Wrongfully Banned from FC 25 Without Ever Playing – Need Help!
Hello, I’m reaching out because I was permanently banned from FC 25 without ever actually playing the game, and I believe this is a mistake. Here’s the situation: I added the FC 25 Showcase version to my EA Library months ago, but I never downloaded or launched it. I only purchased the full game on June 17, 2025. (I have the official receipt to prove this.) However, after downloading the game post-purchase, I discovered I had been banned back on November 3, 2024 — 9 months before I bought the game. This means I was banned from a game I didn’t even own yet, let alone play. I have screenshots showing: My purchase receipt from June 17, 2025. My EA Library where the game was added but not downloaded. The ban notification that dates back to November 2024. I have already contacted EA support and BBB but haven’t received a resolution. Please — I just want to play the game I legally bought. I’ve done nothing wrong, and being banned before even playing is incredibly frustrating and unfair. If anyone has dealt with similar issues or knows a way to escalate this properly, I’d really appreciate your help. Thanks for reading.
Stuck on loading screen..
I play on Windows 11. My last play was maybe July 10th, after the update which worked fine. Well since the weekend of July 19th or so, I keep getting stuck on the second loading screen. The main menu works but that's it. I don't use any mods or CC, only a few game packs that were purchased months ago. I've tried repairing the game but I bought it through Steam and can't find a way to do so. I've cleared the cache, I've deleted the "lastexception" files, I've updated my graphics card, I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing is working. I can load the map but when I click to play on my family, it gets stuck again. I can't even load any house to play. I do not, under any circumstances want to start over. Is there anyone who can help? Or do I have to just wait for EA to fix it? Fyi, I am not tech savvy in the slightest so dumb it down for me please. Thank you.
FC26 Transfer Market
Hey, Just wondering if FC26 will have cross platform transfer market it feels so dead I see all these sweaty ps5 and xbox players with millions of coins while i can barely get 100k because of this dead market. I buy this game every year and I don’t have a console because I like pc gaming. I think it’s unfair for people like me who want to take the game seriously but have a heavy disadvantage. I already pre ordered FC26 on the EA app for pc but still pc players are suffering from a disadvantage from lack of transfers. -Ay
Sims 4 buggt
Hey, Ich habe Sims schon eine ganze Zeit auf meinem Computer gespielt, allerdings, da mein Bruder es so wollte, über Steam. Ich fand es sehr nervig das es 2 Apps braucht um ein Spiel zu öffnen und habe es deshalb aus meinem Steam Konto entfernt und erneut über die EA App installiert. Es hat alles funktioniert und ich bin dann halt ins Spiel reingegangen als es fertig mit laden war. Es war alles da, alle meine Spielstände und ich hab dann noch meine Mods wieder eigeschaltet und das Spiel neu gestartet.. nun ja jetzt kann ich es nicht mehr spielen da das Spiel mein ich hatte meine Packs nicht installiert. In meiner Bibliothek sind aber keine Add Ons zum runterladen und wenn ich einzelne anschaue kann ich das Spiel darüber öffnen, das bringt aber nichts, da ich es trzdm nicht spielen kann weil es immer noch mein meine Add Ons/Packs wären nicht installiert. Ich habe meine Daten auch schon reparieren lassen, es hat aber auch nichts gebracht. Hab ich jetzt mein Spiel zerstört oder kann man da noch was machen?
Receiving craftables from "premium" packs
Bought out all 10 of the Brood Mother retro pack and the last packs unlocked me a craftable Fuse skin instead of giving me any Brood Mother retro pack item or any of the "mystery box" items. Seriously just paid 10 bucks to get a craftable Heat sync skin?? The skin isn't featured in any of those stupid question mark boxes before anyone even says anything about that. Last time the Brood Mother packs was in store the exact same thing happened and I had to give up on how hopeless the support is. All I want is the Xenothrone banner frame and the game won't give it to me after over 250 euros.CHEATERS
Hackers ruined the experience for PC players from the very first week of FC 25. Cheats were available for purchase on DAY ONE, and the game quickly became unfair and unplayable. Many of us quit not because the game was bad, but because it stopped being competitive and fun. If FC 26 doesn't launch with a strong anti-cheat system from day one, you're going to lose a whole segment of your community in the first week.
