Missing apex pack from event progression
Product: Apex Legends / Platform: Steam-PC / Category: Missing content I opened 4 event cases from the Beast Mode event at once and it only rewarded me 1 rare and 1 epic pack instead of 2 rares and 1 epic. Since rewards go by pop-up, I should have had 2 times for the 1 rare pack and 1 time for epic but instead it happened only once for rare and once for epic. I already opened a case before this post but ea support cannot validate my claim. I also did returning to main menu and re-opening the game from the steam client but it I didn't receive the missing rare pack. Is there supposed to be a REWARDS LOG of everything I receive and actions made in the store to account for this? The ea support advised me to post this discussion in this forum in case other users have the same issue. I think it most likely happened because I opened all packs at once and would not result in the missing content if I opened it one by one.
My account started Platinum IV Season 24 Split 2 when I was Silver before
The last time my account has any activity was Season 19 where I played 118 ranked games ending with a rank of Silver II and in Season 18 it was Silver IV with 87 games played. Since then my season history shows no game activity for ranked or unranked from Season 20 - Season 23. My account is now showing that I'm ranked Platinum IV for Season 24 Split 2 with 0 ranked games played. My highest ranks were in Season 14-16 where I was mid Platinum but I wouldn't think that would put my rank start where it is especially with my Season 18 & 19 being silver. I currently can't play with any of my friends who were reset back to Bronze IV for the new split due to the rank disparity.
Won a Solos Game - didn't get the Badge.
Won a solos game yesterday - didn't get the badge! Is it only me or is it a common issue? I mean, is it worth trying to get 20b in solos now??? It's not a difficult one, but if I would make 20b or 3k and not get a badge, I would be very disappointed. I, actually, want my badge to be present on my acc.
Currency not loading and shop not working
Publishing this post the second time, cuz it didn’t solve for almost a week. This post was translated (don’t wanna print it twice) On April 5, after I knocked out the heirloom, I discovered that the tabs "legend locker", "passes", "trials", "shop" were unavailable. Currencies are also loaded endlessly. This usually happens when logging into the game, it can last 3-5 seconds, but this is not the case. I logged into my brother's account, everything works there, I think it can resolve itself, postponed the problem, logged in after a day and a half, nothing works again. I wrote to support about 5 times. Unfortunately, the consultants did not give me any good advice, but only suggested that I restart the console, restart the Internet, and the like. One of the consultants said that he had sent a report on my problem further and my problem would be solved. I also asked about compensation (will the containers be given for the Apryze tests if I do not have time to pass it, or maybe they will give me an additional time to complete the task), I was told that there would be no compensation. Battlespace tasks are also unavailable (no levels are awarded). I moved to a new level, where I was supposed to get an apex pack, but I didn't get a pack, and it's unclear whether there will be compensation. When doing Custom Lobbies and exiting a game, the progress gets stuck on "in progress" which means that we have to create a new Custom Lobby each time we want to start a game. The lobby won't let us begin a new game even though the game we just played is finished. We have tried several times with different people as host and it continues to do the same issue. This started happening when the new season came out. As well,, the final kill cameras are not working.Do better

On April 2nd my account encountered a very serious bug that limits my access to only the ready up tab. The currency’s are flashing non-stop. I can’t access the store. I can’t change any skins or badges/trackers. I can’t change any of my heirlooms that I’ve spent a lot of money on. My battle pass has been stuck on level 26 for DAYS now it won’t level up. I can only play the game. My stats are tracking though which makes me think it’s some sort of main menu ui bug. Please help if you can.
