EA, we’ve truly had enough! The game has become unplayable. I’m fed up with constantly facing top-tier players in every single live tournament. It’s impossible to play as it is; passes never go where they’re supposed to, and even the simplest shots end up as goals—the game has reached a completely ridiculous state. I don’t even want to talk about the packs anymore; it’s impossible to pull anything from a promo. I’m done playing. A game I bought for fun has now become something I absolutely loathe. Do you even play this game, EA team? Do you ever open packs in the game yourselves, EA team? Stop sending generic, automated responses like "we understand your disappointment; this is a very frustrating situation." You know exactly what’s going on! You have only one goal: to take the money from our pockets while swindling us with ridiculous, nonsensical packages that offer absolutely nothing in return. Please, try playing your own game—experience for yourselves just how absurd it has become.I got hacked
Hello, I am contacting you because my EA account appears to have been compromised today. I play on Xbox and still have access to my EA account and Ultimate Team, but I have discovered that someone has accessed my club without my permission. Timeline of the incident: Around 1:00pm today: I last played Ultimate Team and my account was normal. Around 6:00pm today: I noticed that someone had accessed my account and discovered that my club had been compromised. This means the unauthorised activity appears to have taken place between approximately 1:00pm and 6:00pm. Before this happened, I had approximately 800,000 coins worth of club assets. The unauthorised activity includes: Multiple players being sold on the Transfer Market. My Ultimate Team coin balance being reduced to almost zero. Several players being quick-sold. I have not authorised any of these transactions. I would like a full investigation into my account’s login history, Transfer Market activity, coin movements and player transactions, particularly within the timeframe provided above. I am requesting that EA considers restoring the players and coins lost through this unauthorised access. I would also like confirmation of what recovery options are available for the players that were quick-sold. Please escalate this to the appropriate account security and Ultimate Team team. I can provide my Xbox Gamertag, EA ID and any additional information required to verify my account. Thank you.
