Help upgrading to teen account
I’m playing BFN on my Nintendo Switch. It’s making me upgrade to a teen account. Whenever I click the textbox to type in an email, it sends me back to the start. I’ve done everything I can. I’ve cleared my cache, disconnected my EA account, and I even deleted my game data (i kinda regret that now but oh well). Whenever I sign back into Nintendo and try to play online, it brings me back to the same screen. Is there a way I could connect to a different EA account? I have a 2nd physical copy of the game, I haven’t tried that yet because I’m pretty sure the EA account is attached to your Nintendo account. I got this game a couple years ago and I’m not sure what EA account I used to sign in, or if it just created one when I started playing. I don’t really care about my progress anymore, I just want to play the game online. Does anyone know a solution to this?
PVZ GFN keeps crashing the game and then says something about eaanticheat
I just downloaded PVZ GFN and when I was just about to play it saied eaanticheat detected cheats on my account. I wasn't using any mods or anything like cheat engine. I tried to repair it, uninstall it and when I downloaded the Ea Anti cheat installer I installed it updated it and fixed it but when I went to repair it on the Ea desktop it still crashed. I tried almost everything by uninstalling Ea anti cheat then reinstall it update it, fix it and then repair the game but NOTHING worked at all. I even tried reinstalling Ea desktop, I do not know what to do any more. And it's probably PVZ GFN anticheat because I tried playing different games on Ea desktop and it doesn't crash at all.
PLEASE FIX Battle For Neighborville on Nintendo Switch 2!!
I have been trying to play PvZ: Battle For Neighborville on my new Nintendo Switch 2 for the past 2-3 days and it CONSTANTLY keeps crashing!! When I load into the game, while in Giddy Park, my screen starts glitching and flickering super bad it is very bad to look at and hurts my eyes. When I try loading into an offline match of any mode the game crashes almost 100% of the time. It will close the app and my Nintendo Switch 2 will say, “This software needed to close due to an error.” Then when I go back in and try a different mode, it does the SAME THING. I don’t understand why we can’t just play the game. You guys are literally losing out on money if you don’t fix this. We need the game officially optimized for the Nintendo Switch 2, and while you’re at it, you could even update it to handle 60fps because the Switch 2 can now handle 60fps pretty smooth. Also I have heard from some other people that apparently Battle For Neighborville isn’t even AVAILABLE for purchase on the Switch 2 eShop. They locked the game so no one can buy it, hopefully that means they’re going to fix it? But I would still like someone from EA to get back to me and let me know what the situation is. PLEASE HELP! Thanks EDIT: After doing a bit more testing it’s actually worse than I thought, there were a few times where I went into the game and it would crash before I could even select a GAME MODE. Also, the few times I was able to play an entire match while the screen was flashing, as soon as the game ended, the game just crashed. Nothing I could do about it. This game DEFINITELY needs fixed. Switch is has if not the most player activity for Battle for Neighborville. It is loved and it is absolutely unPLAYABLE on the switch 2. I literally hopped on this forum just to say this. You will experience frequent crashes, even lowers graphics, and literally being launched across the map. Please fix this.

The hacker exploited our IDs through their scripts, artificially inflating our levels beyond the game's processing capacity, which caused the system to freeze at the loading interface.
