I can't make subs or tactical changes!

Many games i can't even access the team tactics, im completely locked out, AND i can't make assignments EVER, they reset as soon as i enter a match making me have women on corners to defend and stuff. This is getting really annoying and costing me so many games it's crazy, they need to **bleep**ing fix this im loosing my mind, have been in contact with ea help, last time i was in que for 7 hrs and didn't even get to talkC:\Users\Algip\Desktop\He made subs.png to anyone. EA is a criminal orginization at this point. What is going on???????

I will attach a 120minute match, don't you think i wanted to make subs or tactical changes for 120minutes???

    This issue has been happening for me since early access I purchased the game and can’t even play it correctly! This is a big issue making the game almost unplayable the only way to make subs is to use quick subs in game where the ai tells I who to sub which most of the time aren’t good subs so that’s an issue. Ea please fix this!

    Its honestly a joke!!! Got through to EA for them to tell me its a known issue. Said they will look into compensation etc but nothing. Didnt even give me

    a time frame on a fix so im just left with an unplayable game!!

    This just started happening to me this afternoon... Absolutely raging as I've spent money and a lot of time creating players from scratch. Why have a create player mode if you can't edit their positions or make subs?

    How do I get a full refund?

    Nearly in Feb and this still isn't fixed. Sometimes tabbing out and back in and turning off the controller fixes it, but most of the time nothing works aside from restarting the game, so you are forced to play at a disadvantage. Shocking that this bug still exists.
