Help upgrading to teen account
I’m playing BFN on my Nintendo Switch. It’s making me upgrade to a teen account. Whenever I click the textbox to type in an email, it sends me back to the start. I’ve done everything I can. I’ve cleared my cache, disconnected my EA account, and I even deleted my game data (i kinda regret that now but oh well). Whenever I sign back into Nintendo and try to play online, it brings me back to the same screen. Is there a way I could connect to a different EA account? I have a 2nd physical copy of the game, I haven’t tried that yet because I’m pretty sure the EA account is attached to your Nintendo account. I got this game a couple years ago and I’m not sure what EA account I used to sign in, or if it just created one when I started playing. I don’t really care about my progress anymore, I just want to play the game online. Does anyone know a solution to this?
No conecta a los servidores
Desde hace meses al iniciar el juego en la pantalla de carga no conecta a los servidores y me sale un mensaje de error diciendo que no es posible conectarse a los servidores que compruebe mi conexión, siempre me sale ese mensaje desde hace meses pero no es problema de mi conexión, puedo jugar a cualquier juego sin problemas excepto a este. Juego a Garden Warfare 1 y 2 casi a diario y a otros juegos y nunca he tenido problemas pero desde hace meses me es imposible jugar a este. He desinstalado y vuelto a instalar el juego en multiples ocasiones, restaurado licencias etc pero no se soluciona. Quisiera saber si hay algún problema con mi cuenta y este juego en particular, porque tengo una cuenta secundaria en mi PS5 y si me conecta a los servidores de Battle for Neigborville pero cuando lo intento con mi cuenta principal nunca conecta y sale el mensaje de error. Adjunto video del mensaje que siempre me sale al intentar conectarme a los servidores del juego. Quisiera que me dieran una solución a este problema ya que he invertido mucho dinero en este juego, desde que lo compré en su primera versión para fundadores he comprado todos los DLCs casi todas las skins e infinidad de estrellas arcoiris lo que es mucho dinero en contenido del juego para no poder utilizarlo cuando no es problema de mi conexión como indica en la pantalla de carga, exijo una solución o solicitaré el reembolso de todo mi dinero invertido en este juego. My Plants vs Zombies Battle for Neighborville is not connecting to EA servers
A year ago I went to log in to the game, but when I connected to the EA servers, a message appeared saying that my time for connecting to the EA servers was over, and when I tried to log in again, it said that it was not possible to connect. I've already tried using EA anti cheat to fix the game if there was a bug, but the game still can't connect to the servers, so since it's probably not a bug, I think I must have been banned, but I've never broken any of EA's rules, and I've never been toxic or used a cheat.
Battle for Neighborville purchasing issue
So I bought a star-studded pack in pvz battle for neighborville but it said "Unable to process purchase" even though my money went through... It's been almost a week now and I still haven't received anything in my account... I tried EA support but that's not taking any action yet either. Постоянные краши из игры. Запускаю игру без проблем, но после 1-2 минут игра просто закрываеться и выскакивает эта проблема (фото): Уже пробовал полностью переустанавиливать сам EA javelin Anticheaet, даже не один раз. Need some help please! Every time I log into PVZ GW2 on my PC through EA, it just kicks me out. I get the error message when the game startup window closes (crashes). Pic attached. Does anyone know what could be going on?! I've contacted EA chat and they don't know either! Thanks!
