I was playing Battlefield 6 when I was kicked off the servers today at 3pm (Sunday 12.10.2025). I've been playing with no issues for 2 days now. I am a courteous player, and rarely use the chat window. Nevertheless, I was kicked from the server, and when I try to log in, it says my account has been disabled, saying "Activity on this account has violated EA's User Agreement. We've permanently blocked access to this product" I'm not sure what I have done. This is incredibly annoying. Can you explain how I have violated the terms and conditions? When looking at my EA Penalty History, it says there has been no history of violations on the account. We can't dispute the false ban because it doesn't show on our account, so we are unable to submit a ticket or form. Please see the images attached. The BF6 game was purchased via Steam. My EA account is linked to Steam. My Steam account has a different email account from EA, but this has never been an issue with any other EA game (including all the Battlefield games I own). I have a separate EA account for my PS5, but this is not linked to my Steam account - it's completely separate and part of the Sony ecosystem. There are 100's of people experiencing the same issue over the last few days, and many more over the last few hours - I assume it's a technical issue with the game or its servers. If not, could you please clarify the reason for this action and confirm whether there has been any mix-up between accounts? Mouse input is broken, which ruins an otherwise well optimised game. This looks to be getting confused with poor frame timing in a lot of threads, but controller input is unaffected. For reference, I easily average over 100fps even on the bigger maps, but panning the camera with mouse input makes the game feel like it's running at 15fps despite no drops. In-game reporting confirms it's running perfectly, as CPU/GPU are always rendering within 10fps of eachother. Connect a controller though? Buttery smooth camera panning, and easy to track enemies. No hitches or stutters, just butter. I've tried: - All polling rates, from 125hz up to 4000hz - Toggling raw input on/off - Enabling/disabling Nvidia reflex - Changing USB ports, changing to different mice, wired/wireless - USB power saving etc all turned off - I even tried a driver/Nvidia CP restore, but as controller is super smooth, this was a long shot in the first place Unfortunately the game is unplayable using a mouse on PC due to this. It's next to impossible to track targets, and you quickly get a headache from the micro stuttering when panning. The effect is very similar to Helldivers 2 on PC, when you turn off 'Mouse Smoothing', as that game has serious issues with raw mouse input. Happy to hear suggestions on how to fix this. Mice tried: - Keychron M4 - Logitech G305 - Logitech G604 - Razer Naga Hyperspeed - AttackShark M1 I've also tried on an entirely different PC, same results. OLED as always exhacerbates the issue too, due to the awesome pixel response times. I fear many won't see it due to slower LCDs. Specs are: 5700x3d 3060ti 8GB 32GB DDR4 3600 CL16 AW3423DW (Gsync module version) This is on a fresh Windows install, up to date drivers (tried DDU as well to be sure), but honestly since it's running beautifully with a controller, this looks to be purely a mouse input issue. No other games exhibit this issue other than... Helldivers 2, and Battlefield V. BF1 is butter on mouse, as are BF3 and BF4. Helldivers 2 can be fixed by turning on mouse smoothing in game. TLDR: I live in Maryland USA but Battlefield 6 keeps routing me to the Santiago Chile data center every time I launch the game. It causes constant connection issues and high ping. I have done every possible local fix. This looks like an EA backend tenancy issue that needs a reset. I’m hoping to find out if anyone else is running into this same issue or if EA staff can take a look. I’m located in Maryland USA and my IP geolocation is confirmed by multiple lookup sites. However, every time I launch Battlefield 6 on PC (Steam plus EA App), my in-game tenancy shows: PROD_DEFAULT-SANTIAGO-COMMON That’s the Chile data center, roughly 4000 miles away from me. As a result, every server I join has high latency, constant orange connection icons, and severe desync, making the game nearly unplayable. I can’t join my US friends without connection problems. Here’s what I’ve already done (none of this fixed it): Confirmed my EA Account regional settings are set to United States Cleared all EA App caches (ProgramData, AppData, LocalAppData) Deleted and rebuilt all Battlefield 6 settings files Flushed DNS, Winsock, and IP stack Set DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 Verified game files in Steam Switched between automatic and manual IP assignment Tested multiple VPN endpoints (New York, Virginia, Chicago) Confirmed my public IP geolocates to Maryland on multiple services Even after all that, the game still forces me to the Santiago tenancy every login What I’ve concluded: This appears to be an EA backend issue where my account’s tenancy token is stuck on the wrong data center. Other users have reported similar problems in previous Battlefield titles when their accounts were cached to the wrong region. My account region and network are fine. It seems to be a stale entry in EA’s matchmaking or tenancy database that needs a server-ops reset. Me and my fiance have paid £130 for 2 copies of the game, Im PC Steam she is Xbox series X, just for matchmaking to break every other game. Either it loads just one of us into a game or neither of us and we need to completely restart the game. Had this exact same issue in battlefield 2042 and the BF6 Beta. So basically my account got false banned once and i got that banned overturned. After i got the ban overturned i tried to play apex legends and got to a issue where i always get stuck in queue with one or two players. same goes to firing range which is odd because you don't need to wait in line to play firing range right? I've had this issue since last years august and I've made over 7 tickets reporting about this issue and every single one ticket was either ignored or didn't solve my issue. The oldest post i made about this issue was 6 months ago, and during those 6 months I've made countless tickets and chats with advisors seeing if they can fix my issue and nothing. I don't think they understand that its the issue with my account and not with my game or internet but they just dont get it. I hope that one day someone will actually put effort and time into fixing the issue i'm having and not relying on the most basic fixes that can be found in the help section and instead fixing the issue with a new solution. I keep getting this error on my PC when launching from Steam. This software cannot be used at the same time as the game. Please make sure it's not running, or restart your PC. (84): appshopdrv103.sys I have no hot keys, no VPN, secure boot enabled, TPM 2.0. I've never used any cheating software and have launched BF games in the past no problem. Yesterday, my daily tasks weren't working, and they're still not working today. It's been two days in a row, and I can see that the bug is going to stay and mess up all my daily and weekly tasks from now on. I'm on PC/Steam and I've read more people having the same problem. I think they should at least compensate the players who are experiencing these bugs by giving them a good amount of pass tickets (or whatever is called this sh*t).
