Inquiry About Possible Account Penalty or Restriction

Dear EA ,

I'm contacting you to ask if there are any penalties or restrictions on my FIFA Ultimate Team account. Since the beginning of the game, I haven’t received any high-value players over 1 million coins. I also consistently get outdated cards after promos, while many of my friends regularly receive top-meta players from nearly every promo.

In the current FUTTIES event, for example, a few of my friends have already packed multiple 99-rated players — some worth over 4 million coins — while I’ve had no similar luck.

This consistent pattern feels unusual and has made me wonder if there's an issue with my account.

Could you please check if there’s any form of limitation or penalty applied to my account?
