Account Missing
Played Apex since launch and last played April last year. Tried to play today and when I launch via Steam (which I have done since I moved my progress over from Playstation in 2020) I am stuck on a new account. Any help in how I can regain access to my account would be great. It has thousands of hours and a lot money spent on it so it means a lot to me. This EA account (Sylarkz) is linked to my Steam so it has to be the right one, correct? As it can only be linked to one account for lifetime. I tried unlinking and relinking the steam account to the ea account but still nothing. I have Xbox as my other connection on the EA account. No longer have my PS account as a connection, unsure why. Could this be why? Thanks.
Pathfinder heirloom bug
My buddy GmenD56 has been playing since season zero and has prestige over 3 times. Has played every season. And the only heirloom he has ever gotten is the pathfinder heirloom. I have heard of other bugs being related to that heirloom. My wife and I have been playing since season 21 and have gotten two heirlooms already and have prestige one time.Cannot buy Beam Saber colors with Exotic Shards post-event
Description I have the Gundam collab Beam Saber. After the event ended, its four colors can no longer be purchased with Exotic Shards in the Store or Armory. As a universal melee weapon, its colors should be permanently available, just like others. There was no prior notice that these would only be available for a limited time. When I had enough Exotic Shards, I found the purchase function was unavailable. Issue Color options are completely removed. I can’t unlock new colors with Exotic Shards. Fix Request Please restore the color purchase options for this weapon.I met the requirements for the Scarbatch but I didn't receive it.
Problem encountered: I achieved 20 kills in a single match with Mirage, but I didn't receive the 20-kill badge. I sent an inquiry about this, but after about a week, I still haven't received it... Hello Support Team, I am facing a serious issue with the latest game update. When I open the game, it shows "Update the Game." After clicking the update button, the update process starts but remains stuck at 0% for hours. I have already waited for more than 2 hours, but the update has not progressed at all. This is very frustrating because I am unable to play the game. If this update or patch contains a bug, please investigate and fix it as soon as possible. Hey guys, I've been struggling since the cross progression to get this fixed and it has been very disheartening to see famous Streamers regain their lost badges (ie. ImperialHal) yet I have yet to get any help. I've sent in 5 tickets to get some assistance on this and I need some outside help. I achieved Apex Predator in Season 3, 4, 5, and 7 and my account still has the charms and trails for those seasons. I DO NOT have the badges that go with them, and even the rank leaderboard drop down says that I was "bronze". I worked very hard to get that rank and spend thousands of hours grinding ranked. I really would just like the badges that I earned back and would be so grateful for any help that I can get. Thank you Ay Look
