Missing founders edition Items
I purchased the founders edition a while ago on xbox but the items from the pack get lost in cross progression: When playing on my xbox all the items are there with no problems, but when playing on playstation (which is my main console now and has been for the last 2 years) only the founders badge is transfered across. This means I cant see or use the Hemlock skin, founders frames, and founders skins that came with it. I have tried favoriting/equipping the skins on my xbox but when I switch back to playstation they are nowhere to be seen and my banner is reset to the default banner. This is a real pain becasue they are some of the coolest skins and banners in the game and it sucks them being platform locked. Bangalore's smoke grenade isn't doing any damage for some reason. I have a challenge to hit enemies with her smoke grenade, and can't finish her spotlight pass without it. I've tried shooting people directly with the tactical, and even aiming it to the side a bit to hit them with one of the three smoke bombs that come out. Nothing works. Went to the firing range to make sure I wasn't just trash, and it didn't work on dummies either. Clip attached below. Ho, my name is Pietro i used to play apex a lot in the past, i’m talking about since 2020 to 2/3 years ago, i always played on the same account, my psn account (id: ninna2230), i was around level 400/450, had all the legends, a bunch of skins and stats since season 4. today i wanted to play apex again after a long time, so i went and reinstalled it, but when opening it i was asked to log into my ea account. personally i embee created one, so i did create one (this one where in writing from) with the same email that i used on my psn account with all my progresses, but then, after writing down the code i got sent by email, i received a message on the screen saying i couldnt log in in that account because it was already linked to the psn account (ninna2230, the account i was on while trying to open apex) so i went on the ea site and unlinked the two accounts (my storic psn account and my brand new ea account that i dont know how was linked to the psn account) to then log in form my ps4 in the screen that initially asked me to log into my ea account. so i put the code that was sent on my email in and this time it worked, it let me open apex, except for the fact that i LOST ALL MY PROGRESSES, i got logged in in a brand new apex account, level 1, no legends unlocked, no skins, all stats to 0. im beggin you EA, i need my account back, i played so so so much on it and i even spent money on it, and all of this seems to be gone now i dont know what to do, hope you will be albe to help me8Views0likes0CommentsWildcard mode sudden delay error
I'm reporting a bug that only occurs in Wildcard mode. During matches, network lag occurs randomly and frequently, specifically a sudden increase in latency from 30ms to around 200ms, accompanied by about a one-second screen freeze and pop-up icons for UCMD delay, Lag Compensation, congestion, etc. I found other players online with the same problem, and their solution was to disable computer Ram Expo. I tried that, but the bug persists. It only happens in Wildcard mode and severely impacts gameplay. Below are my computer specs and a video link showing the problem. I am seeking assistance with linking my EA account to a different PlayStation account because the one it is currently connected to has been permanently suspended. Since I no longer have access to that account, I am unable to manage my EA services or continue using them as intended. I've got a week 1 challenge for SMG damage for both the Holo-Day Challenge (Deal 15k Damage with SMG) and the Battle Pass Weekly (Deal 10k Damage with sub machine guns). They are the same weapons, but are tracking differently. I have only played 1 night this Battle Pass, and my Battle Pass Weekly is tracking at 2842/10000 while the Holo-Day is tracking at 8333/15000.
