Missing Battlefield Coins
Spent 1,650 coins on skipping the winter offensive bonus path in the battle pass multiple times before I realised it was actually taking my coins each time. I expected that this might just be a visual glitch but after a week I am still short around 5,000 coins. What do I do? Not sure how to show that I spent the coins but I can prove I bought them atleast. Playing on Xbox.
Winter offensive Challenges Not Registering properly.
Several of the challenges dont register properly. I have a challenge to capture objectives in Icy maps. It has registered 8/10 captures so far, but in last match i had 5 captures, and it did not register a single one in the challenge. Also have a challenge to heal teammates near heatzones, it has 192/200 and it seldom registers from a match. And I do leave the support class Restock bag that heals, constantly throwing it at teammates near heat zones. But its not just the winter challenges, nearly every challenge category have these problems. The challenge system in this game is severely broken.
Battlefield 6 purchased in Steam is not displayed in the EA App library.
I bought the game by pre-order on steam, everything works, I can log in to play, but there is no battlefield 6 app in the EA app, I cannot receive the veteran's award and other awards.Steam and EA app are linked to each other, I tried deleting the apps and installing them again, it doesn't help. There is no such problem with the EA 25 purchased on steam, and it is displayed correctly in the EA app. I did what the employee advised: reinstalled the EA app, Use the built-in EA app recovery tool , I see Star Wars purchased on steam and need fo speed also purchased on steam Only battlefield 6 purchased on steam is not displayed in the EA app. 5 EA employees with whom I chatted could not solve this problem and the only thing they could advise was to post it on the forum.
Missing all of the pre-launch rewards
I completed the beta challenges, played on ps5, did the twitch drops, played 2042 for the road to bf6, and have an EA account with nearly every BF game since 4. Somehow every single reward I should have unlocked is locked, even with the messages on my account saying that I have them available. Been through 4 iterations of a support ticket to be told I'm "missing an eligibility requirement" that nobody can figure out or expand on. Example of the missing beta reward attached.
Make 4 Players to start Portal Matchs instead of 20
I was wondering if these are even being seen by these devs but here it goes anyway. MAKE THE COUNT 4 PLAYERS TO START NON BOT FILLED PORTAL SERVERS! 20's to high, like the dev team when they implemented this in on season 1. Change it back to 0 or 4 would even be more doable but 20 isnt. Heck we need 8 for playing with bots but I hate Bots. 3 month still investigate if i cheated
It's very sad and upsetting that I won't be able to play the game I love anymore. I was banned for no reason. It was said that I was using something to enhance my aim, and I appealed, stating that was wrong. I never used anything; I play with a PlayStation controller on PC. I appealed, and it's been three months, and I'm still waiting, as you can see in the picture. It's very sad that I'm off work and can't play the game. And for sure, I'm not going to buy the game anymore, as I've been playing since 2012 when BF3 was released. I have so many clips of having a good time playing it.
Stuck in scoreboard, unable to spawn at match start, stuck in death state...
As the title clearly states, this games suffers from serious game breaking bugs that keeps you from playing, especially when playing with friends. Currently I'm playing casual breakpoint with a small group of friends while we're leveling our classes and gear. This is a 16 player gamemode, and the chances of you joining your team in an ongoing match is low. When playing with a squad of friends, this game really needs some form of timer allowing us to leave and reconnect, especially with all these bugs. I'm aware of all the so called "workarounds", like not touching anything during spawn or sector win/loss. Here I am looking at the scoreboard, and sure I did expand the board so I could scroll and then we lost the sector and I died. Now I'm stuck in the scoreboard, this fine "exit scoreboard" button does absolutely nothing. I've also had a new match where I couldn't see my own character, the model didn't load... I could see my squad and when the match started I was thrown to the deployment screen. No big deal, right? Well, I could click deploy as much as I wanted, nothing happened... I've also been killed, lying on the ground listening to the death tone seeing a but trying with all its power to revive me, while my teammate said I wasn't there on their screen. Well, at least I respawned when we won/lost the sector. Worst part of all this is not the bugs, bugs happens, I don't really mind, they don't happen that often... The biggest issue is how the game has no mitigation for such incidents. It would be so insanely simple for DICE to implement a "reconnect" button on the options screen - provided that button works of course - so I'm not required to exit the game and wait however many minutes for my party to win/lose.
Squad Deathmatch Challenge 3
Squad Deathmatch Challenge 3 requires you to revive 10 players in a match. Not that it is not possible with good alignment of the stars, but in this mode 99.99% of the players do not wait for revive since the redeployment is almost instant. Would you guys consider changing it to 10 revives across different matches. My best achievement so far is 2 revives. In most of the cases i run to res people but they just give up. Also reviving people in deathmatch does not really click with the natural flow of the mode, where the target is to kill as many people as possible in as short time as possible.
