayStyle+ and one base PlayStyle. If the player already has 2 PlayStyle+, they will instead receive two base PlayStyles. Since he has been upgraded he has lost the finesse shot PS+ and has been replaced with power header PS+. I note a similar issue with SBC Neco Williams losing bruiser PS+ from an EVO, getting replaced with slide tackle PS+ with no resolution to this issue. I would hope both issues get resolved soon, as this is a paid evo that people could have paid real life currency to complete this for particular properties, which they now have not received and changed retrospectively.Young blood Pack Gives already onwed item
I opened a ''Young blood pack'' from the weekly "spark bonus" and was awarded the banner frame "exploration" wich i already owned from another bundle I purchased in the past. Further more, the pack did not count towards the completion of the "event". I am currently standing at 0 out of 10. Is that normal ? i’ve completed week one of weekly play 6 and it won’t let be claim the first completion even though i’ve done it. needs fixing fast. EA Community Manager update: Our team has prevented further impact from this issue and are continuing to work on correcting progress for impacted players. As soon as we have more updates, we will let you know!
I lost my toty cards
Saturday, I was supposed to use my TOTY Makar, MacK and Kucherov to upgrade the to TOTS cards, but after I took them from the lineup, they disappeared. I waited for a couple of days, since sometimes NHL does this, but they haven't returned. There is a slight chance they got traded in when I made Werenski, but I am usually quite careful with these and I am positive they did not appear in the top of the list when I was filling in the 91- cards needed for the Werenski. I have chance of checking this. Could you check if there was a bug, or did I screw up and traded them in? If I did screw, can you help me to reverse this? I am sure you can trackmy account from my nametag.
