Dear EA SPORTS FC Team, I would like to respectfully request the inclusion of Jorge “Mágico” González in EA SPORTS FC 27 as either a Hero or an Icon. Mágico González is widely regarded as the greatest football player in the history of El Salvador and one of the most talented players ever produced by Central America. His extraordinary dribbling ability, creativity, vision, and flair made him a legend of the game. Some of his achievements and legacy include: Represented El Salvador at the 1982 FIFA World Cup. Became the most iconic player in the history of Cádiz CF. Known for his exceptional dribbling, technique, and creativity. Considered by many fans and former players as one of the most naturally gifted footballers of his generation. Remains a football legend in both El Salvador and Spain. Please can something be done about players quitting the game when they're losing and the opponent does not get the win. I play online Seasons and almost every game the opponent quits when I am in a winning position. They either wait till 80+ minutes to quit or if they're losing by a big scoreline, they will quit the game immediately and I will not get the win nor will there be a record to show I played that opponent. Sometimes they will cheat by pausing the game, do something to quit and a message will show "you have lost connection to your opponent..." Sometimes the disconnection will be immediately after you score (almost instantly) and you will not get the win and there will be no record of that game. And finally, they also cheat by stop playing after you score. The game will restart from the centre circle and the opponent will not move at all, then after approximately a minute you will lose connection to your opponent and not get the win etc. The level of frustration this causes when people are doing it almost every game is immense and I will not play online Seasons anymore until this issue is fixed. To the FC 26 Community and EA Support Team, I am writing this post to express my frustration and disappointment with how my case has been handled. I received a Transfer Market ban that I strongly believe was applied unfairly. Since then, I have submitted multiple appeals, but every response I received appeared to be automated. At this point, I am not even sure whether my case has ever been reviewed by a real person. What makes this even more frustrating is that I continued to support the game despite the ban. I purchased the Premium Pass, participated in events, completed objectives, and invested countless hours into FC 26. Yet whenever I try to seek help, I receive the same generic responses instead of a proper explanation. Because of this ban, I have fallen significantly behind other players. Without access to the Transfer Market, I was unable to complete many objectives efficiently, missed valuable opportunities to earn SP, and could not fully participate in content that other players had access to. This has directly affected my progress throughout the season. I understand that rules must be enforced, but players also deserve a fair review process and the opportunity to communicate with an actual support representative. Receiving the same automated message over and over again is not a solution. This post is not only about my account. It is about the lack of transparency and meaningful communication that many players experience when dealing with support. We deserve a system where cases are genuinely reviewed and where players receive clear explanations instead of automated replies. The time, money, and effort that players invest in this game should be valued more than a copy-and-paste response. All I am asking for is a fair review of my account by a real person and a proper explanation of why this action was taken.Not getting rewards you paid or played for.
Playing fc26 and just this last week. Ive bought premium pass not received the 5000 sp boast spoke to advisor they just keep saying yes i have or it will add later but its been a week. And the rewards on the asia+ oceania are bugged ive not receieved multiple but says ive claimed them, i only know this because ive searched for the players as need them to do further objectives which begs to think how many times this happens and goes unnoticed. Im aware they have a digital fine print that says we dont own any of the rewards so arnt really entitled to them but still feels like your being robbed especially when you spend money on the game. Anyone else getting these issues.
