Game Softlocks at Zen Garden — No Way to Continue (v1.5.0)

Anyone having the issues in the title? The Profile tab on the main menu won’t display any of my statistics such as my K/D, most played modes and class, etc. Furthermore, my rank is being displayed as a level “0” in a dark black font. Whether it be at the main menu, the pause menu, and even at the end of a match where you can see everyone in your squad all posted up…
Transparent enemies and weapons...
I can’t even imagine this. Bugs that didn’t exist in the beta test or at launch are now appearing, and after fixing bugs several times, things have only gotten worse. In today’s match, my gun model and hand model completely disappeared. Am I holding the DICE programmers’ Achilles’ heel or something? Even worse, some enemies became transparent and looked like ghosts attacking me. I’m begging you, DICE developers. Can you please test things properly before pushing them live? Take a look yourselves. How low has the daily active user count dropped? How many painful lessons will it take to wake you up? Just look at the overwhelming flood of complaints on the forums. Have you actually taken them seriously? Disappointing!
Can I use PS5 to play the same account (UT) I created using EA APP on PC?
I recently got a PS5 and a fc26 game on it, this is easier for me to access the game using remote play when I'm travelling. But when I launch the game and entered UT, it shows up a brand new profile (no players, no season pass, level 0) -- I haved Iinked my PS5 account in the EA web settings and I can see my friends I added in EA app and I can send them message, but just the whole UT squads are totally different. Can anyone explain to me why this happens? Or you just can't do it? Anything in PS5 is totally separate and different in PC? It happened more time than it should when I check the scorboard and try to interact with it its gets stuck on the screen and the only way to "fix" it is to Alt+F4. Now if you have this mid game kiss goodbye to the XP and everything... Full price game btw. Same happenes with chatwindow. Try to type a message to the team or tell them to step on a LEGO. Good luck cuz it will freeze on screen and cant type, cant use menu and you guesed it Alt+F4 again cuz its a full price game. Not even mentioning the dogwater performance with packet loss since the latest main update becuse of course its a full price game btw. Anti cheat might as well be deleted becuse i can count on 1 hand how many games I had in a week since I didn't get matched with some math equation named 150ms pinged 50/1 players (infantry and not in a tank/heli/jet). But hey at the end of the day its a full price game. Wanna do weekly tasks? Good go for it but be aware it will only count half of your progresion (mainly if its "Play as X class 5 games"). Still a full price game btw. Desync/netcode needs a bit of a fix too.. I get behind cover and 2s later I still die? Not even mentioning fighting console people. By the time their machine registers the half a mag I pumped in the back of their heads my hair grows back and falls out again. Im sure that EA Dice is a small indie developer and dont have the manpower to fix or even impliment basic functionalities into their small full price game btw but I am willing to bet the soul of my first born child that the next 50 skin boundle is already done alongside the next 4 seasons of BP. The least a company should do if they have the audicity to ask FULL PRICE + change for a **bleep** game is to make sure it is actualy tested properly befor you put it out for the consumers. For the love of god redirect the manpower from the BR that nobody asked for and fix the basics of the game pls. Playing Replanted in couch co-op, we completed the fourth stage of the Roof and we had a dialogue open with Crazy Dave about finding a Watering Can. We cannot use the prompt to press X to proceed (on PS5). Systemically tried each button on the controller, rebooting, reinstalling, changing language(was originally playing in French), changing controller. Can't progress at all. Found several other reports on Reddit, all posted after December 10th I think, when there was a 1.5 update. Right now, attempting to launch any game in Adventure on any chapter results in Dave Saying we found a Watering Can with all controls completely unresponsive. We can play other modes, but we can't complete Adventure and unlock all features.EA account bug: level 0, blank profile, no online status, friend requests bug
I load into the game my level shows zero, profile menu on the dashboard is blank. Friends can’t see me online I can’t change my online status the ea connect menu not showing my name and activity status on top right of page. People who get my friend requests can see the friend request but it shows as a blank bar they can’t accept it. I’ve Deleted the game and redownloading it, and quitting the game and reloading. Still doesn’t
