Transfer Market: Anti-Fraud Algorithm Flags Too Many False Positives
EA removed all my Ultimate Team coins for alleged coin distribution, even though I have never bought, sold, or transferred coins. I simply trade players by buying them at a good price and relisting them for a reasonable profit. Several people I know have had the same issue, and some were even banned despite only trading. On the other hand, I know players who bought or sold coins without being sanctioned. This makes me question how effective the anti-fraud system really is. I have worked in computer science for 20 years. Any algorithm producing this many apparent false positives should be properly investigated before being used to sanction players. I submitted an appeal with a PDF showing examples of my trades, but it was denied with a generic response. I appealed again, explained my trading method and asked which transactions were considered suspicious. That appeal was also denied without addressing my evidence or identifying any problematic trades. EA says accounts are reviewed manually, but receiving repeated template responses makes the process feel completely automated. If normal trading can trigger a sanction, players should at least be told what they supposedly did wrong and be given a meaningful way to challenge it. Meanwhile, third-party coin-buying and selling websites continue to operate while legitimate players are punished for using the in-game market. After two appeals, I still cannot get a clear explanation or speak to someone who will properly examine my evidence. This is easily the worst customer-service experience I have had with a gaming company. Universidad Catolica (Chile) was previously available in Rest of the World and could be used in season, but after a recent update the team has disappeared. This seems to be related to the existing issues with Universidad Catolica’s categorization in the game. Could EA please review this and restore Universidad Catolica to Rest of World and Seasons? Me and UC fans will really appreciate it.
Futties Awards!
Futties rewards reset on Friday at 5 PM UTC. However, we receive our Rivals rewards on Thursday at 7 AM UTC. That's a 1.5-day gap. During those 1.5 days, if we try to play Rivals, our rewards disappear due to the weekly 1000 Futties point limit. Furthermore, the point limit is completely ridiculous. I get 1000 points even though I complete all the tasks, while my friend who only plays Rivals and does a few trades also gets 1000 points. I participate in events, squads, Rivals, and trades, and we both get 1000 points. Is this fair?My coins has gone

Tenho evoluído bastante e hoje estou jogando na Divisão 8. Gostaria de sugerir uma melhoria que acredito beneficiaria milhares de jogadores. Hoje, muitas partidas são extremamente desequilibradas. Em uma partida enfrento um jogador do meu nível, faço um jogo disputado e me divirto. Na partida seguinte, posso enfrentar um jogador muito superior, que claramente está em outro nível de habilidade. Nessas situações, a experiência deixa de ser competitiva e passa a ser frustrante. Minha sugestão é adicionar uma opção de matchmaking, permitindo que cada jogador escolha como deseja procurar adversários. Opções sugeridas: ⚡ Busca Rápida Funciona exatamente como hoje. Encontra o primeiro adversário disponível. ⚖️ Busca Equilibrada Prioriza jogadores com habilidade semelhante (Skill Rating, desempenho recente, estrelas ou outro critério utilizado pela EA). O jogador aceita esperar um pouco mais para encontrar uma partida mais justa. 🔥 Busca Livre Permite enfrentar qualquer jogador, independentemente do nível. Ideal para quem gosta de grandes desafios. Outra sugestão seria exibir uma estimativa da diferença de habilidade entre os jogadores antes da partida, permitindo ao usuário decidir se deseja continuar procurando um adversário mais equilibrado. Isso não deixaria o jogo mais fácil. Pelo contrário: deixaria as partidas mais competitivas e divertidas para todos. Quem gosta de enfrentar qualquer adversário continuaria tendo essa opção. Quem prefere partidas equilibradas também teria liberdade de escolher. Tenho certeza de que uma mudança como essa aumentaria a satisfação dos jogadores, reduziria a frustração nas Temporadas Online e incentivaria mais pessoas a continuarem jogando e evoluindo, pois tenho passado muita raiva jogando com jogadores de alto nível que dominam e tem tempo pra jogar e treinar FIFA . Server Issue’s need to be fixed
You guys HAVE to fix your servers this is ridiculous for over a month now i’ve had this same issue with your servers where mid game my game will say my “internet connection was lost” when I know dang well it has not. I just got out of a game of squad battles where I was up 4 goals and in the last bloody 60 seconds of the match the server crashes and you count that as a loss for me!? the score 3-0 in their favor? bs! utter bs, I was up 4 scores with 60 seconds left and since your servers are wack and crashed per usual I lose one of my games and now do not get the 1k points I should’ve been awarded for the win. That’s utter bs on your guys behalf and you need to fix this or I honestly will never play FC again cause this is ridiculous why would I pay for a game I cannot even play for more than 30 seconds without worrying about it crashing. I pre-ordered the premium edition for $140 specifically because it included exclusive pre-order rewards that were advertised as a benefit for supporting the game early. Finding out that those same rewards were later given to people who didn't even pre-order the next game completely undermines the value of my purchase and makes loyal customers feel ignored. I paid a premium for exclusivity, and that exclusivity was taken away. I expect meaningful compensation that reflects the loss of the value I paid for—something substantial, not a token gesture. Please can something be done about players quitting the game when they're losing and the opponent does not get the win. I play online Seasons and almost every game the opponent quits when I am in a winning position. They either wait till 80+ minutes to quit or if they're losing by a big scoreline, they will quit the game immediately and I will not get the win nor will there be a record to show I played that opponent. Sometimes they will cheat by pausing the game, do something to quit and a message will show "you have lost connection to your opponent..." Sometimes the disconnection will be immediately after you score (almost instantly) and you will not get the win and there will be no record of that game. And finally, they also cheat by stop playing after you score. The game will restart from the centre circle and the opponent will not move at all, then after approximately a minute you will lose connection to your opponent and not get the win etc. The level of frustration this causes when people are doing it almost every game is immense and I will not play online Seasons anymore until this issue is fixed. I hope EA will do something about it.
