Has EA abandoned this game?
I thought the news of the sale of EA could be promising. I had hoped. I guess that was a wrong assumption... After seeing a title update to Madden set to drop tomorrow, I am starting to believe they are just abandoning this game. I cannot remember the last quality update. They added uniforms and equipment, but have done nothing to address any actual issues since the first title update, really. They have actually created more issues and glitches. It seems every time they add something, it messes up something existing, and then they choose to just leave those things broken. I have lost hope that any existing issues will be fixed, and I firmly believe we will not get any further updates for this game. I don't get why EA would add anything new at this point when they can't even get the things that were already in the game at launch to work again/correctly. They COULD fix most issues with a small patch, but choose not to. They chose to release the first roster update in October after the season was halfway finished. That is how little they seem to care. I truly just wish the things that were added to the game this year simply worked. EXAMPLE: I wish in Dynasty, I could go into recruits(once they are on my roster) and actually edit the styles tab. Throwing styles, running styles, stances, etc. Instead, this has been broken for months, and they choose not to put out an easy fix/patch(hasn't worked for the majority of the life of the game at this point). You edit the styles to what you want, and once the week advances, it just randomizes everything in that tab. HAHA. Each week, my Freshman QB has a different throwing style and stance. SUPER REALISTIC!!! If they can't fix something this small, that is a huge embarrassment for EA and the College Football 26 team. It was in the game at launch, and lots of these were newly added to the game this year. Why add something that doesn't work? Somewhere, they added something to the game that broke this feature in a patch or title update, chose not to fix it, and just decided to leave it. PLEASE EA, just stop adding new things until you can get your game to work with the features it currently has. No sense adding a feature that probably took a lot of time to build, and then just breaking it a couple of weeks later and leaving it broken for the life of the game. It is lazy and honestly just shows you and your team don't care. It is sad to see the Madden team still pumping out updates, and the College Football 26 team just giving up on the game already, with a little over 2 weeks left of the regular season. I expected more in year two. Just more effort. Instead, we got fewer title updates, fewer roster updates, and fewer fixes. At this point I guess we will see if they even put out a college game next year. Nothing surprises me at this point.Dynasty Bugs currently needing major fixes...
PSN: VEKT0R-III Playstation 5 Online Dynasty with other users(friends) Using a Teambuilder team Editing non-NIL players' styles does not work/save. Please, at least give us a fix on how to get it to stay. Example Currently...when we edit a QB recruit's throwing style or stance once they are on our team, the game will randomly switch it to something different. it is something random every time. I logged into my online dynasty 4 different times, and my freshman QB had a different stance and throwing style each time. This needs a fix asap. Didn't used to be like this, and somehow this bug was introduced recently and not corrected. It's horrible. Seems like an easy fix that could be worked into a patch, but yet no matter how many posts I have read about it, EA hasn't chosen to do so. I don't know if this was intended, but maybe EA wants this, although I have no idea why EA would have something like this that makes no sense. DEALBREAKERS in recruiting. I am in a rebuild in my online dynasty, and I got some decent recruits. I met their dealbreakers in recruiting and got them to sign. For example, I got a 4* WR who had a Proximity to Home dealbreaker of C-. I met that dealbreaker barely, and he signed. As soon as he was put on my roster, it says I do not meet his dealbreaker any longer, and it changed to a C+ requirement, and he wants to transfer. This logic is very flawed! I understand that dealbreakers increase with ratings...but my campus didn't move locations, haha. If it was good enough to sign him, once he is on campus, his dealbreaker should change to be Playing Time or Brand Exposure(NIL). Those are realistically the most real reasons players leave for another team. MAYBE HE GOT HOMESICK, but the difference between a C- and a C+ in Proximity to Home should not be a big enough difference to lose a player who is starting as a freshman for a team that made the college playoffs last season. By the time he progresses to be in the mid-80s, he will be demanding a B or B+ in proximity to home and change teams again, and each time it goes up, fewer and fewer teams will be able to recruit him. He may eventually just disappear from the game because no one can sign him...even though he is a great player. Playing Time or Brand Exposure(NIL) should be a lot more prevalent than they are being the most common reason in real life that players transfer. Something has to be done differently in the existing logic. Some Dealbreakers being tied to the player's overall rating are very flawed. This is just one example. I have experienced others that make no sense.
EDITING PLAYERS ISSUE
I am in the year year 2031 of my Dynasty mode. All real NIL players are gone. I have "Commissoner Only" as my Player edit Permission, and I still cannot edit players for my team. I dont mess with the ratings but the positions i do like to change. I shouldnt have to wait till the end of the season to change player positions. Ncaa 2025 I didnt have to waitPutting This Teambuilder issue here since it gets ignored in bug reports
We have had an issue for months now with helmet accessories being chrome on any teambuilder creation for almost every popular helmet. Many of us have messed with every setting imaginable, even recreating teams from scratch and still seeing the same issue. Please will someone fix this?Create a team dynasty schedule visits cost set to location of replaced team
I'm playing as a team in California, when I go to schedule a recruit visit it costs 40 if the recruit is in California. If they are in Ohio (which is the team I replaced Akron) then the cost is 10...even though my school is located in CaliforniaMain music band plays during gameplay
During ultimate team the Main menu band plays durning game play this is annoying because I can’t hear voice chat or other sfx sounds. When the in game band plays the main menu band still plays an d it sounds like annoying noise because they play different songs at the same time with the same volume
