Subject: Please enable National Teams in Online Friendlies (Nintendo Switch 2) Hi EA, My brother and I bought EA Sports FC 26 on Nintendo Switch 2 mainly to play Online Friendlies together. We were disappointed to find that National Teams are available in Kick-Off mode but not in Online Friendlies. We paid full price for FC 26 on Nintendo Switch 2. It is frustrating that National Teams exist in the game but are unavailable in Online Friendlies. Please enable this feature so friends and families can enjoy international matches online. Please add National Teams to Online Friendlies in a future update. Many players enjoy playing international matches such as Brazil vs Argentina, England vs France, or Japan vs Korea with friends online. EA FC 26 would benefit massively from adding cut socks / sock‑sleeve grip socks because they’ve become a core part of real‑world football culture, and players want that same authenticity reflected in the game. Right now, mods have already proven how easy and effective this customization can be, and the community has embraced it because it adds personality, realism, and immersion across Player Career, Manager Career, Pro Clubs, and every other mode. Giving us proper grip‑sock options and the ability to pair them with cut team socks would let players express their style the same way professionals do on the pitch, while also bringing FC 26 closer to the real match‑day look we see every weekend. It’s a small addition with a huge impact on authenticity, and the community has made it clear: we want it, and we’re ready for it. Bring Back FIFA: A Path to Greater Success for EA FC
As a longtime fan, I believe bringing back the FIFA title through negotiations would be a smart investment for EA. Making the switch from Fc 27 to Fifa 27. The FIFA name still carries massive global recognition, and many players have a strong emotional connection to it. While securing the license would cost money, the increase in sales, returning players, and overall excitement around the franchise could easily outweigh those costs in the long term. In terms of gameplay, I also think EA should gradually reduce the impact of PlayStyles and make player attributes matter more. Stats such as positioning, vision, crossing, finishing, strength, and dribbling should have a greater influence on how players perform, creating more variety and making squad building more meaningful. AI defending also needs improvement, as defending should reward manual skill, positioning, and decision-making rather than relying heavily on AI assistance. Another area that deserves attention is the user interface and menus. Many players feel that the current menus look cluttered and less appealing compared to previous titles. A cleaner, faster, and more visually appealing menu system, similar to FIFA 23 while still being modernized, would improve the overall experience. Bringing back some of the classic FIFA identity and atmosphere could make the game feel more polished, nostalgic, and enjoyable for both casual and dedicated players. The colors that the menus had was unbelievable, I was mesmerized myself in those menus and also the gameplay was fantastic and no one complained until both Fifa and Ea split apart and now the world cup rights belong to a Netflix game. No bias at all but the netflix game is not good at all and ea has done it better many times more. Combined I have 30000 hours since 17-26 so I know what i'm talking about and this feedback would help both Ea's identity and Fifas.I suggest that EA Sports or EA Forums address this issue urgently.
I'm waiting for EA SPORTS I'm waiting for EA SPORTS to fix it for me. Please let me know when it's fixed. When attempting to transfer a player from one club to another, the player is successfully added to the new destination club, but they are not removed from their original club. This creates a permanent duplicate/clone in the squad database. This bug is highly triggered by players who are linked to multiple squad layers simultaneously, such as National Teams or special "XI" Ghost Squads However, since Title Update it has also started affecting regular players without any "XI" labels.Referee career - Highly wanted in FC27/FC28
I think we should have a new player career labelled referee career where we would be able to go to the bar board give red cards, yellow cards free kicks, penalties, let the game continue, advantage etc This would be very fun as it could also give you a game rating depending on if you make a good decision. It cannot be abused or anything else and would give more variety for what people could play and also make it way more fun. I hope you take this thought and do think about including this in fc27 or fc28. Lots of people would agree with me and think you shoulf add this as I’ve seen a cool video which uses a mod to do it and then looked it up to play it and saw this forum seeing people asking for this career. Please consider adding Nintendo Switch 2 to cross-play in EA Sports FC 26.It’s a much more powerful console than the original Switch, and it would make sense for it to be included with Xbox, PlayStation, and PC cross-play.A lot of players would benefit from full platform cross-play in future updates. Add Online World Cup-Style Tournament Mode
Hello EA SPORTS FC team, I would like to strongly request the addition of a proper Online World Cup / International Tournament Mode, similar to the excitement we had during the FIFA World Cup in Qatar. Back then, one of the most enjoyable experiences was being able to: Choose a national team Play a full online tournament against real players Go through a knockout bracket (group stage → round of 16 → quarterfinals → final) Experience the feeling of a real World Cup competition online This created a very competitive and immersive mode that many players loved, especially during the World Cup period. What I am suggesting: Please add a permanent or recurring Online International Tournament Mode with the following features: Full Online Knockout Tournament Players select national teams (e.g. Croatia, Brazil, France, etc.) 48-team or 32-team bracket format Real-time matchmaking against other players Group stage + knockout rounds (just like real World Cup format) Co-op 2v2 Online Option Allow players to invite a guest/friend Play as a duo (2v2) in online tournament matches Same national team or custom co-op teams This would make the mode even more fun for friends playing together Rewards and Progression Cosmetic rewards (kits, badges, stadium themes) Seasonal ranking or leaderboard for tournament performance Special World Cup event weekends Limited-Time Events Could be released during international breaks or World Cup years Or as a recurring event in FUT / Online Seasons Why this is important: This mode was one of the most exciting parts of previous FIFA World Cup experiences. It felt unique because it was not just Ultimate Team or regular online seasons — it was a true competitive international tournament against real players.
