No Access to Game
I bought and downloaded the Sims 4 yesterday as part of the Sims 25th Birthday Bundle and it comes up 'You don't have access. This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to a different account or restart the app to try again' I have cleared the cache multiple times and restarted the app numerous times. My Steam and EA accounts have the same email address and I am not willing to pay again.
EA Sports FC 25 Activation Issue
Dear EA Support, I am experiencing an issue activating EA Sports FC 25 on my computer. Every time I try to launch the game, I receive an error stating that the game could not be activated using the EA account I provided. I have followed all the tips given by the previous advisor, but I still can’t open my EA FC 25. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, EA, and FC 25 overnight, but it still won’t open. Every time I try to launch it, it shows the same message as in the picture I sent in the file. I have also deleted the License file as instructed by the previous advisor. I have followed other steps from YouTube as well, but the result is still the same—I can’t open the game. Please help me. I even created a new EA account, but the same screen still appears as shown in the file. I’ve tried everything, including running EA as an administrator, deleting and reinstalling, but it still doesn’t work. I even deleted FC 25 and re-downloaded it, but it still won’t launch. Before this, I could play without any issues, but starting yesterday, this problem appeared. What else can I do? Please help me. I’ve spent the entire night trying to fix this, but there’s still no solution.
Game will not launch after downloading.
I recently bought the sims 25th birthday bundle which included the sims 4 and kits. I bought it off steam and linked it to my ea account since I bought my sims 4 expansion packs there. But when I try to open the game from steam or the EA app it says its unavailable on EA and will not launch. It says to uninstall the steam version but will I still get my kits that I bought from steam?Random crash time
hi everyone! my game (sims 4) crash almost every time on the main menu, if its not, is after 2 min to 10 min of gaming. i try many and many solutions and its not working. delete and reinstaling the game, changing compatibilities, run administrator, delete files, updating everiting, changing my graphic card and power supplie, fastlunch, update BIOS, craying and kick the PC(joke). nothing works...😓 i run Dxdiag for you, its an attachment Sorry for my english, its not my first language.
This terrible app won't let me see my friends as online
I have spent the last half hour trying to fix this vile creation of an app made by rancid developers who are a disgusting stain on the gaming sphere. I'm trying to invite my friends to one of your crappy gross vile games and it is marking him as offline preventing me from sending a glad little invite to my game because you don't know how to make a proper app. Fix this you disgusting vile creation of a human a stain on god's great plan made in the image of god's worst brain tumor. Serenading causes romance bar with inappropriate age groups
I was playing yesterday and noticed the mom was serenading (she does this constantly to her husband) but instead of her husband, it was her daughter. Now they have a romance bar and are considered romantic interests. If I go to do an action on one from the other, romance does not appear, but I can view their relationship. I have MCCC installed but have not made any changes to MC Woohoo. After I saw this happen, I cheated their relationship bits back to normal, but they still show up under the romance category for each other. I am honestly so grossed out; I have a feeling this has to do with the fact that my sims constantly serenade their spouses and thus caused it to glitch out. Is there a way to completely get rid of any romance at all between them? EA app and steam refuses to launch the Sims 4
So I haven't been able to launch the game at all today. No matter where I try to start it from it won't launch. EA pops up and says "preparing game", then the window disappears and then reappears after a second or a few. In steam the button switches from "play" to "stop" during this, and as soon as the EA window reappears it says "play" again. It's like it trying to launch and then just reboots somehow. Sims 4 won't show up in the bottom bar or anything, it doesn't seem to launch at all. I can't find a repair button in the EA app so I haven't been able to try that. The game has worked as perfect as possible the last couple of days. I have o mods or CC and never had on this computer, only add-ons. I haven't changed anything on my computer since I played yesterday so I don't understand what's going on. I've been on google and trying different things: Used CCleaner . Restarted computer several times (after every change) Tried running as administrator both EA app and game from folder. Installed latest windows update. Verifying files in steam. Closed razer and nvidia to avoid programs clashing.
