game crashed, reconnected but still lost the rp.
My rank game crashed and I was still able to reconnect to the game. at the end of the game we still won and my rp clearly went up but when I lost my next game I lost all the rp I had from the previous game that we won that crashed. What can I do to get my rp back?
Issue with Ranked Aura
There is a bug with the ranked aura where the red indicator will not go away. Clicking on it, marking it as seen, and having it equipped will make it go away temporarily, but after every match or sign on, the red indicator will come back. I checked it, and it seems that the aura repeatedly switches between rookie rank and my actual rank, which may be the reason the red indicator keeps showing up.
Progress lost in cross progression
I lost all my game progress due to a cross progression issue, and multiple support cases have failed to resolve it. I played apex on Xbox for over 1.5 years, then switched to PC before cross progression existed. When cross progression launched, my Xbox account was linked to an old EA account, so I unlinked it and linked it to my current EA account (the one used on PC). But when I launched the game, I was never given the option to choose my main account — it automatically made the PC account the main one, overwriting my Xbox progress entirely. My Xbox account now loads as a completely fresh account.Unfair Ranked matches
Two times in NA servers now I have queued solo in ranked and been assigned one other random as a teammate, we were given no third teammate!!!. The match started with ONLY us two no THIRD. We obviously died almost immediately in both matches and I lost the full amount of RP. This seems extremely unfair for a ranked match! I can understand in non-ranked trios but in ranked?? It's absolutely bonkers to me that you guys allow a game to start in ranked without filling all the teams, especially when the other teams did have a full squad!!! I am extremely frustrated with this. It's one thing for this to happen in trios non-ranked, but this to be allowed in ranked is so unfair! Lost my Apex Legends account progress – wrong EA account linked
Hello, I need help recovering my original Apex Legends account. I have always played Apex Legends on the same PlayStation Network account. A while ago, my email account was compromised. During that time, I somehow ended up with a different EA account. Now, when I launch Apex Legends on my PS5, I only get a brand new level 1 account. I have recovered access to my email address, but when I sign in with that email, it logs me into the newer EA account instead of my original one. My original Apex Legends EA ID was Nikolajnica. Could someone from EA please help me find the original EA account that was linked to my PlayStation Network account and restore my progress? Thank you.
