6-unit residential rental needs some design help!

Hi all

I'm seeking assistance in furnishing a six-unit modern apartment block in my game. While I'm pleased with the shell I've created, I'm feeling burned out already, and haven't started decorating each individual apartment yet. I thought it would be a fun idea to involve community members in helping to furnish each rental unit, and I’d also appreciate anyone who could assist with landscaping the backyard.

Each unit consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a small 3x2 balcony area. All units have the same size and floorplan, and they all require furnishing and decorating. I've added closets and doors that I would like to keep for uniformity, but you have complete freedom with the rest of the design (just please do not change the floorplan).

This is a fun opportunity for anyone who wants to help me out, as my skill in The Sims is mostly limited to starting games in pre-made builds. Building and buying isn't really my forte. I play rotationally, so you’re welcome to create a backstory and family to live in the flat, though that's optional. Additionally, feel free to add a lot traits and challenges to the unit you work on if you’d like!

I have all expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs, and kits, so there are no restrictions in that regard. If you're interested in helping out, please let me know, and I can send my gallery ID via private message! 

I am eager to assign individual designs for each unit, so I will be offering one unit per interested person on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, if anyone is interested in helping with the backyard landscaping or communal areas, please let me know! I'm really excisted to see all your designs come to life in this build!
