New Sims 4 Let's Play- Desolation Town
I started a new challenge called Desolation Town which is a combo of Rags to Riches and a renovation challenge. The idea is to start with one sim and play for a certain time frame (24 sim hours). The rest of the town generates itself and then you play each house in a rotation. When I started this challenge I couldn't post to any forums (old one was shut down and the new one wouldn't let me log in). First I wiped out my whole town and townies and built an abandoned town with wonderful dilapidated buildings from the gallery. You can check out the playlist here: Rules: -Start with one sim or family. -Enable Neighborhood Stories. You can enable as many of the challenges as you want. I disabled all the adoption ones as I didn't want a gazillion dogs, cats, babies and toddlers. -While playing with your household allow the empty houses to be filled. -Play with each new family in rotation for 24 sim hours and then move on to the next one. Each household starts with $0 money. -Each time you play a household remove 25 pieces of trash or overgrown yard. You can keep the money from sold items (we sold them on Social Bunny Marketplace). Once your house and yard are cleaned up you can start renovating or cleaning up the public spaces. -Your sim cannot get a job unless they have autonomously got one on their own. If your sim hasn't found a job on their own, work on their aspirations. -Keep playing until all your houses are renovated and the town is fixed. One Goal at a Time Rotational Legacy-updated Nov 7
Introducing my new Legacy Rotation (started Nov. 5, 2024) Over the last month I've been experimenting with play styles, and I think I've found one that fits me really well. I love rotational gameplay. I've been waiting for Life and Death to come out to start, because I want every sim to have a personal gravestone and place within their history. I also want to really play each and every household that is premade. So, I've created one sim to start, and I've decided on Willowcreek as my starting point for this rotational legacy. I've disabled all of my packs except Laundry Stuff. I can't imagine a house without laundry. And of course, the new expansion, Life and Death. I won't be adding packs back in quickly. I really want to soak in every single one until I feel satisfied, and then add an element to my game rotation. I also want their ages to be staggered. I'm going to start off by staggering them through use of the Potion of Youth at various non-necessary times, so that birthdays will also be different for each sim. One Goal at a Time First Rotational Goal: Establish everyone in their career. If they don't have a career, choose one for them or assign them a role (mom, tutor, seed collector, etc). Order of Rotations: I'm starting out with 6 Households in Willowcreek, and then as I feel I can handle another household, I'll introduce them into the mix. 💜 Quick Creativity CAS Challenge 💜 GLovelysQCC
Hi lovely friends! I'm rolling out this quick creativity challenge today April 3, 2020 in an effort to give you more exciting things to do as we all #StayAtHome in the weeks ahead. The main goal of this challenge is to design and upload original creations quickly and on weekends only. The focus of these creativity challenges is to grow your CAS skills since that's the creative section I'm most passionate about in The Sims. However, I may choose to challenge you on rooms and builds too as the challenge continues. The rules and creative direction will be posted here each Friday. Create and upload your entry to the gallery beginning each Friday after the new direction/rules post through 11:00PM MST Monday using the hashtag #GLovelysQCC I love to make Maxis nominations so this challenge will help me find some fantastic things created by you much more easily to share in the nominations threads. NEW CHALLENGE - Forgotten Heirlooms Legacy Challenge

Legend speaks of a powerful artefact, the "Eye of Ra," hidden somewhere in the world. Its purpose and appearance remain a mystery, but whispers suggest it holds the key to something BIG. The founding sim, driven by a recurring dream, embarks on a quest to find this item, leaving behind a legacy that compels future generations to continue the search. My Sim Tracker ft Death Rolls and Traits Generator
A few days ago I completed my Not So Berry challenge tracking sheet. I decided to make my own general Sim Tracker to add to the many that are already out there. Except for mine, I took inspiration from the Decades Challenge and added in rules for Death Rolls, Marriage Rolls, and Birth Rolls. I also had help with creating a Traits generator and an Aspiration generator for those moments I don't feel like picking or when I get in the habit of picking the same ones.
