Farm Merge Valley
I reached the level in Elyra the Hopeful, "Elyra the Hopeful Prestige Bronze Badge" to claim the following: 7x Pogo Gems 90x Supplies from Farm Merge Valley I claimed it, but I did not get the 90x Supplies. When I went into Farm Merge Valley, it was still only showing the normal 40X Supplies. How do I get my reward?can't receive the One-Time Password
I don't play the game in years, but I tried to log in and it says it can't recognize my device (for obvious reasons) but I never get the one time password sent by email. The email account is working fine. Plus I live in Brazil, it's really expensive to call to their physical number. :(Unable to log into SWTOR account due to 2fa which no longer exists
I have my SWTOR account, I know my user and pw. But they removed the 2fa and I had no idea so I can't even access it anymore on my ipad. I have no clue on how to log in. I can't subscribe to get customer support because to do that I'd need access to my account. I was not aware of this change and was never emailed. Even if they had removed it they should have made it so you could enter the game/account without the 2fa. Note, this is not some micorsoft 2fa but the actual SWTOR app. I've spent a good amount of money on the game over the past 15 ish years so would appreciate it if the team could help me log back in. If that is disabling 2fa on my account etc. Happy to verify my details where needed.Missing purchases after receiving a "Quit game" or "Restart" error message
I purchased gems, them bought energy in the regular grid fame and in the Treasure Trove game. I received a "Quit game" or "Restart" error message. The game shut down and then when I went back I had lost my energy purchase and my gem purchase.
