Good scam EA
Hello, today I passed the missions and reached level 40. I received the icon but not these 10x 84 packs. I want to ask why I was lied to. When I got there, a menu appeared saying that I had taken it, but then it just disappeared. It's nowhere to be found. It should have been in the store, which is a big joke to me. Please can something be done about players quitting the game when they're losing and the opponent does not get the win. I play online Seasons and almost every game the opponent quits when I am in a winning position. They either wait till 80+ minutes to quit or if they're losing by a big scoreline, they will quit the game immediately and I will not get the win nor will there be a record to show I played that opponent. Sometimes they will cheat by pausing the game, do something to quit and a message will show "you have lost connection to your opponent..." Sometimes the disconnection will be immediately after you score (almost instantly) and you will not get the win and there will be no record of that game. And finally, they also cheat by stop playing after you score. The game will restart from the centre circle and the opponent will not move at all, then after approximately a minute you will lose connection to your opponent and not get the win etc. The level of frustration this causes when people are doing it almost every game is immense and I will not play online Seasons anymore until this issue is fixed. I hope EA will do something about it.
Worst experience ever in FC26， got a false ban for almost 1 week and no response
Now, due to EA's false ban, my game has been suspended for almost a week. There has been no compensation for the in-game rewards and Game Pass EXP lost during this period. I have appealed this ban, but EA's response and handling have been extremely slow. Most critically, contacting their customer support has been completely ineffective. What's more, after buying FIFA for so many years—from FIFA to FC—and always being a rule-abiding player all this time, I am now wrongly labeled a cheater, and the process is so slow. I simply cannot accept such unfair and unjust treatment. I don't mind if the system sometimes falsely bans players—it's for the health of the game environment. The real issue is that problems need to be resolved quickly. EA offers no compensation, drags its feet on handling issues, and contacting support only makes you angrier. Support always tells you to wait, and if you ask too much, they say it's "not their team to deal with this ." What's the point of such support then? The appeal process is completely one-sided—it's like begging EA like a clown to unban you. This entire process is a joke in 2025.

What's Wrong with This Game? - Pack Luck Sucks: Rivals is rushed, and rewards across all modes barely hit the minimum. The game pushes us to drop a fortune on store packs just to get anything decent—like we didn't already pay for it. - Unresponsive Gameplay & Server Issues: Constant lag, servers disconnecting mid-match. EA, keep this up and I'm out—already hunting for a better game. - Annoying AI Defending: It's overly aggressive and unrealistic. - Ridiculous Physics: Every match, shots hit the post or crossbar at least once (often more). Passes veer off in random directions. Player switching? Lucky if it even responds. - Dumb Attacker Movement: Players abandon open pockets of space and run straight into marked defenders. - Player Lock: The absolute worst mechanic ever in a football game. All of this is 10x worse in FUT Champs that's why I quit that mode entirely. You’ve tuned the game like everyone’s a pro, forcing casual players to cheese glitches and broken mechanics to compete. It kills the fun. With all the money pouring in, how does EA make it worse every single year? Is anyone else experiencing this frustrating problem in EA FC 26? When I try to pass to a nearby player, if that player isn't the furthest option, the game completely bypasses them and sends the ball to the next player in line instead. Is this happening to anyone else? Am I the only one dealing with this? Is there a sensitivity setting? Can we adjust the pass button sensitivity or calibrate how the game selects pass targets? Any workarounds? Have you found any controller settings or gameplay techniques that help with more precise passing? Would really appreciate any help or insights from the community. I purchased FC 26 Ultimate Edition, which clearly states that it includes 6,000 fc Points. However, I have only received 4,000 fc Points, leaving 2,000 missing. I have logged this issue as a support ticket multiple times, and each time the case has been closed with the response that I was “not eligible for anything.” This makes no sense, as I definitely am eligible — I purchased the Ultimate Edition, not the standard version. This is now becoming extremely frustrating. The current season ends in around 7 days, and if this is not resolved before then, the fc Points are effectively useless. At that point, buying the Ultimate Edition becomes a waste of money and feels like false advertising, as the advertised content has not been delivered. I am asking for a proper review of my account and purchase and for the missing 2,000 fc Points to be granted ASAP. Simply closing tickets without fixing the issue is not an acceptable solution. Ultimate Team works in FC 25 and in the FC 26 Companion App, but the Xbox client cannot connect to Ultimate Team in FC 26. EA–Xbox account relink did not fix it. This is a server-side authorization issue. Please escalate this case and reset FC 26 Ultimate Team access on my account.
