Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC
Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. this is the worst year i have ever played an EA game ive never complained about the game being pay to win because it was fun but the last time ive enjoyed playin this game was 3 years ago in fifa 23 and you can see this since i didnt buy last 2 parts 24 and 25 this game needs fixing passes are broken defense is disgusting long shots arent nerfed but removed from the game and packs are so bad i pre ordered the game and played it every day since my team is still so bad and i have only 7k coins also i cant **bleep** win a game because of how the mechanics are this year its impossible to get a good pack and impossible to defend an attack but some how also impossible to execute an attack fix the game and fix the packs
Missing Icon Swap Tokens – Anyone Else?
Missing Icon Swap Tokens I’m missing 2 Icon Swap tokens. I was very careful and definitely didn’t give any away or submit them by mistake. Because of this, I now have to win another 10 Champs matches to get R9, which is really frustrating. Has anyone else had this issue, or does anyone know how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.

I’ve submitted all my players into SBCs, used all my coins and FC Points on packs, quick sold everything, and cleared my club before signing off. What pushed me to this point was the constant experience of facing full credit card squads in Rivals, Champs, and even Live Events. TOTYs, multiple meta players, icons everywhere. I honestly can’t remember the last time I played against what felt like a fair, no-money-spent team. Right now, the game feels designed around spending power rather than skill. Competitive modes are supposed to reward ability, not who can invest the most money into packs. I am seriously considering pursuing legal action under Indian consumer protection laws. A competitive product marketed as skill-based should not provide systemic advantages to paying users. This game should not be pay to win. If necessary, I’m prepared to challenge that in court.SBC Botting !!
I have found a bug that farmers are desperately farming millions of coins daily and selling them at the lowest price and disrupting fair play. They have created automated robots that log into accounts daily and use the daily SBC for Silver Upgrade and Bronze and gold Upgrade and use them to complete the SBC Markie Matchup and any other SBC trade. This bug will soon disrupt your point sales process and our fair play. This is to the detriment of the company and us players. Please remove the daily SBC for Silver and Bronze or do not renew it after a week. This is the key to preventing all their abuse. If this SBC does not exist, they cannot trade SBCs for free. You may not believe it, but they have hundreds of thousands of accounts and they offer everyone to participate in this. I hope you will report this to the security department.
