Hello! I’ve tried all solutions from ea help and I’ve scoured this forums, nothing seems to fix this there isn’t a specific thing that makes the game freeze, it could be in the loading screen or 3 minutes into a game looking at the floor but then I could load it up again and drive a tank through a building or something massive and it won’t freeze xbox clean, latest updates, 900mb internet wired connection ea don’t have a fix for this apparently but it’s a global issue bought the game through CD KEYS but because the game key was activated and enabled me to download the game I can’t get a refund from them112Views0likes7CommentsCharacter Access Removed (Axle)
I grinded all the character challenges for Axle and unlocked her, opening her thematic packs and even purchasing one of her legendary skins with crafting mats and now I find I cannot play her anymore and have to buy her with Legend Tokens or Apex coins. If the challenges don't fully unlock the character then what is the point of them? I tested EA SPORTS FC 26 on another console account and Pro Clubs works correctly there. On my main EA account, Pro Clubs does not work and the Season Pass cannot open. Ultimate Team partially works. I already reinstalled the game and tested multiple fixes. This confirms the issue is account-related. The Current Context & Live Chat Outage: My previous ticket (Case #239743755) was closed without a resolution. I just attempted to contact Live Support via chat again, but after waiting in queue, the system closed with an 'Agents are not available' error due to the ongoing server maintenance. Since backend databases are currently undergoing technical work, this is the perfect window for the engineering team to look into account-specific bugs. The Issue & Refuting the 'Packet Loss' Argument: Gameplay: I am experiencing severe connection issues in-game (heavy input delay and speed-up lag). The Diagnostic Failure: To troubleshoot, I used the official EA Connection Quality tool. Despite having played over 2,000 matches since launch, my report consistently displays 'No match history available' (0% tracking). Why it's not an ISP/Packet Loss issue: While packet loss can cause in-game lag, it cannot cause a total 100% data blackout of 2,000 matches on the tracking portal. Exhaustive Isolation Testing Performed: Multi-Network Test: I tested the game on three entirely separate networks: my home Fiber ISP, a 5G Mobile Hotspot, and a different ISP at a friend's house. I can't open the season pass on the game if i have 2FA enabled so when i realised i can turn off 2FA it will work again i did so i turned it off. But if i want to log in on the webb app or companion app it asks me to turn 2FA on or i can't log in so know i have to disable and enable it all the time. I dont know what the problem could be i play on xbox one (FC26 old gen version). I hope you guys can fix it so i dont have to turn it off en on the whole time for it to work.107Views3likes4Comments
